Don't book anything through this app, fraud aap, they take money but they don't deliver anything, neither they return money, idiot who ever running this fraud app and taking money you and your fellow people and your family and their family will go to hell, this chrating will not give any good results, u will lose everything

Very much disappointed...truely waste experience.i ordered twice.they are cheating without refund or taking any order.please never ever order from my flower app.

Order placed successfully, The next day the order cancelled by the Myflowerapp without my request. But not yet refund the payed amount and no one responding through e mail or phone calls.! I am planning to file a complaint through the government system. This app must be black listed.!

Worst website ever, they are so fraud that they never return your money back they just ask for more time. Never ever order from this app. So cheap app it is, customer care executive don't know how to behave well even after taking your money they treat you like hell. Worst app.

Order was placed and money got deducted but the order never reached the recipient. Support team email and phone number doesn't work.

Do not use this website and beware!

First they will take the order and send the mail as a confirmation, at the time of delivery they will cancel the order, It's been a month still I have not received my money back, there is no contact number to whom we can contact.

I have a very bad experience with Myflowerapp and I am communicating with this people since last more than 2 months for getting my money back. These people will not give your money back and just tel you that we will issue a coupon for that amount.

If you going to redeem the coupon again their drama will start. In my case the given coupon doesn't work saying coupon code is invalid.

I suggest the public that dont place any order through this application. These people do not have enough network for the supply of their items, specially for the delivery of cakes in many of the states.

I've had by far the worst experience of ordering a cake online. Firstly, they cancelled on my order in the last minute and I couldn't send a gift to a loved one. Instead of apologising they proceeded to be rude to me on the call. Their so called refund was to put my money in my wallet, in their app. My advise for you ppl is that before you sell things online, learn to treat your customers the right way. I witnessed the absolute worst! I request my fellow online-shoppers out there to take your time to read reviews before you order from cheap clowns like these.

I place an order on Father's day till now i.e. 29/06/2023 have not received anything and my amount is deducted 894, till now didn't receive refund.

Don't you think to use it ever total fake app. They didn't deliver your order, didn't refund your money. When you call them to ask about your refund they'll block your Number. Top of the Worst experience. Very Bad.

Fake and scam company.
Bloody people are playing with peoples emootion.
On 5th of June 2023 on occasiion of my wife Birhday had orderd flowers with chocklates.
Paid additional Rupees 195 to fix a delivery slot.
In total i paid Rupess 2443 which was immediated debited from my account.

Around 4 PM (5th June 2023) in the evening we received call from mobile number *******128 and told us that order is cancelled and our money will be refunded within 24 hours.
Once i got this information thought of knowing more of this company, it was really shocker when i saw the reviews and came to know this is fake company.

Moreover then money this bloody people are playing with emotions of people.
I have already sent a detailed mail to cybercrime department in Noida.
Hope the action will be taken against this fake company.
So that they cannot cheat few more in future.

I ordered a bouquet for my friend's birthday.one day before the function,they called me and told me my order is canceled because they closed their branch near my place then immediately cut the call.i was going to ask about refund.but they cut the call and I tried soo many times calling that number but they didn't take call.then i texted to that number asking my refund.all the messages were seen but they didn't reply at all.I lost all my money.such a fraud people.please don't fall for their scam.

I have ordered a gift to India 5 days prior to the date which I wanted it to be delivered. I have paid extra to choose a time slot for the delivery and it never got delivered. Towards the end of the timeslot got an email from them which just says " wallet refund code". There is no reason mentioned why they didn't deliver the order and decided to cancel the order without notice at the last moment. Even they are not refunding the amount instead just sending a code to be used which doesn't shows the total amount I paid.
Their contact number shows invalid and no response for the email I sent. The live chat feature is a crap too. They asked for your name, email and number and when we provide that their response is "order id" (in a very unprofessional way) and after providing it there is no response. This is turning out to be some kind of spam.

They ll never deliver your orders. This is a cheater web and app. So becarefull guys. I lost my 1100 rs

They cancel your order in the first place. Flowers and cakes are meant for special occasions/days, it is not something that could be reordered and delivered on some other day of their convenience. After canceling your order, instead of giving you a refund they give you a refund voucher code (an alternative for wallet cash). Worst part is when you try to use the voucher code for a purchase again with the exact same amount, it shows INVALID voucher. The customer service which is PATHETIC, then asks us to make an order for a bigger amount so as to make the voucher code valid. This one of the biggest scams I've ever faced.

The comments for this company were not good but I ignored the comments and took a chance as i wanted to gift a bouquet to my wife. So i booked and paid for bouquet delivery from this app, after payment, one of their executive called and told that the requested delivery location is unserviceable hence cannot deliver, after which i told them to refund the amount to my account but they didn't respond. I called on the customer support no. They informed that the amount will be credited to their wallet. I asked to get back the refund in my bank account but they denied stating that it is against their policy. After arguments, they agreed to refund me in my bank account. After that they stopped taking may calls and stopped replying my whats app messages.
This company is full of thieves. They just take the money from everyone for every location to deliver just to get the money. Company full of thieves. I don't have much time but I'll try to lodge a complaint in consumer forum. My order ID is *******.

Everyone is advised not to book anything for them and save their money and time.

For God's sake,please do not place orders with them.It was after a war I got the refund from them. Do not spoil your dear one's special days by ordering from them. As there is no option of negative review I'm giving them a 1 star.
