I cannot believe the experience that I have had with this company and their management. This company did SERIOUS damage to my car on the hood, roof, and trunk by DEEPLY scratching the paint along the entire top. I was a member of this car wash company and received multiple car washes from them only to realize that they were causing damage to my car EVERYTIME that I went.

When I took my car back to the car wash I frequented and told them of the damage, the General Manager told me that "This is a large company. We are not afraid to pay for any damages that we cause to any cars." Only to then try to tell me that the damage they caused to may car was not from them and must have been from something else.

I have never gotten my car washed at any other car wash and just before they damaged my car, I had paid $300 to get it professionally detail and waxed. I was told by the general manager that if I could get a professional to look at the car and have them tell me that the car wash was the cause of the damage, that they could take my claim and fix my car (possibly). He just kept repeating "We are a large company and we are not afraid to pay for any damages we cause to cars." That statement was obviously not true.

I took my car to a professional and as he took a look at it and tested the damage to see if he could buff it out, he told me that it was undeniable from a machine car wash and that I would have to spend $500-$600 to get my car repainted. I then took this information back to the General Manager that I had previously spoken to only for him to tell me that he had already closed out my case and denied my claim. He told me that I will now have to take this above him to corporate. That is exactly what I am going to do.

This car wash caused substantial damage to my car, tried to place the blame on my detailer (which I have photographic proof that my car was in perfect condition after he detailed it), and then refused to fix the damage that they have done to my car. Do not go here. You will end up having to pay substantially in the long run.

I visited Mister Car Wash 312 101 E Highway 190 Copperas Cove, Tx. Today and was very dissatisfied. My car was very dirty and I asked the attendant at the gate, if my car is dirty what do I do. He said pull back around and the manager will make the judgement call. I said ok payed my 18 dollars and proceeded to wash my car and then detail it. 2hrs later I finished and pulled back around so it could be re washed. Mind you there was black still on the hood. The attendant called the manager and I handed the attendant my receipt. The attendant said a few hours ago and the manager said no. I left and then called the manager answer I told her what happened and said I was detailing my car for 2 hour she said if I leave the property you can't come back for another wash. I did not leave and followed what the attendant said sorry I spent 2hour on their property detail my car. I will never return to this business again. I will tell everybody not to use them plus I will post it on Facebook...

Took my car in with zero scratch marks, came out with scratching all along the passenger side. Tried to resolve with local manager at Boise Avenue location but was quickly dismissed with what I could tell was her pan answer " those scratches aren't consistent with the type of scratches we see". I have contacted the corporate office to see if I can get a better outcome. If I do, I will be sure to repost here the result. It's just to easy for them to not take responsibility for this.

Only selected one star so I could proceed with the review. I went to MCW in August 2020. They said their company no longer takes cash. What on earth?!?!?! Our currency in America is cash, dollars and cents, not plastic. The employee said cash is the dirtiest thing out there so they won't take cash. Really? Dirtier than manure? Have we forgotten we have immune systems? We have had viruses present for thousands of years. Wake up America! Don't support MCW. When Americans will not take cash but only electronic payment you know they are in line with the one world government where you can be tracked, traced, and controlled everywhere you go. Your freedoms are gone. Employees wear masks (which only cause health problems) even when no one is around. The agenda they are pushing is not American but rather Communist.

I was asked to write a review about my experience at the Mister car wash on Ingersoll and Des Moines Iowa. As I wrote before I had my credit card stolen out of it by one of the boys vacuuming my vehicle and racked up over $450 The police couldn't do anything even though they had him on video then I proceeded to try and go back since I've been a member and the driver of my truck taking it on the track it's one of the yellow poles when they're pulling it out of the building and try to play it off Management tried to say that it did not happen indeed it did I was standing right there so I am very unhappy about the incidents that have happened to me at this location. However I have since taken my business to the one on army Post road in Des Moines Iowa and have been very pleased I vacuumed my own vehicle and have had no problems I just wish they would have taken responsibility for their actions returned my money and fixed my bumper after hitting a pole.

