Even I have been cheated in the similar way.Immediately registered a complaint through cyber police 1930. Share all the details to police.
It's high time to stop all such nonsense.Cyber police is really helpfull.

These people are frauds they collect money and deliver nothing. People will call the address is not reachable, your amount is return back to your App wallet. But it's useless, we can't order anything.
After that they will block us from customers support whatsapp

Please be advised, that this site is a fraud site. After you select the items you want to buy, it takes you to payment section, after you have made the payment it shoots out a mail for confirmation stating your order has been received successfully. But when you try to track your order, actually nothing happens there. But after 2 hours you receive a call stating that due to some technical reason in the delivery area the item cannot be delivered. So we cancelled you order. The full amount will be refunded in to your MyFlower wallet. After we say so, after few hours they send a coupon code. But using this code if you book it again in their app the same things get repeatrd. So be careful before placing any order in this MyFlower app.
PLEASE BE ADVISED GUYS, THIS IS A FRAUDFRAUD website.

I order cake on 22/07/23 and the cake is not delivered and money also not returned. Fake site. Don't give orders.

A very poor service. Order cancelled by the vendor and the money also not credited till date. Seems to be scamsters. Be advised not to trust them.

Literally scammed me. No delivery and they keep ignoring my emails and calls. All their contact numbers are closed and probably fake. Avoid ordering from them. I ordered a cake and chocolates they have accepted the order and also received the money fully. But they have not delivered cake and chocolate because of no valid reason. But the main part is they won't answer the calls after that and won't return the money back. Worst site is ever seen.

My husband ordered a cake and they didn't deliver it. Its a fake website. Please don't order from here.

I had a very bad experience with my flower app. It is a scam and fraud one. The app and site seems to look genuine. However these people are cheating. After placing my order. There was update in order status. They did not provide any solution. After multiple calls they mentioned order is cancelled. And the same pattern of fraud as mentioned in below other reviews were done. Please avoid this app. It will save your money and you from pathetic experience.

Despite of 6days from placing order they are still waiting to confirm the order

I never see an irresponsible site like this. I had ordered a cake. But not only did they not deliver, they did not give any update. In the end I had to buy another cake from another shop. When I contacted them in a way, they said that it was a technical issue. No refund has been given till now. It is a fraud company. No one will purchase anymore.

Thus is a fraud Company where my ordered did not delivere and no customer care available. Please spread this subject and beware

I have attached what you can review with. What they have on website and what was delivered. The cake received is on the right...since it was pathetic...had to get another cake locally. If you want your child's bday to be good. Stay away from this website.

Do not trust this site its fake,they let you place an order they take the money out from your account and the day of delivery they call to tell you that your order can't be delivered and refund will be issued within 10 days which is not true when asked for a email confirmation they don't do that as well and there is no customer service its only 1 guy who answers your calls and talks like a $#*!ing fool and no manners to talk and even truecaller shows the number as fraud i was scammed for 3000 rupees worst site they need to be blocked from google pathetic! I placed an order for bouquet delivery on 7th July 2023. Order went through for the pincode I entered, but after an hour they called to say order cannot be delivered to the area selected and that they will refund the money within 24 hours. Till today(17th July 2023) I haven't received the refund, also am unable to reach their contact number(not in service), support email(bounced).
WHY CANT THEIR SITE BE TAKEN DOWN BEFORE MORE PEOPLE GET CHEATED?!

This is fraud website, they will took money from you while ordering and then they will call you and say that they can not deliver to this address and when you will call them again for refund the same number will go out of service. Do no order anything from this websites.
