Can't print from booking website and it ran slow. Also name have been from booking to One Travel.

Pretty good but when it comes to help they don't do it. All travel agents want is new booking they don't want to bother to help you on previous bookings.

I have been charged of COA which is not acceptable. What is COA and why I am being charged and not even mentioned on the summary while booking?

1- they took 3 full days of calling and sending emails and talking to assistants to finally accept my payment.
2-each assistant that i call moves me to other one and eventually they say that they will call me back, and they didnt.
3- some assistants told me to send an email to a certain email adress but also didnt get any reply,and finally some assistant after 1 hour call gave me the offer, told me to acc and how to fix the problem and he will call back in 15 minutes but she didnt call back.
4. For some reason my first flight in the route was cancelled so they offered me the only option is a flight with 6 hours earlier, and they wrote down in the email "do you accept?" I pressed by mistake "yes", and i directly before even the page loaded exits, still with no verification method ( that with each step i did alot of them) they changed the flight.
Which means that these 6 hours will be added to my waiting time in the next airport.
4- i called the flight agency they said that there is another option but they need approavmant from my agency.
5- i called On travel, and again the assistants move me from one to another and they say they will call back in two hours but still, didnt get a call.(his name is noel)
6- finally someone actually told me that he cant move my flight so im stuck in an airport for 6 hours, although it means that it will cost me alot of money.
**Litterally wont advise this company to my worst enemy.
