I was attracted to the site by the nice looking ladies tops. I bought two as a starter order October 4,22. Unfortunately the sizing surprisingly is way too large, I now see that in other reviews. You must pay to ship returns back to mainland China, alternately they offer a 15% cash refund. EH
I bought two blouses that look great on their website, but not so good on me. So I set out to return them. I contacted the company via their website using Live Chat. The reminded me that I was responsible for the cost of a return and that I'd have to return the items to CHINA!~ They offered me 15& refund to keep the items. I said no and took the blouses to the post office to return them to CHINA! The postage was $26 US dollars! I went back to the CSR and after negotiations they offered me a 50& refund. So I accepted the 50& and kept the blouses which I'll never wear. BEWARE!

Sizing isn't always quite what it says it is. The boots were only for very narrow feet. But I have received things that were too small, that I am keeping because i am in the process of losing weight.
Some sizes aren't quite what is said on the sizing. I check every piece of clothes I buy now, because they are all different, and I got a top that is at least one size smaller than its sizing said. I can wear it, but barely.
The customer service I was given was extremely poor. I talked to 3 different agents at different times. None of them were helpful and they had no solutions for me. Very poor service. I will NOT shop this site again!

I was having a bad day and then realized I had to you the chat, no phone calls, so being impatient, I gave up. But the clothes are often awesome when I get them. Sometimes end up giving a few to friends, who are always delighted. You have to keep in mind that your computer doesn't always give accurate representation. I also sometimes find that the shipping costs, I'm in the US, make the items on sale no longer a bargain.

ONLY TWO OUT OF 6 ITEMS WERE ACCEPTABLE. THE SIZES WERE QUITE DECEPTIVE. I USUALLY WEAR A LARGE OR XL, BUT THESE WERE SO TIGHT THAT I COULDN'T BEGIN TO WEAR THEM. TWO FIT AND ONE JUST DIDN'T LOOK RIGHT.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
