I ended up signing up for a 9.99 promotional plan and the gentlemen said that because it was newly open that I was getting this plan and then it would go up to 19.99 after the first month. Then come to find out I was being charged $35 a month without my knowledge. I am partially to blame because I believed the gentlemen that was selling the promotion. I call Mr. Car Wash and they stated that it didn't matter that the guy told me different info, so I closed my account and will never visit this establishment again. 35$ a month is not worth it for this carwash it barely cleans your vehicle and leaves water spots and dirt marks all over the car

I have used Mister for a while and on a recent visit my windshield came out of the wash with a crack. A claim was immediatly placed by the manager on duty - Ben Vance. He said they will review the video footage to see when the windshield cracked. I received a phone call the following day. I called back and went in to see the video. There is only one camera that shows the car exiting the carwash and the resolution is not high enough to see damage. They said they were not liable because windshields can crack when exposed to temperature changes. It was around 80 degrees the morning the car went through the carwash. The water temperature of the carwash was around 70 degrees. They told me they were not liable for the windshield crack because the car was driven off the property. Where else am I supposed to go if there are cars behind me? The car was parked on the street next to the entrance of the carwash. I then went around the block and back to the car wash to make the claim. They told me the part that cleans windshields was not working that day and so it wasnot possible for the windshield to break.

We went to the Mister car wash in Muscle Shoals Ala. And when we started there was a ladder standing there. It was thrown into my wifes suv. Damaged the back door. They said they would take care of it until they found out that they actually had to pay to get it fixed. The manager called me and said it never even hit my back door even though you could see the paint from the ladder.

The worker taking my order told her that is ladies day & he told me that never heard that before.
I hope you either inform your workers or bring it back

Used to go there for good detail. Not any more. Terrible job for $30 Base Plus. Signs to choose level of wash removed. Only info you see is a scratched out 5x7 card? Then it gets worse.

1. Wheel clean is a wasted upgrade. Asked attendant do the clean the wheels. Said they wipe it down. Asked what chemical do they use to clean wheels. Said car wash sprays them. The wheel cleaning spray works on every car going through. They are not going to clean wheels with wiping them, if they even do that.
2. Walk around the car like you would inspecting a rental car. Trunk lid and rear bumper not wiped down. Same for car next to me so seems to be a common business practice. Front bumper was easily cleaned with a rag... but had to ask him to do that.

Young kid came and got me and walked past car saying have a good day. They know they are not doing a quality job. Unfortunately, their business practices prey on young women or elderly (old Vietnam veteran next to me that could barely walk) to not look at the car detail.

If you are looking a for detail on your car. MCW on Park Blvd is NOT IT.

I WILLL NEVER GO BACK WHILE I WAS GOING THU I HEARED A BIG BANG IN THE FRONT OF MY CAR SO I WENT THRU THEN WHEN I WAS DRYING IT I FOUND DEEP SCRATCHES HES ON MY FRONT BUMPER SO UPSET I HAD NO DENT OR NOTHING I WILL TAKE THEM TO COURT. WHY MERCED LET THEM TAKE EVERY CAR WASH OVER IDONT KNOW. BUT YOUR THE WORST CAR WASH EVER...

The service is terrible and impossible to cancel.i will probably end up with legal fees and ruined credit because i could not cancel but stopped payment to them. Don't use Mr carwash

I have been a loyal customer with your company for a few years now and I have a complaint. Before Covid there were workers at the end of the line to wipe the cars down, and I totally understand why that practice was suspended. I get it, but I have faithfully paid $19.99/month, but my car looks like crap by the time I get home because it is dripping wet when I leave your establishment. It seems like now the only way to get a complete job is to pay you guys $10 more each visit to do the inside or to pull over in your parking lot and finish your job myself. I hope you guys will take steps to rectify this ASAP. Always liked this company but it seems like the quality of service is not what it used to be.

Have been an unlimited customer since before Mister purchased and the quality and service has dropped with every location I. The area. I would hope that 2 trips would was my hood but it gets so little attention it is stil dusty. Like never even got wet much less washed.
Wish more companies would open and offer quality competition. Disappointing use of money.

I bought a membership and I noticed hard water spots after the wash in one of my cars.
The also removed one of the emblems on my other car and denied it.
When we watched the tape they said yes you are righ.

