The bouquet which I received is completely different from the one which I ordered. No chocolates, no vase. Waste of money and time. Will never recommend to anyone!

I ordered a boquet to deliver it for my Nephew's marriage. I paid a price to deliver on a specific time. First they said no pink flowers available and will replace with red. Later their status said it was out for delivery. But nothing has been delivered as of yet. Total fraud. I should have reviewed some of the comments before i ordered. I hope at least others will profit from the comments. I asked for a refund, let me see if they will do.

MyFlowerApp is the most pathetic, disastrous and disgusting app I have come across. I had placed an order on Mother's day for my mother and I kept following up but there was no response. They called me after two days mentioning that it was a remote location due to which they couldn't deliver. In the first place, why did you even take the order when it was not in your preferred locations. Secondly, why do you even function when you are short staffed! No customer support, nothing. And then the manager has the audacity to tell me, I won't return your money which he hasn't till date. I lost 3k for nothing. PLS BEWARE

I ordered a cake for my brother's birthday and it was not delivered. Even the money was not refunded. There is no customer care no.to contact. They are looting many people like this. The only way to reach them is through mail. But they are not replying to messages either. Please take the website down. They have already looted many people like this.

Effective post delivery communication system through Chat box. On time delivery and satisfactory quality. Keep it up.

The company promised to deliver flowers to Mahabaleshwar and I booked an order for delivering the flowers on their website. I paid via google pay. In the evening on the day of delivery, after asking them the status of delivery via email, they informed me that they cannot deliver flowers to that pin code and whether it was ok to deliver cake instead. On insisting them that flowers must be delivered and not cake, they said they will check and revert, however no further messages from them. The next day, I again reached out to them via email asking for a refund and they said that there will be extra charges for refund. I would steer away from this company. Give your business to other reputed service providers out there. Have a great day all. Gaurav R

I'm from london and i found this site online when was looking for flowers for my girl who in india. I jst wanna say it's perfect and amazing. I got d same flowers which i saw in the pic on website. My girl loved it, she's like it's completely fresh how u made order from there.
