Absolutely horrible company that supply old tired or broken flowers and charge for cards but print messages on A4 paper instead. Never deliver what they promised and never on time. Time and money waster. Rude customer service that block you after you are trying to get your money back. I had to open a money back dispute through my bank. Also ignore their positive reviews they are also scam written by fake accounts - just look at the wordings and you can see positive reviews are scam just like their products and services

To this company I made payment but there was no delivery nor they refunded the amount.

I have bad experience with this My Flower App. Do not buy from https://www.myflowerapp.com/contacts website. After payment they will cancel your order with unavailability of stock reasons. They will not refund amount after multiple reminders also.

This is a total scam no shows no refunds

I had ordered a cake and flowers from this site,one guy called me he will cancelling the order and then no refund and the guy went unreachable.So what i understood is this site is a complete scam when you pay your order wont be delivered as they dont exists,they are conmans and scammers.

I have ordered a "Small Roses Bunch" on 23 June 2023, but after few hours I recieved a phone call from MyFlowerApp stating that they were not able to deliver the product. One day later they provided a coupon code. So I ordered a "Succulent Plant" on 27 June 2023 using coupon code, and which was to delivered on 1 July 2023, but still I'm waiting. While status is showing "COURIER". I have emailed MyFlowerApp 12 times, but failed to get proper resposne, except few positive words.

I'm taking suggestions from some leagal advisors.

I'd ordered once and the cancelled the delivery on the date of delivery, also they didn't refund properly instead gave a coupon code and no other choice hence had to order again and they delivered the cake so late, also a cake worth1200 looked like 600rs cake... Very disappointed, such scammers. I'd give no rating

I was going through the same problem as most of you were facing- cancelled order,non answering of calls, no response on emails and no refund. Tired of mailing them daily I went and filed a complaint in cybercell against them.So after 1 month 8 days these guys refunded me Within 24 hours after an email from police department was sent to them. And this is what I would suggest you guys to do too. It's troublesome but why to let go off our money! And also this app owner should realise that people are not fool here!

Prebent yourselves from ordering from here, They are fraud company, they will neither deliver your order nor refund your money

It's a scamming company operating from long time.They Cancelled my order on the day of delivery and refused to refund my amount. I checked all the reviews in other websites as well.Please DO NOT place any order on their website.you will loose your money and time.I would request everyone who lost their money to file a formal complaint in consumer forum online, process is straightforward and easy.I am making sure to close down this scamming business so they won't be able scam anyone else.

Please do not place any order from this site. Because this is a big fraud. Will take your order, then call you the day before your birthday to cancel the order. Then the matter of refund to you will do There will be no refund. Because you will be shown that the money has returned. If you follow them, they will give you coupons. If you make a new order from the coupon, they will send the item without a location, which will not be of use to you.If you order a cake of 1 kg, it will be 500 g. Everything will be incomplete. They simply do NOT deliver orders placed (the flowers were meant to be delivered over a weak ago). They do not answer phone calls, do not reply emails and only (not always!) reply to whatsapp messages (no calls - very odd!). They are a scam! Avoid them!

If you want to spoil your day then order here. I order cake for my son birthday and they didn't send any cake. And also they are not refunding money. They gave a coupon code to redeem that is also fake code. Totally this is a fake site. They are not responding also if I ask for valid code or refund. If there is any option to give 0 star then I will do it.

I have ordered a gift, its been now 2 months. Order not delivered and i am seeking for refund so the company is doing investigation since 2 months whether to process my refund or not.

My Order- ******* was to be delivered on 31.8.2023 by 9:00 AM. The order isn't delivered and the status is still on order confirmed level. None of their numbers work neither they respond to the email.

I ordered for my friend which they accepted and then cancelled, gave me voucher for it and not REFUND. I HAD TO order from them again. Had to pay extra to delivery guy because these morons cancelled the order from their end.
