I ordered cake and flower combo to give a birthday surprise for my loved one. I was quite excited to do so. I was waiting for order to be delivered. They promised to deliver the order in midnight but at the last moment they denied to deliver the order. They also charged extra for midnight delivery. When i asked to refund the money than they refunded money in form of coupon code. When I denied to accept the coupon code, as my experience is worst with the services so I am not going to use it's services in future, they denied to refund money in my account.

Don't ever arrange any surprise for your loved one from this website. They will spoil it.

While ordering I paid for balloons bouquet, instead of this we received balloon packets and order was delivered very late. Poor service. Never using this app again.

They took my time sensitive order for a bereavement and then cancelled it when it should have been delivered, thus denying an opportunity me to go to a competent supplier who could have delivered. On top to add insult to injury, they offered a voucher instead of a refund as if I will ever purchase from them again!

My dad ordered orchids for my brother in the occasion of his anniversary. But till date the order has not been delivered. The app has no telephone numbers and neither do they reply back to queries. One must report them to cyber police as they are duping people. Big time fraudsters. Stay away from these scamsters. I would have given them a minus rating.

If I could give a review in minus I would have done that.This people are Cheaters and scammers.report them to cyber crime. They are big time fraudsters. Let's end this criminals and stop them from scamming innocent people. So disappointed and mentally exhausted due to this app. They should be reported to authorities.

They have taken money but didnot deliver my order, they are totally fraud website, means of collecting money only. Kindly do something about them.

I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday. They did not deliver and didn't return the money. Useless cheater app

Ordered a cake, got a call that it wont be delivered.

Very Bad service, dont buy anything from them, they will take the money and not give things if we ask refund they will ask for 20-25% discount, even they dont have any contact numbers and reply also very slow.

These people taken my order before 3 days itself And shown in website if you are giving pincode it shows whether able to deliver or not.On the day of occasion they passed me message cannot deliver and they given coupon code in place of refund.But that coupon also not valid.Done so many followups and they are not even replaying after 3 mails.They are doing biggest fraud activity.Dont order from here.

I have ordered a birthday cake they processed my order and capture the payment, but they cancelled my order without informing me and not yet refunded. Is this a good thing what you think...?

Report Myflowerapp to cyber police. They are taking money from people and playing with people's emotions on precious occasions. I ordered cake for my daughter on her anniversary and didn't get anything. Please report this app so that other people will not face same problem in future.

They charged me for same day delivery and on the day informed that courier is not available. They took two days time. Once you whatsapp them they will block you and will never answer your calls.they are frauds and thieves

This website is a fraud website it won't delivered any gifts on top of no response from customer care

Pathetic service, they are fraud. No customer care no refund. I got bouquet next day 10 pm and it was of very cheap quality. Not worth. I tried to reach CC for timely delivery but no response from CC. Don't order from myflowerapp
