Nothing like the pics. I have to return everything at my expense. Never again. Cheap materials and fabrics. Nothing fits or hangs properly.
I tried to return an order as they did not fit and the quality was poor. They don't state in their return policy the items have to be returned to China! Even though order I received came from New Jersey! So the shipping costs would be enormous! They offer 15% of the order not to return them.
Sadly that is what I'm hoping for! Waiting to hear back from them:(

The address on the received package is not our return address, it is only a hub of the shipping company. The package was shipped from China.
I completely understand your feelings. As our products are shipped from our fulfillment center in China so the return country is also China. We are currently working to resolve the issue to own our overseas return warehouse and also improve our products.

I was really excited to receive these items based on the pics and description of item. (and the material listed) The items listed as cotton were not. They are at least 50% poly if not more. VERY, disappointed. I can't be bothered returning them so I will probably give them to someone for the holidays as a gift.

Having trouble in adding to my order, unable to get back to my order page easily.
Finally was able to fill in the order page, but each item is arriving separately and I am still waiting for the last two items to arrive.
I ordered a blue jacket. It is very soft but longer than I expected. This is a reorder as the first one I ordered was too big. This one is a little big but will do. It is difficult to tell about the sizes as they are different than in the US.
I'm still having problems with the sizes. I will have to pay to have the last two I ordered altered.

Site not very user friendly, I found it to be confusing.
After looking at the pretty pictures and reading the descriptions I ordered a large selection of items like pants, shirts, shoes, and some other winter wear. Everything I received is garbage. Things are the wrong size, nothing like the descriptions, I am incredibly disgusted. After speaking with their "customer service" they told me that I can pay out of pocket to have everything shipped back, and they will decide how much of a refund I will get. So even if you pay to send their garbage back, you will only get refunded for some of the garbage. I asked why I had to pay the return shipping fee since they were at fault for sending me a completely wrong order, and they told me that they were handling a high volume of customers issues right now and I should try again later. Skip the headache and disappointment, do not order from these scammers.

These clothes are cute but I am having trouble with the size. The T shirts are made large. This sweater that I bought fits better but doesn't look good on me. So far I have not bought anything that I can use.
The shirts are a lot bigger than I expected. I ordered 3 duplicates by mistake. Trying to return them and two others that are cheap quality have been very difficult!

Update: the company reached out to me via a third-party site. I was given an apology along with a chance to cancel my order. I did let that order expire and made a different order, and spent more money using the discount code provided to me. I have increased my rating to 3 stars due to the company reaching out. Not sure about the products because I have not received them yet! I got an email on Oct. 27th saying my package was on the way to logistics (it is now Nov. 4th), and have not heard anything since. I was hoping I would receive my order before November 9th because I was planning to wear one of the items I ordered, but I guess that's not going to happen. Still no tracking number! I love the look of the clothes on the website but if I had to do over again I would not have ordered from here.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
