Car damage

My truck rain guard was broke while going into the automatic washer, the costumer service I'll receive a check between 2 to 4 weeks to fix my car. It's been over 6 weeks and every time I called them they told me next week over and over. This place doesn't care about their costumer as long they make a profit they are okay. Be carful when u through and check your car car before and after wash it

Mister Car wash in fern park

I've been going to mister since it was Bills. Paid $40 on 2/25/23. Was in a time crunch as it took about 40 minutes so I did not look over my car. Terrible job! Bug remains all over my windshield, bird poop on my hood. Dash not wiped down. I called a short time after I left. No one answered. I left a detailed message with my name and contact information. Never received a return call. Extremely disappointed to have paid $40 for such poor work. P******* is my receipt number.

I'm in a loaner therefore I was refused a car wash.

I asked for the manager.

The manager came by incerting himself directly at my driver window with hands inside my vehicle leaning in however slightly raised voice stating if you read all the way to the bottom of your contract you'll see that loaners n rentals are not part of your membership.

I said okay so this is my vehicle until Wednesday n your going to deny me a wash, one wash?

The manager on duty stated yes.

I asked when will my membership be deducted again?

I was told March 14th.

I said good.

Cancel my membership.

The manager stated no wait. How many washes has she had, the other staff checked n he said one.

I said I have an unlimited why does that matter?

Manager stated because if you've had more than one we couldn't cancel and it matters.

You know I could've came in and drove up and told you all this is my new car and when I took the loaner back came back and said this is now my new car and received washes on all the vehicles.

THANKS FOR HELPING ME MAKE A DECISION I'VE BEEN CONTEMPLATING FOR SOME TIME NOW!

People/Consumers wake up! Stop allowing companies/businesses manipulate/monopolize your money $$$$

Just bought my new car, took it there next day and left with very deep scratches along the right side on the doors. Immediately after going thru the car wash I went to vacuum it and noticed very deep scratches along with white foam still on the car. The worker said the car wash didn't scratch it but said yes that's soap all over the car…unfortunately they have a sign they're not responsible for ruining your car! Very upset as this car is brand new!

Not worth the money

We got the platinum inside/outside package. The outside is fine but it doesn't even look like the inside was touched. Not worth the money to. You could see from inside the waiting area that the kids working appeared to be more concerned with chit chatting instead of doing what you paid for. Will not purchase this again

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I AM A MEMBER WITH MISTER CAR WASH AND HAS BEEN A MEMBER WITH THE PREVIOUS COMPANY SINCE THE BUSINESS WAS BUILD AT THIS LOCATION AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO RUDELY HANDLED AND DISRESPECTED AS I WAS 1/27/22 BY EMPLOYEE BRITTANY STOKES! THIS HUMAN IS VERY RUDE AND LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE TWO TIMES PRIOR TO MY RECENT VISIT I REQUESTED THAT MY CAR PLEASE BE SPRAYED WITH THE BUG SPRAY THATS NORMALLY PROVIDED BEFORE ENTRY OF THE WASHING PROCESS SINCE I NOTICED IT WAS NOT BEING PROVIDED MY LAST FEW VISIT ON 1/27 -1/30 I CANT RECOLLECT WITCH DAY IT WAS AS I WAS MAKING ENTRY THE LADY BRITTANY AFTER SPRAYING THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME BEGIN PUTTING THE SPRAYER UP I ROLLED DOWN MY WINDOW AND ASK THAT MY CAR BE SPRAYED AT THIS TIME BRITTANY LOUDLY STATED I TOLD YOU BEFORE THIS IS FOR BUGS ONLY I TRIED TELLING HER THAT I WANT MY CAR SPRAYES AS I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER BUT MY CAR WAS ON THE AUTO MACHINE AT THIS POINT AND I WAS TAKEN THROUGH THE WASHER HOWEVER ONCE I EXITED I PULLED TO THE OFFICE AND REQUESTED FOR COOPERATE NUMBER BRITTANY THAN STATED AND MAKE SURE YOU GET MY NAME RIGHT AND THREATENED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP! RIP OFF ON MEMBERSHIP

DO NOT GET THEIR MEMBERSHIP FOR CAR WASHES. This is a ripoff. They try to sell this to you with no explanation. If you unfortunately sign up for it you are charged automatically on your credit card monthly $19.99. They make it near impossible to discontinue it. Check your credit card statement to see if they signed you up without your knowledge. AVOID THIS COMPANY

My ceramic coating ruined

If you like your shine on your new car or truck. Don't go here it'll just get scuffed up,and they won't do anything about it. I found out the hard way. And it didn't even get all the dirt off.what joke!

Downhill fast

I used to like going to this place because of the customer service they used to spray your car off they used to hand wipe they don't do none of that anymore it's like running your car through a express wash but you're paying a premium. They cut back on all their soap now you're just getting a little bit on your vehicle, They tightened up the brushes so now they scratched the side of your vehicle. The quality of this place went down hill.

