I immediately noticed damage to my car after running my car thru the Mister Car wash Covington, Ga location on 05/29/24. I filed a claim with Mister Car Wash Covington, Ga location concerning the damage that I noticed to my car immediately after running my car thru the car wash. Mister Car Wash reviewed my incident claim for the damage that I immediately noticed to my car after running my car thru Mister Car Wash Covington, Ga location on 05/29/24. Mister Car Wash denied all liability for the damages to my car that I noticed immediately after running my car thru the Mister Car Wash Covington, Ga location. I canceled my membership with Mister Car Wash and will never use an automatic car wash again! Notice how gentle the scratch is...SMH...

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO CLOSED DOWN THEY NEVER OWNERSHIP FOR ANYTHING I WAS TOLD THAT IT COMES OUT OF THE MANANGERS POCKETS AND THEY DONT WANT TO PAY THEY WILL START A CLAIM AND NEVER TAKE OWNERSHIP AT THE END SO IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR DINGED UP SCATCHES, DENTS, WELL THIS IS YOUR PLACE.!

5 days ago at the Burnett Road location in Austin, the first drying unit dropped down and cracked my daughter's windshield. She immediately drove around to the front to talk to the manager and was shown a sign that said "We are not responsible for windshield damage". We contacted corporate, they responded two days later saying we'd here from a regional manager. Now it's been 3 more days. Nothing.
Meanwhile the crack now is halfway across her windshield.
We talked to a windshield repair company and the guy mentioned he was doing another cracked windshield from a car wash rightt then.

On or about two months ago the car wash tore the antenna off of my truck. While doing so, the antenna pulled the front quarter panel out in addition to the passenger side front door.
The "manager" at the facility insists that they are not responsible for the any of the damages. Have contacted corporate. They will not answer or return calls.
I purchased a monthly pass. Had no other previous issues with the wash.

I took my truck to Mister Car Wash in Green Valley AZ. This truck has Never been through any other car wash. I now have scratches in my glass that were not there before. Truck has pain protection, so no scratches appear in the paint. I have a video where you can hear the automated brush dragging across the glass. Get what, MISTER CAR WASH IS STIFFING ME. DO NOT GO THERE PERIOD!

I've been coming to Mr. Car wash for a while. I started noticing a few scratches here and there, but I never related those scratches to the car wash until today that I brought my car and I saw this huge scratch on the trunk of my car complained to the people that were here, and of course, they're not liable for anything about it I guess I have to fix it myself and by the way, I cancel my subscription with them

2 months using with the best wash packake utilizing 2 locations in Mt Pleasant, MI. FILTHY vehicle, horrible wheel wells, half butt wheels and filthy rockers. To top it off, closed on my next visit with zero resolution from corporate

Recently visited the Mister car Wash on East kearney. The workers there were over the top courteous. Polite and went out of their way to be helpful. They're vacuums were not on because it was cold and I was the only one there. They turned them on for me. And did not even act like it was a big deal. I appreciate that. Love my package that I got because all the employees at each location for this car wash is awesome keep up the good work!

OMG WARNING! I'm so upset this Mister Carwash in Moses Lake just said they would not be replacing my taillight. 40 minutes after my visit I saw the entire lens cover over the rear housing of taillight was gone, broke off. The left one had water in it. These things were not like this and I did complete an incident report which came back as sorry we can't help you. They say there machines couldn't have broke the seal on the left and the right side they say because it had water in it that's why it was broke off. Completely ridiculous. Don't go here. I reported before how upon entry the roller brushes hit my car and shook it. They say that couldn't have broke the seal. I'm so furious this was March 16th at 6pm 2024. This place doesn't give you there video to look at they don't report any damage in the carwash left behind on the ground from broken pieces. There's NO PROTOCOL and proof of the things they make up and lie about. They just won't cover damages they cause your car! I will NEVER GO TO MISTER CARWASH AGAIN!

How tf is y'all gone go in my ashtray but not vacuum all this damn tobacco in my car that's not wtf I paid y'all to do this only my second time here and yall have $#*!ed up once again then not to mention you did nothing to the inside of my doors it's water marks all on my car but y'all worried about dumping a $#*!in ashtray DO BETTER

Today I just cancel my membership. Is ridiculous car wash alway leaves my vehicle dirty and car wash never working. I started paying 31.64 person say that will be my monthly payment. Now 3 months ego they start charging me $ 43.83 for 3 months now. I CALL and ask why if I suppose to pay only $31.64 a month. I look into and they're charging $26.00 for Titanium membership and the customer service that it doesn't matter I still need to pay $43.83. Now I cancel the membership. I just want to let know everyone that is not worth.

I paid $50 and my car was still dirty. Went back to get it cleaned and they treated me like I was a criminal! Springfield Mo E. Sunshine location

I drove in one side of the car wash and then drove out the other side my window blew out and glass was everywhere. I talked to the manager and despite seeming pretty cut and dry he denied any claim. Additionally and more interesting is that I asked to see a video and all he could provide was one outside of the building when the window finally shattered. When I asked to see the videos from inside to see if the glass was struck by anything he said there was no videos from inside? I then proceeded to ask for any video copies he had of my vehicle going through the building and he got very defensive of a sudden and told me he would not be giving me anything without a subpoena. Clearly a very expensive trip and a very sketchy encounter with their General Manager at Mister Car Wash.

Worse Car Wash ever here especially Palm Coast Florida Here are the Facts, their careless staff improperly loaded my near new Toyota Tundra pickup on their track system back in December causing it to derail crashing inside the tunnel. It shut down their car wash. They took absolutely no responsibility for their their actions. Management stated, we have no insurance. Then, denied my claim of my insurance deductible of $500 and my loss of value on my truck in the amount of $2000. Truck repaired thanks to Geico repairing the fender, running boards and replacement of a brand new custom wheel. Consumers beware Mister Car Wash is very unethical and careless. I was a loyal unlimited club member but they burned me and denied my claim for reimbursement even through BBB of AZ where their home office is. Again not rant just facts.

When I come in to get washed the brushes on the right side barely touches my truck and at times doesn't even come close. Been told that they would adjust it but never seems like it happens.

They do not give you towels at all down when you come out of the car wash. This is the first car wash I have been to in 55 years that does not give towels to complete the job of washing your vehicle.

I took my car at Master Car Wash in Minnesota and my total came up to $51 but I left the car wash with a dirty floor mat and that was the main reason I went there in the first place or I could've just gone to a gas station car wash and spend $8, I'm NEVER going back there

Their machines broke my grill insert. They will not take care of it. Horrible business model! Plus the cleaning is sub par at best! I will never take my vehicle there again.

The Spokane, Washington, Mister Car Wash has a policy of doing transactions by credit or debit card only. I'd literally never heard of such a thing. I googled this and discovered that this practice is illegal in a number of states, but, sadly, quite legal in the state of Washington. Be warned about this company.

I just had my car washed at the Minnetonka, MN location. It came out as dirty as when it went in. Unbelievable... $27.00!
