Unfortunately, I did not read these reviews before ordering a dress with too tight armholes. No return label or return address or telephone number was provided. Tacky way to prevent giving refunds they claim are available.
I made my order, haven't received it yet, They told me an item was out of stock a few weeks after my order was placed. What's with that? I have one item coming, one being refunded, and one... who knows? A slow boat from China is what it looks like from the tracking. An very disappointed as the clothes look wonderful!
It's been a month since I placed an order for (6) linen items or so and still haven't received them. They finally responded to my email and said they were cutting one of the popular items. Wondering if I should cancel based on the fact that summer may be over before I receive them and also based on all the negative reviews of bad quality, etc.!?
You all should include a return label & if unable to do that, you should provide an
Return address.
Clothes are not true to size and its just shouldn't be this difficult to return items!
Only 4- of the 8 items I ordered arrived. Two them were duplicates in the same color, I ordered different colors. 1 piece of clothing arrived, although it was labeled 5x it was more like a 16.
They will lie and tell you items have shipped when they haven't.
Credit Card doesn't consider it fraud if you placed the order... you'll have to dispute the purchase and may not get your money back

So I ordered a shirt and a summer pants the shirt came first after a long time that is, it was very low quality and the linen pants was a hundred percent polyester. I will never buy from this company that cheats people by advertising for beautiful clothes instead they sell you rags that you will never wear and that you will end up throwing my advise do not do business with this looser company shame on you noracora.
Do not order from this company. On March 29 2019 I ordered $98.00 worth of merchandise and it still outstanding. I sent a follow up email on April 20 and was told it was on back order. I cancelled order but got several emails promising delivery. I then contacted my credit card company and am disputing the charge. I sent several more emails and each time they responded order is on the way. They provided bogus tracking numbers each time. If you read anything positive about this company it is a lie. Noracora is posting its own reviews to counter all the negative ones I wish I had researched this before I ordered. I learned a lesson here
Chinese company will scam you if you want to return anything. They do not enclose a return address label. The website indicates you must contact them if wanting to return which I did. I waited 2 days-no response so I mailed the items to the return address on the package. When I made inquiry as to when my refund would be fulfilled I was informed that I will not get refund as I did not use a return address label.(which as stated they do not provide) They said you have to request it and they will send separately. So I am out about $50 there. Now wanting to return the other items, they try to bargain with you saying they will give you 10 -25% refund to keep the items instead of shipping costs back to China. I have no trust in that they will refund me the 25% or even if I pay the shipping costs I do not trust that I would be refunded. They are a scam company.
The clothing I ordered was completely different than what was shown in the pictures and the order was partially sent. I asked them to stop the rest of the shipment. After several emails I still have not received a reply from the company. That was 2 months ago!
I would never risk working with Nora Cora and pray you will not be taken advantage of like I was.
I think its terrible Google allows these advertisements on the web for people to be taken advantage of.
I sent email to cancel my order. They have been slow to respond. I contacted my bank to begin a claim against the company. My bank is investigating my claim now. I told this company my actions I have taken. They now said my order has been placed on hold and asked me to reconsider. I emailed them back and told them to cancel my order and refund my money. I have had no response since. I am moving forward with my claim thru my financial institution.
I have tried to track my package 4 times now and the company says they cannot locate my order, even though i gave the order number and a screen shot of the order! Very mad, they charged my card weeks ago but still not able to locate my order. NOC*******
Like many of the other reviews, this company is a scam. I'm still waiting for my packages that I ordered on April 2nd. The tracking numbers do not work. They do not reply to emails inquiries and there is no phone number to call. I will probably have to chalk this up to experience since I doubt they will credit me for the clothing items that were not delivered.
Ordered "linen" dresses on March 31. Received the dresses on May 6. It took 5 weeks to get my order. The dresses were not linen. They were cotton polyester. Cheap quality and fit.
Said 10 days to ship from April 22nd. It's now May 7. Charged me ASAP but no emails about when they will ship. I send 2 emails requesting shipping info and they never responded UNTIL I filed a claim with PayPal. Then they send an email asking me to close the PayPal claim and offering a discount if I do. Shoddy
The clothing is nothing like the articles advertised. Sizing is all over the map and the fabric horrible. Absolutely unwearable. I dropped everything off at Goodwill

Ordered from them April 4th, still have not received anything, I learned a valuable lesson to always research who you are buying from, won't make that mistake again!
I wish I had because I wouldn't have made a purchase. This is not an honest site. IF they ship, it comes from Chino/Ontario, CA and they short ship but they have proof that they sent your order for those times when you file a charge dispute. If you try to return the product because it isn't at all what they represented then they tell you that you have to return it to China, and offer you a refund of 15% of what you paid. Its a big hassle that you don't need so just STAY AWAY! Watch these online stores! They are popping up everywhere!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
