Yes, I enjoyed it. This is mainly because my confidence in the system was somehow dim. Even after completing the form was a bit Gitty but my confidence improved when I received the booking confirmation details. Even there, until those details are used to materialize the travel.

It was great except I had the same trip booked for $500 less than what I ended up paying

Not good as my dad has a terminal illness and he asked if he could cancel this flight but you guys said he can cancel but there will be no refund so you only get a one star if I had it my way there will be no star thank you

For the first time I used an intermediatory for my travel, thinking it would be convenient and provide extra options. Wrong- there is no benefit in using them. I attempted to contact the airline to cancel a flight and could not get through. I had insurance *provided through them but I could not get through. They would not refund my fare as my flight had departed. I paid an airfare for myself and my daughter and our insurances and lost this money. I had to fight to get my money back for the return flight, only got a portion of it. They failed to respond to my emails. Also check your credit card statement for hidden charges. Just book from the airline directly.
