I ordered a size 10 1/2 (size 43) boot and of course they're too small. I normally wear a size 10US and these are a size 9 1/2 US tops. Be prepared to wait a month or more for your order if you get it at all. Can't return, costs too much.
22 days and waiting. The tracking # they emailed a week ago doesn't exist. Said a few of my items are on the way. No arrival date. No phone #. They took over a week to reply to an email requesting to cancel 1 item. $ still not returned. Wish I had read the reviews before I got suckered in with their cheep prices.
PayPal saved me from being duped by this company a lesson learned. PayPal will make sure the product is as described and that you actually receive said product or they will get your money back.
I ordered 4 items on January 25th and haven't received any of them. They emailed me and said one was a popular item and out of stock and they would refund me. The amount they said they were going to refund me wasn't even the correct amount, I never received the refund at all. It said 8-10 day delivery, after I purchased it changed to 10-20. It has been 45 days, no refund, no items.
I ordered a pair of boots. OMG the cheapest material from top to bottom. The picture on the website does not look anything like the product you get and it said 8-10. Business dauys for delivery they after you purchase it, it then states 20 days omg then when i want to return it they say i have to pay all these charges or they'll give me 15% back WTF! I made my first (and last) purchase with Noracora. I bought a pair of brown Vintage Boots. First of all they sent me a size 35 (which makes it a size USA 5.5). I wear a size USA 9.5. Quality was soooooo disgustingly cheap (Plastic). Nothing like their website description - Photo shopped to the fullest! Not worth the $55.00 I paid. I could of gotten something better at Payless for this. Shipping took about a month and a half. I could not return them to China. Postage would be about $65 to return. Noracora offered a 10% refund which was about $6.00 (from $55 that I paid). They scammed me for the whole thing. Now I'm stuck w boots that will never ever fit me and a waste of money. Customer service was not helpful at all because those were my only two options. I tried uploading a photo to show the cheap material and wasn't able to.
Five times I have been told that my order was shipped it has not shipped I do not believe this is a reputable company two different people lied to me five times. I placed the order on January 31st as of today February 16th my purchase has not left their so called facility
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company! I ordered 3 pair shoes that looked good on their website. When they arrived, I opened the bag and all shoes had an overwhelming order of HUMAN URINE! I attempted to return the items, but their return information on their website is vague, not indicating where to return the items to or providing phone numbers. THIS IS INTENTIONAL ON THEIR PART! I returned the items to the location that they shipped from (CALIFORNIA), but never received my refund. After sending an email to their "customer service", providing tracking numbers proving I had returned the items, I was notified that the return center is in China and since they had no record of the items being returned to that location, that they could not provide a refund. After many emails, they still have not provided the address in China.
I ordered 3 pairs of boots in October, I just received them on January 23RD! They came in a bag and was nothing like the pictures they had on their web site! They are cheaply made and one of the boots were to come with a buckle attached and it was not there. They were not cheap either payed 40 dollars a pair and got total CRAP! I would NEVER order from this site again! BE AWARE THEY SELL CRAP! If I could I would give ZERO stars!
Horrible company! It's fraud. The pictures and descriptions of their products are inaccurate. It's cheap Chinese made products that don't last. I bought a pair of shoes that were nothing like described. Way overpriced! Wouldn't have spent more than $10 for them at most! I havent even put these shoes on. Tried to return them cause they will only give a 30% refund max but it was Christmas time and the shipping was going to be $23 to ship them back to their China factory. My best friend bought the same pair and hers fell apart the first day she wore them. They only gave her a 10% refund! Its a joke! Please do not order from this company or any other one similar! Save your time and money. Vinnys Digital Emporium is another company that did the same thing. Be smart. Trust the negative reviews.

DO NOT order from this company! Another China based rip off! I ordered a pair of boots. They were to small... I ordered my regular size! The boots were NOTHING like the photo and they were listed as leather. Vinyl is what they were. It would have cost me over $50.00 for a return but they did credit me 5%... a whole $5.54. Stay away!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