I had paid for one month of car washes before the stay at home order. After the order was lifted, I went by the car wash, my wash tag was expired, so I bought what I thought was another months worth of washes. I was automatically put on a recurring monthly payment but was not told about it. There is nothing at the site, and nothing was mentioned about a monthly POS withdrawal using my debit card. I had to call the corportate office, listen to a lady with a bad attitude, then demand the money for 2 months payments be put back in my account. She tried to tell me that they had explained it and that they have always done monthly payments. She didn't believe me when I told her the one I paid for earlier in the year had expired. Be very careful if you go to Mister Car Wash

This wash ripped the entire rear wiper and housing off of my 2017 acura mdx. Manager was resoundingly unhelpful, said they would order a part off of amazon an put on themselves. Understand that the whole unit ripped off the back of my car. I said wanted an acura part and for them to double check that there was no damage to the motor and was told "all we will do is order an amazon part and put it on ourselves. Totally insane. Damaging cars and then trying to fix with a third party part and a carwash staff? Its insane. Then when I asked that my three car wash clubs be cancelled, the manager said "wow, you are demanding". Even a cursory look at the reviews of this place is all the evidence you need. Just wish i had done so sooner.

Have used Mister car wash in bountiful for years both my wife and I for our vehicles and work vehicles. Using mainly for just between detail jobs that I do personally on my classic 1997 f250. In April of 2020 their car wash destroyed the passenger side of the vehicle. They told me where to go to get an estimate so they could fix it. I did that the same day and did not hear back from them until 3 months later June of 2020. They said the vehicle was already damaged or was showing sign of damage based on the pictures they took of where they tore the trim off and ripped my rear fender out. When I realized what they had done at the time I made them shut the car wash down and they did not believe they had torn it off. I pleaded with him to please turn the car wash off and cancel everyone behind me to we found the part so as to not damage other vehicles. Upon investigation there was my trim tied up in a knot inside one of their brushes waiting to pulverize every car that came through. I am canceling all memberships to the carwash and would strongly advise anyone that cherishes their vehicle not to use them. Attached is a picture of my f250 before Mister car wash destroyed it

Consumer Alert: #Mistercarwash on Wilder Rd in Bay City. Everyone that knows me knows I keep my truck in like new prestine condition. Actually it is only a year old so it should look good to begin with. This carwash just scratched 100's of tiny scratches all the way down both sides of my truck. It is very obvious that something is in the brushes because it is very consistant. This is the only place I go to get my truck washed because I pay for the membership. They refuse to accept responsibility for the damage. I strongly suggest not getting your car washed at any Mister Car Wash locations!

Went to get my truck washed in Mt Pleasant Mi yesterday and was told by the attendant "that they could not except a credit card or cash at this time due to the COVID19 pandemic " but " they could service MEMBERS. " then in the same breath said they could sign me up for a membership and the was my truck!
WTF? If you can except payment for a membership then why not a single wash?
What a scam! Let's take advantage of a bad situation and con people into a monthly bill.

I don't know what happened to the Fire House car wash but this place don't come close!

Showed up after work to wash my mothers car i had tooken for the weekend, i left my lunch box in the car during the wash thinking everything was gonna be fine. I get home and stuff from my lunch box was missing. Returned to the carwash to ask about my stuff and supposibly one of the techs had just left for the shift(one of the guys that vacuumed my car first). Said they were gonna look at cameras but who knows since one of the supervisors said that they been having difficulties with employees but yet they still have them working on cars that customers trust to get cleaned. They say they're not responsible for missing stuff i understand but to go through someone's lunch box and take stuff thats a different thing. Would NOT wash my car here again.

This was my third visit to Mister Car Wash on Wilder Road in Bay City, MI. Since the change over to Mister Car Wash I find the the attendants want you to pull your car into the track almost on the bumper of the car ahead of you! Well, today as I was about to pull in to the track, the blue Ford 150 pick up in line ahead of me started coming backwards! I laid on the horn to no avail and within seconds it crashed into my GMC Yukon. There were no Backup lights lit (like when you put your vehicle in reverse). The attendant then totally shut down the system and told both drivers to continue through the wash and pull over to access damage once both made it though the car wash. When the other driver exited his truck, he said he put his vehicle in neutral as directed and then started forward but then all of a sudden started going backwards. I will never return to this car wash. I didn't like having to exit my Yukon each time to readjust my mirrors anyway. The attendant who handled our misfortune was not that courteous or helpful. Never again!
