No delivery or no reply after placing a order pls don't use this site.dint waste Ur money and get upset.

They does not pick up phone and has not delivered order and has taken my money and spoiled my birthday surprise, May Court punish these fraudsters, will go on Twitter

I have ordered a cake last month(april,2023) and they have cancelled order next day on the occasion saying they cannot deliver to the adress and gave me wallet code. I have requested multiple times to refund amount to my original payment method. No resolution.
Today, i tried to order again using the wallet code they gave me but it says it is not valid.

"I ordered flowers and cake as a surprise for my Mother and inlaws on this mothers day to surprise them but ended as a surprise for me. The order never showed up and there is no valid contact number to reach them. Tried to track the order since i placed the same it was showing due to heavy orders and deliveries it is takibg time to deliver ob time.
When asked about the refund via chat option they do not have refund policy. Beware of online orders like these. Absolutely terrible service and a waste of money. Please see the reviews before placing any orders with these scammers.

I had made the payment as well.
I have not received my order yet.

Recently I had ordered the cake flowers in My flower site. But my friend did not receive the gift which I had ordered. When I had checked with them they said due branch issue couldn't deliver we will refund you. Been 3 weeks still did not receive my amount. When ever I sent email no proper repsonse. Really this ridiculous and cheating the customers in such way. The owner instead of living in this way of cheating the customers money u could have beg and live your life.

I had ordered some flowers for my mom in Kochi, for Mother's day.I received the confirmation and order number via email, but she still hasn't received it.
I then sent them an email and also sent out a message to their listed number. I got a reply from them asking for the tracking number but they stopped replying after that.

Don't order anything from them, i placed order on 29 april and one day of my delivery they called and cancelled my order. I tried to call them but no answer and afrer sometime they told me buy something else with that money and tried but the order is not delivered yet and also 1182 rupees. And now they are not answering my messages and calls. Big scammers dont trust them.

Ordered 2 cakes for mother's day from this site, they took the money from my account,but didn't deliver the cakes, They are Scamming people Be Aware

I ordered a mixed rose flower bouquet for mothers day. My mother got it on time and was happy but what she received was just red roses,not mixed and there was no vase for which I paid extra. The delivery guy took a photo of my parents telling them I asked for it which mainly disappoint me because I never asked for it. I really hope they are not going to misuse it.

Please note the vase in the photo is ours,my mother just put the bouquet in the vase.

Ordered flowers from Bangalore to be delivered for my mother in law in Kozhikode for mother's day...and it has not been delivered even after 10.30pm at night. Very disappointed.If they are not capable of taking orders and abiding to it then they shouldn't do it. They should have said cannot be delivered.I would have figured out something else. I depended on this service and could not give my mother what she likes on Mother's day.

But till now they will not done any refund, Please don't make any order from this cheating company.

I ordered a flower and they didn't deliver or agree to a refund. They issue a gift card which I am not interested in.
Dispute going with my credit card. So stay away from from this site.

Cake was ordered on 04/05/2023 for a delivery on 09/05/2023.
Received an email on 09/05/2023 that unable to deliver because of non serviceable area.
Total crap.Don't waste your time and money.

I have ordered a bouquet for my husband, once I ordered they just sent me an email with coupon code. Then I reordered same bouquet with coupon code, after that, when I try to track my order, it doesn't say anything. I believe, this site is fraud. Please avoid this site and report this site. There are so many people who are not aware and facing with the same problem. We pay for our item and nothing receive a after paying, not even refund.

I ordered for 1 cake, they will accept all order even to america they will confirm your order, you will get the message from *******663-PRIYA, and till the function time they will tell as on time they will deliver, but I didn't get, then they switch offing the mobile,and sent message You will get refund. But till now they will not done any refund,Please don't make any order from this cheating company

I got cheated by this app.
As neither they deliverd the order via Order No ******* nor got the refunded, even after 1month actual delivery date which was due on 31.03.2023.wirh 3rd item 2 big Fivestar chocolates
