This past Saturday July 3,2021 I stopped in to have my truck detailed. I'm an unlimited customer and paid the extra $10 to have the inside vacuumed however when it was finished the 1st time thru there was still a lot of dirt they missed on the carpet and floor mats. I asked a manager if this was acceptable an his reply was, they did the best they could and the vacuums aren't. T the best but he did agree to have them re-vacuum and after the 2nd attempt, it didn't look much better. I then asked for his manager "James Hoovens" who actually did what I asked the 2nd guy to do. In total I was there between 45 - 55 minutes to get my truck washed and vacuumed. Thank you James for the help.

My biggest complaint is, if I'm paying $36 a month and an extra $10 for vacuuming, if its not spotless once completed, what am I really paying for?!?! The guys who do the vacuuming, if they can see dirt why are they not cleaning it?!?! I understand it's a carwash but take pride in what you do.

Asked and I probably shouldn't because it puts the attendant on the defensive!
I asked for them to spray the back hatch because in the past I find dirt running out after I'm out of the wash. It doesn't seem to matter witch wash I get.
The attendant said to my request that she always does the back! Well again back hatch, wheel wells, and front grill Still very bad. And nope I don't go through again, I went to self wash. Very sad that I can Not support a local business.

Their car wash will damage your vehicle and then Denys it. They damaged my hood and denied any responsibility. I know 100% my hood did not have a ding on it or paint missing; they are denying my claims. I will appeal this. Folks don't go thru Mister carwash. It isn't worth damaging your vehicle.

I had 3 car memberships at the Nampa Idaho location near the Karcher mall. I do not like the way there new gate system works. I asked to cancel my membership because of the gate system. The employee was extremely rude to me. After he canceled my membership as I was pulling away before I rolled my window up he yelled have fun finding another car wash and continued to talk negative about me. The manager of that location was there as well and let that employee act that way.

Does NOT offer upgraded interior packages!

Will NOT offer a package that includes spraying and wiping down seats unless it's a slow day. They won't take appointments for upgraded interior and only offer it at random, so you can't count on it if needed... They limit their services to vacuuming, dusting and wiping out drink holders (maybe). Terrible interior service selection.

Horrible service

Savanah the employee at speedway location Tucson AZ deleted all my information on my both cars and told me everything is fine. I called the cooperate office and spent 45 minutes over the phone till it was fixed AND HERE SHE COMES AGAIN today Apr/7/2021 (11:54AM) after 2 months telling me that my sticker is not scanning and asking about my phone number and she told me i'm gonna fix everything for you! I'm like WHAT? Dont fix anything, dont even touch my information, you deleted my information on my 2 memberships last time and wasted my time to fix it since the supervisor and manager couldnt fix it. She told me it wasnt me, i told her i clearly remember you and your name. She went crying to the manager in blue T-shirt and accusing me that i was cursing at her. The manager came to me and told me cursing is not acceptable here, i told him i did NOT curse on her, ask the other employee that was standing beside her and prove me liar. His answer was he is new here. Huh? What kind of answer is that? I understand you gonna back your employees as a manager but not a liar employee that i have bad history with before.
He spent time of course writing the phone number again and doing only God knows what on the system until he fixed it. What a horrible experience in that location!
Stay away, Zero star!

I took my wife's Cadillac through the Pflugerville location and one of the tires got damage, they dined my claim, this people are a ripoff. Beware of this place take your vehicle somewhere else. Don't spend you money here.

We paid $32 for an inside and out car wash plus fragrance which it never smelled as if a fragrance was included. The outside didn't look bad but the inside we had to come home and clean it ourselves. It was not vacuumed on the sides or middle, the mats were not washed as we specifically requested to be included. We did not receive what we paid for. Very unsatisfied.

This Review is for the Airway Heights Washington location.
I took my Black 2011 Camaro SS to this location, and it got noticeably scratched from front to back and top to bottom. I was made aware of the opening of this location from a friend, and I typically take my vehicles to the Mr. Car Wash on Division in Spokane and have no issues there.
I have always had great luck using the Mr Car Washes in Spokane, so when I heard that one had opened near my work I thought I would try it. I went there after work and it was dark, even so, I could tell that there was some maring when I dried it off with my micro fiber towels. I go to work in the dark and go home in the dark due to my hours, so I didn't see my car in the light until two days later. I took my car over to the car wash in order to show the manager and he made me feel like I was trying to take advantage of them by bringing it to their attention. I told him that I didn't want any paint work done but it definitely needs cut and buffed. I have worked at an auto auction for 21 years, and previous to that I was a car painter for 18yrs. I am very meticulous about the care of my car. The manager looked all over my car and noticed there was two minor scratches that went vertically, and he said that those were not consistent with the way the wash brushes go. I told him that my car is not perfect and the scratches that go horizontally from front to back was put there by his car wash. He kept wiping his hands over my car and I had to ask him to stop because he was wiping dust over my paint and scratching it even more. He kept going back to those few scratches that were on my car prior.
Please look at the pictures. It is very clear that their equipment is what damaged my vehicle. I hope very much that Mr Car Wash steps up, does the right thing, and fixes my car.

