I went to Mister Car Wash on Skyline in Cape Coral and paid the $20 which includes tire shine and for a second time I didn't receive the "Tire Shine" on my wash. Also, I asked for a receipt and the attendant said no receipt!

First off they don't have any color foam so its no fun for kids.

Most importantly they dont have towels. You have to buy one from a vending machine that may not work. I spent 5$ and got nothing out of the machine on hillsborough in west Tampa

We have membership at MISTER CAR WASH and took our vehicle through the wash and it ripped the rear aftermarket ladder off the vehicle and got stuck under the person behind us who continued down road with it stuck under their car destroying the ladder and caused multiple damage to our vehicle as ladder was bolted to vehicle and the CAR WASH refuses to take responsibility and pay damages! They said because it was an aftermarket ladder added to vehicle that they aren't responsible.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Never able to get employees to answer the phone at corporate or local levels.

This Company has charged me for three different monthly unlimited car wash memberships, when I only purchased one. When I tried to call them, I am put on a holdque for over 30 minutes, then their system just disconnects you, so you have to startthe process over again. Email them and they use an auto responder that says they willget back to you. But never do. I purchased an unlimited car wash membership for 19.99a month. In September, they charged me the 19.99, then a week later, 29.99 and then on October 11,2023, they charged me 32.99.

It took awhile but the the company came through - washes are good, tons of locations, just be sure to go to the same location you originally started your unlimited memberships, or this could happen to you.

Location 1352: located at 2921 N MESA ST. Bristle damages to hood of truck. Submitted claim. Mister Car Wash denied everything. Be warned. Check vehicle every wash. Now I have to hire attroney to acquire everything.

Paid $40 and only some areas were wiped down. Tire shine sprayed heavily on factory painted rims. Windows were smears with unclean towels. When I asked a supervisor about wiping down the car I was told no need because "the machine " did not require it. Got home and spent the next 35 min wiping the car and re-washing the tires and rims.

I went there today at 4/3 first I was in the left lane of full-service. I sat there for a while then they asked me to move over to the right lane. I sat there for a while nobody came over to me or anything like that finally got tired of waiting so I back my car up and I drove off nobody even ever talk to me one time. Customer service totally sucks for the price that you pay at this place. It's funny how they ask you to tip but yet you haven't even got the service done yet don't you give a tip after the service is done this afternoon

For the money you could go to a gas station car wash setup and get better service. With less the wait time and less money. My black rims still had dirt on them my hood had streaks of dirt doesn't seems like it was wiped down completely lastly my trunk still had water marks going down the bumper not to mention my dash was still not cleaned properly. They did the bare minimum to get you out. I'm sure someone is going to say why didn't I look at it before I pulled off well i did since they clean your car under a covered area its hard to notice everything until you pull off and the sun hits your car. Last time going here. Suggest you Inspect your car before you pull off because they don't seem to care.

Wants an email address even though I never signed up with one. Finally had to dispute with my card. No legit business makes it so difficult to get away from. Avoid.

They employees are very helpful, and they go out of their way to help a customer out. I always have a great experience when I go in to get my cars washed. I have 8 cars with the Mister Car Wash sticker (membership) and every time I go get them washed the employees go out of their way to help me. Especially Joe, JT, and Harrison they are very helpful.

I stopped to get trucked washed and the lowest price was was $30. That's crazy, when I joined Sunny's carwash yearly unlimited for $300. I kid working looked at me like your really gonna drive away? Hell yes I did. Drove 2 miles and got free for yearly price. Will never use or suggest Mr Carwash ever!

In 10 minutes they completed my car… this is my first time but someone forgot to clean one door inside so I had to come back! I don't like their job. I prefer the other car wash… I won't go no more!

I visited Mister Carwash in Orlando on Colonial with my girlfriend's car while she was away to try and surprise her with a nice clean car when she came home. Her car was pretty dirty as it had been sitting under a tree for a while so it had a lot of leaf stains, lizard droppings, etc. all over it, but nothing that wouldn't come off with a little rub from my finger. But, instead of spending an hour scrubbing the car I decided to just get it done quick at Mister Scamwash and got the top-tier $25 wash to make sure her car was squeaky clean and shining. The attendant at the start of the wash made zero effort to get anything off the car with her hose as I entered in, and when I came out it looked exactly the same as when I had gone in. Again I rubbed a spot with my finger, and it was gone by basically just touching it. I went over to the guy manning the pay station (who appeared to be the manager), which was not the same guy that was there when I went through earlier, and I told him I had just gone through and the wash did nothing to my car. He replied with "You just came through HERE?" as he went and rubbed off one of the spots with his finger. He then offered to let me go through again or give me a comp card, but I asked him if I could just get a refund as if it did nothing the first time why would it be any different the second time. He tells me "Well... we already dispensed the wash..." and again offers me another wash or comp card. I couldn't and still can't believe what he said to me looking right at my car. You dispensed a "wash" but IT DIDN'T WASH MY CAR. If the car WASH didn't WASH my car, then what did I just pay $25 for? I just walked away and went home in disbelief of the guy's response. Later I went to a do it yourself hand wash place and for $5 I made that car spotless in 5 minutes. I included some pictures, the first one is the car AFTER the little spritz or water Mister Scamwash sold me for $25, and the second one is the spotless car after $5 DIY wash. Lesson learned, and I hope someone sees this and doesn't make the same mistake I did :)

I paid for one of the highest packages to have my car detailed and it was not at all. I had to ask questions again about what I paid for because it was cleaned very poorly. The seats weren't vacuumed, the the middle console wasn't cleaned, the side of the seats were filthy, the windows looked horrible. I had things left on my seats that weren't there when I arrived. I asked them to explain to me what I paid for and told them a friend of mine came there the day before and paid less and had a great experience but I paid more and had hardly anything cleaned. Someone came out and asked me what I was wanting and I told them I wanted it to be cleaned, they wiped a few more things down and I left. I paid $52 dollars for something I should have done myself. I called the number to talk to someone and got hung up on. Very mad that I wasted that money that I really didn't have to spend but was hoping for a good experience. Very disappointed.

They damaged my car and won't take responsibility for it. Then they won't listen, and won't do anything. They lie. They didn't even call back when they said they would. I wouldn't trust them with a bicycle. This picture is what they did to my car. They are awful!