Worst carwash ever.

The pressure of everything inside the tunnel is not enough to give the car a good wash and dry. If I could give a 0 I would. Don't spend your money here.

Downtowner was a great car wash and ever since Mr Car Wash took over it is gone completely downhill prices have gone up quality has dived it it's not any good anymore I went there to get a free Veterans Day Car Wash like downtown or used to have and they do not honor Veterans Day so I hope all you veterans out there can do the same thing I am by not visiting any of these location Mr car washes

Not Going Back

I have been using the Gandy and Dale Mabry locations for years and was a monthly subscriber. The quality was above average. The quality began going down hill in the last couple years. Then every time I went the workers would change the electronic settings in my car including but not limited to seat position, music media and other settings. I also asked them not to spray deodorizer in the car and they did anyway. It happened all the time. I started taking my car to Prestige car wash and that stopped happening. The workers there seem to have more pride in their work and the quality is much better.

Car spots evert time

I have been using the Jordan Creek location in West Des Moines for about a year now, when I get home I have to go over most of car with Detail Spray to get all the water spots. Seems like the rinse water is dirty. Used Tommy's Car Wash before moving and it was MUCH better.

Bad bad bad

I came to the sale mabry location almost weeks ago to get my 07 hummer washed. Went thru the car wash only. After exiting I noticed my driver side mirror was broken. As I parked and got out to access the situation and damage the manager on site. Said. And mind u the exact first words out of his mouth was. He owns and older car and would never run it thru a car wash. I smiled and said sir I always wash my hummer thru these car washes and never had any issues. Esp not a broken driver side mirror. Anyways he goes on and get my email and name n number and says to me someone will contact me within 72business hours. Well it's been almost 2 full weeks now and still nothing so now I have a $330.00 driver mirror to go buy bcuz mister car wash failed to take care of an issue that occured at there establishment and by there machines. Mind u I payed $30 for a $330 broken mirror car wash... if this can be handled then I would like to be contacted or Atleast reimbursed for my mirror. Thanks 813_ 475_1415

At approximately/between 9:30am-10:00am l arrived to the 3516 North Zaragosa car wash. I explained that l was a member and requested to pay the difference on wax and tire shine to include two runs as a one time courtesy.
(After Mr. Acosta ID her)
Ms. Sosa responded very adversarial. Scolding me on about request. Incredible, l decided to ask for her name which did but Ms. Sosa hesitated. Then l explain that l was going to just address my concern with corporate. Ms. Sosa kept scolding me on my request versus recognizing my concern on how Ms. Sosa was handling it. Then when l asked for her name while using my electronic notes Ms. Sosa walked away. Mr. Acosta did not recognize my concern on Ms. Sosa's unjustifiable way of handling the situation.
Mr. Acosta also became very adversarial too, unprofessional, not willing to diffuse the circumstances, etc. Mr. Acosta also walked alway and l increase my tone that l wanted to pay for the difference. Mr. Acosta stated don't yell at me and l said you walked away from me as a member so l had to let you know that l wanted to pay for the difference on a higher tone as you were walking away from me. At that point he directed Ms. Sosa to go inside. I notice a
Mock and chuckle attitude meaning that Ms. Sosa did not have that customer service guest mentality and professionalism to include her supervisor Mr. Acosta.
My tone was not threatening on both counts, my tone was not disrespectful, my tone was just to pay for the difference.
Based on my experience and perception the lack of care communication is imperative. Is there chain issues ( burn outs-stress) both individuals created a chaotic and toxic situation, the company will suffer evidently if this situation is not followed through. I recommend that you view camera whereby l want to pay for the difference.

Are they related in any way, dating, undermining the employees action, etc…
Makes me wonder…

Don't overlook this particular occurrence.

Not only did they scratch my car, but they denied the claim because I left and only came back 5 minutes later when I noticed. They also did Terrible job. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

30% inflation?

Less than a year ago I could get my car washed for $7, a week later it was $8. A month later it is $10 for a basic car wash. Inflation has gone up 9%, but yet Mister car wash has gone up 30%. I left with bugs still on my windshield and front end. I will not be back. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Waste of hard earned money!

I am 64 years old and this is the first review I have ever written. I went to the Mr. Car Wash location in Sugarland, TX today because I decided to splurge on a detailed car wash for $40 plus tip. I am on a tight budget but it was a beautiful day and my card needed the inside cleaned. I usually run it through a car wash and then vacuum the inside myself. I watched my car go through the wash and then it was driven outside. At that point I gathered up my purse and walked outside to sit outside but the worker's were already waving for me to get the car. When I got inside there was still wadded up trash in the doors and all the nooks and crannies were still filled with gunk. I asked her to clean out the slot in the door which she did with an attitude. The entire dashboard was still covered with dust, and the rear view mirror and the mirror on my visor were both still covered with my fingerprints from moving the mirrors around. I was just sick to have spend $40 plus tip when I could have just run it through Quick Quack and vacuumed it myself. Just ruined my day!