Mister car wash in Cottonwood Heights specifically had a great experience after a bad one! The kids wiping my car down somehow broke my rear wiper mechanism actually handed it to me when I went out to get in my car! Jack Douglass the manager completely stood by it a couple months later in fact and paid to have it repaired. He was completly nice and accomodating in todays world that kind of customer service is very much appreicated

On 4/22 at the Mister Car wash on 22nd and Wilmont in Tucson arizona, i went through car wash. After heading to Barber shop less than a block away, I noticed I had a crack in my Windshield. I proceeded back to Car wash and spoke with Manager Eddie Ramirez, he looked at crack and stated that something hit my windshield and agreed it was something in car wash. Mr Ramirez took pictures of damage and stated to give him a few days to investigate. I called on Wednesday 4/26/2023 ansd spoke with Mr. Ramirez, he said they have a disclaimer on entrance as you enter car wash that they would not be liable for any damages. I told him I was Law enforcement and that i was not trying to pull a fast one and that i only wanted my windshield fixed. I told him my windshield was replaced less than a month ago by Clear view because a rock hit it. If you look at cameras at car wash you can clearly see my car went in with no cracks.

I wanted to check Mister reviews. To see if it was just me. But, as I can see it's not just me. I live in Florida where the love bugs will take over the front of your car. I went to Mister (I'm a member) to get my car washed. What I notice is the soap is not dispensing enough to wash my car. You get more wax then soap. When my car was finished washing. It looked as if I didn't even have it washed. The love bugs were still on the car. Every time I get the car detailed. It's never cleaned the way I want it and I don't even know why I pick out a air freshener. When they never put it in. MISTER PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS

During a wash back in February my truck was damaged. When I noticed (about 30 minutes later) that my antenna was missing and had been broken at the base, I went back to the Army Post site and a worker found my antenna in the car wash and brought it out to me. Never said a thing about fixing it. I called the corporate office a few days later and a woman took a report over the phone and told me the Army Post manager would call me in a few days. After waiting for 2 weeks I stopped in and the manager, Gregory Lorimor said there was no report on his system, but he took pictures and said he would file the report himself. He said he would call me that evening with details. After waiting another week, I went back in to see Mr Gregory Lorimor and he gave me the run around about going to get an estimate from a body shop. I did that and brought it back to him and he told me to make the appointment to get the vehicle repaired. I made the appointment and a few days before I was scheduled to take it in, the body shop called and said they were unable to make contact with the manager or anyone at Mr Car Wash to verify payment prior to the work starting. The appointment was delayed and that evening I called the Mr Car Wash corporate office in Arizona. Speaking with "customer care" I was told that there was no documentation of the damage or estimate in their system and I needed to email the information to the claims point of contact and they would be back in contact with me in less than a week. I sent in everything as requested on April 4th. I still have not had any communication from either Mr Lorimor at the Army Post site or corporate headquarters in Arizona. I am currently on hold waiting to talk to a "customer care" specialist and my waiting time just went from 30 minutes magically to 50 minutes. I feel like their MO is to just wear you down until you get frustrated and tired. Horrible customer service...it's funny, they never seem to have had a problem with taking my payment every month. With all the stores popping up all over the metro, they have lost their care for the customer. Unsatisfactory Mr Car Wash.

No accountability. I have been a member for several years. The wash caught my roof rack and bent it. I came back and reported the damage and the manager on duty took a full damage report with pictures (30 minute process) all to not be followed up with by the lying main manager that was off that day. That manager told me to come back cause the pictures did not upload. I told him "no problem" and drove back from Georgetown to Round Rock so he could take more pictures. This time the manager in training to the pictures (15 minute process) I finally spoke to him today and after all of this drama and fake investigation to find out that he said the sign says we are not responsible? What investigation LOL stay away from this place! The manager will put you through hoops all to laugh and point at his disclaimer sign. I have been on hold with their main office for over 40 minutes trying to report this manager and cancel my membership!

Unless you are a member they will not let you in line, until all prepaid are through the line, which is never i backed up and left after 20 minutes. Mister on Alpine and 10 mile in Rockford are the same. Very disappointed.

Went to Mistercar wash for a simple car wash. Machinery knocked off my molding n was told it was a known defect n option to paid for can be determined by store mgr. How can u tell me it's a known defect i can go to this website to verify n when i tell u i've looked up online it's not listed. U can't make up ur own defect list to decided whats accepted n whats not. Then tell me y'all wash so many cars a day u can't pin point whats to b branded as unacceptable. I don't recommend anyone to visit this place of horror if u want ur automobile to continue to look nice. Don't waste ur money n this foolery of a business. Hand wash it's a whole lot better.I will contact legal counsel. This experience doesn't even deserve a rating. Poor excuse for a company n the public eye

I was rear ended as I was exiting car wash. They do not have the ability to stop car wash if cars get too close unless they see it. NO SENSORS. I find this unbelievable but they said it is true and it was my fault because I did not exit fast enough.

Took my new 2023 Honda CRV with 1000 miles to Mister Carwash 7940 North Wickham Rd Melbourne,Fl and this Carwash scratched my complete right side including the fender flares and they refuse to accept responsibility.looking to see how many people have had damaged to their vehicles by any Mister CarWash and how it was handled.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.YOUR VEHICLE COULD BE DAMAGED ALSO…THEY DON'T CARE!
