I ordered orchids for my wife on valentine occasion and its been two days past the scheduled date and the order is not to be found. Got no SMS confirmation upon ordering, just got an email confirmation. There are no customer care number to call and they do not respond to their enquiry form. I have paid Rs 1780 and I'm sure my money has gone for a toss. They are just minting money on customers emotions. Totally avoid these guys or else you will end up getting frustrated.

Very very unsatisfactory service. Package is not delivered. Customer care not replying.

I have ordered flowers for Valentine's but they haven't received yet. Worst site to order anything also they don't have any customer care service. They ruined my valentines. This site should get blocked by Google as many people are victims.

I had very good experience with delivery of bouquet and chocolates to a remote place. I was a bit spectical before using it but as no other app was delivering that pincode, here i got same day delivery. There was a glitch as there website doesn't get updated frequently for tracking. They do not answer emails. There is surprisingly no customer care number too. Hence when there was no activity in tracking section i thought I have become victim of fraud, after reading so many negative reviews. But to my surprise they delivered everything securely packed, fresh, before 10 pm, my relative called up & told upon recieving. So they are a genuine company who deliver but may be with delay, but that's ok. Only thing they need to become more responsive towards customers so that they feel tensionfree.

Be alert guys.this site is a scam.They never deliver your order.No replies from customer care if complaining.Fake!

This brand is doing forgery with customers. They will take your money, will not deliver your items and wont respond to your calls or email. And you will be helpless as you cant do anything about your money.
This same case happened with me. I ordered a cake and rose combo which never got delivered and they never returned the amount.
I am attaching the screenshot for your reference.

Ordered orchid flowers delivered roses, ordered heart shape cake delivered normal round shaped cake, ordered for special time delivery delivered 4 hours after... Never ever use this site...My order no. Was*******, was not able to reach them also...

This site and people running don't seems to be genuine. Fraud site they charged me 1500+ for new year order and NO delivery was done. Nor there was any effort to make the refund! The site is total NON user friendly. And had NO working contact details. NO one picks up call by chance if it's connected. 90% of time the phone is NOT reachable. Or does not exists. MAJOR SCAM!

It's a fake website. You will be just wasting your money and spoiling you precious moments. No customer service no contact person. Product too won't be delivered. If delivered won't be on time. Like 3 days later. That too like from some local bakery stuff. Best of luck

I have ordered chocolates for birthday, given proper adderess, initialy they said they will deliver to the address, and later they said the delivery is not possible they need some other address and different item for delivery. I have given some other address with photo frame option, its been six months i am struggeling to get my money back Neither i got delivery not refumnd worst app. Your order #******* price $1879. I am thinking to go for consumer court, not for the sake of money but for the sake to protect customers

Very bad quality of product and very expensive. Don't ever buy from here. The teddy they showed was very nice but sent a cheap 100 rupee teddy and charged 1900 for that teddy and rose bouquet.

One of the worst site, please don't order with this site, I never see site like this and this is useless site. Better to walk 100Km instead of order from this site.

They don't deliver items. They are absolute scams and don't respond to your emails and follow up. I still have my order undelivered for my uncles birthday.

Don't ever think about considering this people! They confirmed my order 48hours back and it's a birthday cake. Just before 6 hours of delivery due time they have called and said the order has been cancelled because the delivery location is too far for them. They have no idea what online service means. They have not responded to any of my calls. Never trust this website for any product. If there a option for zero star I would have selected ZERO star. One star us too much for this idiots.