Mixed Feelings

I frequent both car washes in Midland and I understand the machine isn't going to leave my vehicle spotless. The problem is, once I get to the start of the wash the attendant that is supposed to spray the excess dirt from the vehicle 90% of time will not! I drive an SUV and it's tough for the brushes to clean the dirt off the back of the vehicle. It's frustrating because I leave the car wash then I have to go home and clean the back of my vehicle. I enjoy my membership but I would love my membership if we could fix this issue.

DO NOT GIVE MISTER CAR WASH YOUR MONEY!

DO NOT BUY FROM MISTER CAR WASH! I pay for 4 monthly accounts, both personal and for my business. My personal car is a small BMW that NEVER gets dried. As a result it always has water spots and soapy residue left on the car. This all started when they stopped hand drying the car. Their excuse is that drying personal were getting hurt in the tracks. Ironically, they dry other cars 30 feet away. Keep in mind the cost never went down as they let employees go and the service of drying the car. I called upper management several times, I also spoke to two mangers face to face and was told... "Drying is not in your contract"

I do not think my expectations are at alto much. I want a clean car and thats what i pay for. Unfortunately, they do not agree.

I am blown away by the fact that as they raise their profits by letting employees go and reducing their services... their absolutely horrible customer service, lack of communication and greed.

They will gladly take your money, wash your car... but drying requires DOUBLE the price plan.

Take your money elsewhere, support local business. I will be taking this to local tv, radio, and social media.

Bottom line: DO NOT GIVE MISTER CAR WASH YOUR MONEY!

All bad

There are other car washes, which have towels, cleaning liquid for the glasses, pressurized air and for the same price that you charge, they apply shampoo, wax and clean the tires. And very good attention to the public that mister car wash is missing a lot! For those reasons I withdraw my membership from you.

Total waste of money

I paid $36.00 for there upgraded car wash, left with a dirty windshield, inside and out, dirt on carpets, no wheel cleaning. Etc. Am extremely disappointed, if your going to use them just pay for the basic car wash because that is what your going to get. I won't ever use them again.

Deceptive sales tactics

I asked for a one-time car wash (I was out of town) and the attendant somehow signed me up for a subscription plan while swiping my car. I was charged ~$100 before I realized what had happened. The address on my credit card is >1000 miles away from the MCW I visited, so why would I want a subscription? I understand it's a national chain, but none exist near my residence. The MCW car wash didn't damage my vehicle, so 2 stars for deceptive sales practice. Fool me once, shame on you.

Firehouse car wash in Mt. Pleasant MI sold out to Mister. I went through and the back of my car was dirty and pieces of brushes were by my headlight. My antenna was bent. I went to another Mister in Mt. Pleasant (Pickard street). I went through, this time checking there. The back was filthy! I went back through, they wiped the back but there was grease on the rag SO, the back of my car was all grease, including the window... got home and had more pieces of their brushes around my headlight! Not a happy customer! Will not use them again!

I am beyond disappointed in my customer service experience with the Douglasville, GA location. When you are a paid monthly member, you go thru the bay and it knocks off the trim of the rear of your SUV you expect the carwash to make you whole... wouldn't you? I mean, it was on when I went in, it wasn't loose prior to going into the carwash bay where you had to go in to retrieve it from. How can you possibly say you are not responsible? Not to mention at what point was someone from your establishment going to inform me that you were denying my claim? I left numerous voicemails and emails that went unanswered until it was obvious in my last email my patience was wearing thin before I received a returned phone call. The customer service or the lack thereof is truly ridiculous.

Don't waste your money

As far as the car wash goes washing of the car was great when they pay the extra money to have it detailed inside forget it don't waste your money they don't vacuum the floor mats they don't wipe down the doors they'll wipe your windows but that's about it and wipe is what I'm saying they do not they use a dry rag you asked him to wipe the form as a no man we don't do that you ask him the vacuum no ma'am we don't do that but yet you pay the extra money for it
