Midland MI Mister CW had left my truck worse after the wash than before.
The GM - Paul contacted me and offered a free wash.
Today they gave my truck the premium wash (my truck does not get driven in the winter, seldom in the rain). The truck came out ok, not great. Fender well lips were still dirty, same as the point where the bed and cab meet.
Realize these are difficult areas, but Firehouse carwash always did a nice prewash prep of these areas.
Prices are too high for the quality of wash and there is no one at the end to adjust the truck mirrors.
Over all, Mister CW will probably maintain a clean car in an ok way only if it is washed weekly.
I will say that the G-Manager and staff are working hard and seem to care. Just a sad product after so many quality years of Firehouse.

(Miracle Mile mister car was in Tucson on Oracle Rd)I am a premium member and their drove thru car wash scratched the hood of my BMW and they are not taking responsibility DO NOT GO TO ANY MISTER CAR WASH, take the extra time to just have wash your vehicle so your car does not get damaged! It's simple, my cars hood wast not damaged when it went thru but when it came out and they delivered it to me it was scratched. Also when I pointed it out to the employee he replied " that's a risk you take"
And when asking for a manager I was told their wasn't one available. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MISTER CAR WASH! Their investigation is a joke

You recently added new chemicals and a huge roll to dry the vehicles. It is by far the worst! The roll does NOT even touch the vehicle which leaves everyone to hand dry it ourselves. Sides are left completely wet. Before all this, I got my girlfriend and two co-workers to sign up. If I would have known you would be cutting corners like this, I would have never done this. I will be cancelling my membership immediately. You are getting horrible reviews and comments all over social media. Who signed off on this? A real shame! I visited all locations in the El Paso, TX area and they are all a disappointment with your new equipment.

I took my brand new car to Cedar Rapids, IA Mister Car Wash for 2 1/2 years (monthly membership). I've never thought they do a super job at getting it dry or even very clean underneath in the winter but hey I like a clean car one or two times a week so I keep going. One day in December a rock in one of their "brushes" which swings back and forth scratched up my hood terrible. When I went back to complain I was told their equipment couldn't do that. (I said a rock in their equipment sure could) There have been times I have eyed the muddy, filthy truck in front of me and wondered, and unfortunately now I know...

A manager told me an incident would be opened and he took a picture. Almost a month went by and no response. I contacted a main office today and then the store manager called immediately and apologized for the delay and said he had been "looking into it" and corporate office had denied my claim because their equipment couldn't do that. Just wanted others to be aware!

This location is located in Essexville, MI. Used to be a Firehouse Soft Wash. I have used Firehouse many times in the past with great results. Recently I noticed that Mister Car Wash had bought them out so I gave them a try on 12-7-19. First thing I noticed is the prices are higher, what was $12 at Firehouse was now $14, I said no problem (knowing what my previous Firehouse experience used to be) and paid. The whole process was about the same as Firehouse until we got to the end, when, to my shock, all there was to dry the car was an automated blower! Firehouse used to hand dry your vehicle and suffice to say, the blower did not do a good job at all, water spots everywhere and the back end of the vehicle not even dried! There is no substitute for hand drying and Mister Carwash made a BIG mistake getting rid of that. I will not be wasting my money there again. Very, very, disappointed. I could have used my local piece of crap autowash for $7 and got the same results. Make sure you know this is not the Firehouse experience you were accustomed to before you go in!

1 because I cant leave a zero. BROKE MY DOOR HANDLE. Let me say it again. BROKE. MY. DOOR. HANDLE. Then there is the matter of scratched rims on 3 out of 4 of my tires. Smug the entire claim process; probably because the guy before us caught him on the way out to make a claim about his scratched paint. When I said goodbye have a nice ******* day after JOHN HALL the super smug guy who took the claim said he wouldnt take it as a claim that we ripped the door handle off there was glue on it. Cant even tell the difference between glue and greese. He wanted to smile all smugly and say have a nice day you bet I said "rip my door handle off then smiley smugly qnd say have a nice day? Ya **** you!" Brcause I'm livid qs any person would be.

We showed up with My daughter's first car (used) she got 3 weeks ago and with her birthday being today we decided to go the full Monty and get it detailed for her yesterday. We showed up at Mister Car Wash (9995 E Adamo Dr, Tampa, FL *******) 1/2 hour before they opened at 9 (we had a lot to do before the party) and were 3rd in line, at 8:58 they took our money and we were told it would be ready in 2 hours. We returned at 11 and I was enraged when I saw where they were on the car, they were vacuuming. I gave the manager an ear full but he seemed disinterested as if he'd heard a thousand times before. When it was ready at 12:30 I went over it having them clean every tiny spot I could find but they got me anyway because I forgot to open the trunk to see it hadn't even been touched. They did a 3rd rate job for the money we paid ($160) and I'll never go back. I give 1/2 star. Please warn your family, friends and neighbors!
