We had ordered for sugar free cake from their website to be delivered for an occasion, since the customer is diabetic, however, they said on the day of delivery they don't have sugar free cakes. And that we should let them send a normal cake. So obviously we said that since the customer is diabetic and on insulin, we need sugar free cake only, and that was promised and is in the order receipt as well. So they said they can only give us store credit, which is ridiculous, since we only required sugar free cake as per the order which they don't have. Later, they said ok, that they will refund the money, however, till date we have not received any refund and no communication from the company. They do not answer phones, and are not reachable. It is disappointing how such a company is still allowed to function in this country. In any other country this would have been shut down a long time ago. Just disappointing.

This site is for cheating the customers. They have developed a website and created a payment gateway to take customers money. On the delivery date, they will send one apology email for not delivering the item you ordered. Then they will say, they cannot refund but put the money in the wallet. Afterwards you will not get any response or service from them. You will lose the money. Please do not order. Report to the police.

I had placed order but then i got a call from them that they cannot deliver to Faridabad. I told them to refund the money, they said, they can put it in their web wallet. I insisted for refunding, they agreed and escaped for ever.
Why these bloody sites are still existing...we should put this idiot behind bar...woh bhi yeh sab paise leke kahan jayega...all this fraud money, will be utilized in paying hospital bills for spouse, children, parents...LOL...All the best dear...

Neither they deliver nor they pay back the amount. Not only me, my wife too got the taste of, not their cake but their service. A big fraud

My order was cancelled by them or uske baad kehte h that we will refund the amount in your account but 17 days ho chuke h na hi customer care baat krte h or na hi refund received hua... unprofessional and froud company

I have ordered a cake from them. They take order my money got deduct and then they said sorry we are not able to deliver at that location so initiating the refund. Its been one month i didn't receive any refund. Their phone number never works. They are cheaters who took our hard earned money by doing frauds. This is fraud company and these shsmeless guys are cheaters. Please everyone dont fall in theri trap. God will definitely punish the owner masterminds of this company.

Inspite of charging for the fixed time delivery, the flowers never arrived. There was no confirmation of cancellation even by the. It was only when we checked, they said the order has been cancelled and the money will be refunded. But there has no money refund even. Just a scam!

Horrible service. Items are cancelled at the last minute, no refund, useless service. Responses to their support email shows undelivered.

Recently I had ordered the cake And Teddy from My flower site. But my friend did not receive the gift which I had ordered. When I had checked with them they said we are not available on that address.
We will refund you. Been aftr 1 month passed still did not receive my amount. When ever I sent email they never revert me back till now. Really this ridiculous and cheating the customers in such way. The owner instead of living in this way of cheating the customers money u could have beg and live your life...

I ordered the bouquet and it showed order confirmed. And on the day of delivery they called and informed delivery is not available in my location. They should have showed that in the app itself. When i asked them to refund they told they cant refund the amount only they can give voucher which is useless because delivery not available in my location.Never order anything from this site. We will loose our money just like that.

They accepted my order. Later called and cancelled it themselves. Instead of refund to credit card originally used for payment, they wanted to refund to their portal wallet! This is ridiculous. Who would want to use them again. I am still fighting for my refund and would go to consumer court. Don't use myflowerapp ever.

I ordered 1st aug he telling not delivered in your area and 7 to 10 days u will get refund still not resolved this is $#*!ing app don't order any one

These people are fake, kindly do not buy anything from MyFlowerapp. Amount gets deducted from the account but your order will not be placed and you will not get order-id. When you call them, they will say check with your bank. They will not take any responsibilities.
Please beware,...i urge people not to buy anything.

The worst service - paid extra for same day delivery / the flowers and the cakes were deliverd one day after the birthday! We also ordered balloons - and a packet of balloons was delivered:-)

This website is a scam, these people are making us fool, I ordered a cake and they did not delivered it and also did not refund the money, very worst experience. Don't order from this website
