Went through the #2 wash and came out with scratches all over my car that weren't there before. Really annoying. The wash does not work well.

This carwash was 20.00. I went thru it in about 40 seconds. My car came out just as dirty. Just rubbish.
Please fix this issue and take the time to clean cars.
That is what your business is. Take some pride instead of worrying about the almighty dollar.

I HAVE BEEN TO THIS car wash many times with both my cars with my van on friday i was being guided on track and van wen t off track and broke my hub cap. Im going to replace that cap[ my self, but i would not recomend any to go to this car wash the assistant manager that i talk to was very rude to me and this is

This is my third time at this location and it will probably be my very last. I paid $28 for an inside and outside wash and they did an okay job on the outside. But to be honest the machine does all the outside washing.

I asked for my floor mats to be cleaned as I exited my vehicle (which I shouldn't have to say) since it was supposedly a part of the wash package I purchased. I then went to the restroom and when I came back out my vehicle was done. I was like "wow" that was quick.

As I got to my vehicle all my doors were open and when I looked inside the first thing I noticed was a french fry under the back seat. And that all of my mats were still dirty (dirt and particles) like nothing had been done. The employee said that I thought you just wanted us to remove the water that had gotten in during the wash, because of my rear window being slightly cracked open.

My doors looked like they hadn't even been touched. I am very disappointed with my visit here today and I'm tempted to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. I would not patronize this business unless you are only getting the basic outside wash which is $8.

I could have done better by going to the drive thru car was for $5 and vacuum it out myself. SMH disappointed

It was still dirty when it came out. I had to ask the guy who was drying it to wipe the dirt off. The guy spraying beforehand barely sprayed my car.

I took my car to the Mister Carwash on Euclid last week. I had my daughter who is a teenager with me. I could not believe it when this guy who I later found out was a maintenance worker for them starting spewing out all of this sexually charged language. In addition, he was swearing a lot at another employee. I later found out that they all call him the "Old Man" and just put up with his horrible mouth and temper. I asked one of the employees there what his name is and he said "His names Mike, but please do not tell anyone that I told you." I will NEVER take my car to any of their carwashes again. This behavior is appalling and the fact that Mister Carwash is ok with it, is horrible. I feel so sorry for the employees that are subjected to his mouth.

In my truck, promised return calls, never did. Opened the bed cover in my truck to vacuum, they left it open and ran it through the car wash and damaged many electronic items. They said they would call me, they never did I called multiple times and they promised they would call back. If you want to do business with a company like this, take your chance.

Mr, car wash is not the place to go to get your vehicle washed, unless your car is already clean, if you have a dirty vehicle it comes out still dirty, due to the lack of spraying and scrubbing of the vehicle before entering wash, they also do not towel dry at the end which in my opinion sucks, their vacuums are not very powerful as well, barely sucks anything up. In my opinion, bring back the pre spray and scrub and towel dry and then it will be a good car wash again.

Hi. As much as I enjoy getting my car washed here and I do have the unlimited membership, I noticed that the back end of my car is always spotted and still dirty. I've even gone back through later in the day. 30$ a month is expensive for me and this should be addressed. I always get a car wipe and clean it off myself after leaving.

I got the worst car wash the whole back of my truck was still dirty and the sides were barely clean running boards wre still dirty pics poor performance.

Damage to your vehicle and then deny it. Vehicle consistently dirty after wash. Always make excuses.

Wanted to give 0 stars but that was not an option. Went through the car wash on Buffalo Gap Rd in Abilene TX on 04-23-22 and as soon as we came out of the tunnel we see a huge crack in my windshield. Pulled straight over to salesman up front who calls someone over to take pics and file an incident report. Received a phone call today on 04-26-22 saying they are not liable for broken windshield. We have two vehicles with memberships and pay $29.99 each every month. They have video showing no crack before we entered and car wash and then showing a crack after pulling out. This place does not care about their customers. I filed a complaint online today and was told that due to current circumstances they are receiving a high volume of requests. Guess we're not the only ones with complaints! So glad there is another car wash in town that does not have any affiliation with the name Mister Carwash

My grandfather with dementia recently ran through the car wash and unfortunately the scrubber took off his mirror. He was at the Abilene Tx car wash on S 27th. I agreed to call on his behalf about the problem, and the manager, who's name I cannot recall (a tall friendly gentleman with short dark hair) was extremely helpful. He advised us that they would be more than happy to fix the problem for us. We accepted their offer of many free car washes that costed more than the mirror itself, which they offered to fix as well. We are overjoyed by the helpfulness of this manager and staff.

No help when entering, workers unfriendly and look depressed. There is no order whatsoever on how they run their line. Cars are almost running into each other and nobody is helpful. Now lets get to the gross part. The car wash itself is horrible. The wraps are abrasive and dirty and the strands that buff are almost a brown color. I saw maybe one squirt of soap and that was it. Everything else was just water and i bet thats dirty too. Nobody directed on where to go when exiting and the wash flipped my side mirror. Im scared to know what condition my paint would be if i was a regular at this car wash. Do better!

Car wash is pretty good although the vacuums suck literally lol vacuums suck that's what they do ;) the staff is what makes this car wash awesome. I particularly had a good experience with an employee named Braxton he deserves a raise! And the guy in the pic stays to guide u in awwh nice people :)

Stay clear of Mister Car Wash... especially Vestavia, Alabama location! The service and quality were absolutely terrible! I am not a hard customer to please and I'm not that picky, however the quality of interior cleaning and exterior wash was unsatisfactory. I paid $34, plus prepaid tip of $5 (the attendant collecting payment as you enter was very pushy about adding a tip). Thus, for almost $40, I got totally ripped off. When I went to Mister Car Wash, it was during a weekday and mid afternoon. The car wash was not very busy and there was plenty of staff on duty.

When my car was ready, I couldn't believe how dirty it still was and it didn't even look like it had been vacuumed at all or interior wiped down. I nicely asked the attendants if they could vacuum the car a bit better and I pointed out some of the worst spots on inside and outside of car that needed a bit more attention. The attendant did a quick half-hearted attempt at wiping a few things down, but did not revacuum car. I had to send the car back three times, and each time, it hardly looked liked they did anything. I honestly was not being that picky... and simply wanted a reasonably clean car. I've never once in my life had to send my car back a second time at any car wash, nor had to ask that the car be vacuumed some more. After asking the third time to vacuum more and wipe the visible dried dirt (from my shoes) from the door threshold on driver's side, I realized that I was going to still have to take my car to another car wash and pay to get it cleaned. I left Mister Car Wash and went to Marc 1 Car Wash in Hoover where I paid another $20, but did get a reasonably clean exterior wash, and interior vacuumed and wiped down. This occasion was my first experience in using Mister Car Wash, but I will never return to any Mister Car Wash location again!

I'm a member, once I lost my antenna, Then when I took my truck to wash the Machine broke and they have video, the machine kept pounding and dent my grill in front and scraped my pin strips on the side of my truck, I contacted the manager, he made up his own decision to not help take care of it, My truck is a $60,000 truck. I expect to take care of it and picked a place like them to wash it, but apparently they're not professional enough to except tge responsibility, that messed up my truck. I would like for someone to get in touch with me and pay for this Stanley Jean
