Just purchased a Ford Raptor. Proceeded through the car wash after the direction of the attendant. The truck was not really fitting on the track. Rolled down the window and I said are you sure it's going to fit? The attendant said yes, you're fine. 1/4 way through it popped off the track. They shut the car wash down and had me drive out and come around for another try. The second time the brand new tires popped and damaged my rim and the steel footing of the machine. The attendant apologized and Walter the general manager took pictures and assured me that they will take care of it. They acknowledged it was their fault. I had the truck towed and footed the bill. After the estimate/invoices of over $3700 of total damages they denied the entire claim saying it's aftermarket. At minimum aren't all tires aftermarket? They won't even cover 1 tire. Nothing in writing or any signs are up claiming such a policy. I strongly recommend another car wash as they are extremely cold, unreasonable, and didn't even offer (from any higher up) an apology.

Called to cancel auto bill on my credit card. They cancelled it. But would not refund the payment. Have been ill with COVID. And Christmas. Just forgot. Last used it Dec. So have been charged 2 times. I could understand. For one month but not two. $32. A month is lot of money. Just watch your bill if you are canceling.

So 9 dollar for the cheapest car wash but it comes out still dirty. The last drying machine is horrible on top of it they ask if you want to leave a tip? FOR WHAT? Last time I checked I had to dry my vehicle where is my tip?

Mister car wash But my car came back out with the rims all dirty the rear of my car all nasty and looks like the area never saw this car wash not happy to pay this mush and then have to do the job I pay for to much money I pay for my uncle 189 plus for 6 months and he has to be running the car several times for it to be looking better but then I do when ever I want to do single car wash for my self but he stays all dirty I pay way to much for my uncle but know for my car I can't keep doing several times that will be overpaying for a car wash suppose to be one's I saw the car wash I pay for first the brushes didn't do al the work second I didn't get the wah I pay for the front car and the rear car all have the same car wash I had didn't get several things only the last one maybe if none of them work for me
I got pictures of my car coming out of your car wash the one I pay way to much for it to still look like This am so disappointed car wash and still came out dirty Mister car. WASH

I had a membership at the fountain location for two months. I cancelled it. I went four times and during those four times my car received very extensive scratches and swirl marks which will require me to go to a body shop to get them hopefully removed or get the appearance of the damages from the abrasive brushes softened. Would not recommend

Push you to sell memberships and sales tactics daily. Only like their UCF buddies and don't like individually.
Very cutt and dry company. Will fire a General Manager over membership sales.

I've been going to this car wash I spend $10 a week every Friday in cash in the middle of a wannabe pandemic which it's not a pandemic my pointer is now they no longer take cash do you know how much money you're going to lose just add mine up $10 a week 52 times a week do the math if you guys can figure that out and today car wash I still can't give you guys a 3 * always have bugs on the car never clean you'll have to figure it out or you'll be another vacant business in Abilene Texas I will be contacting corporate office seeking damages to my vehicle when the manager lied that our machine spin this way when it's an upright spinning motion not left or right again management piss poor all it's about Runnings as many cars as they can in a day Watch yourselves remember you live in a small town don't take much for word to spread

Normally I do not write reviews and I wish I had read past reviews. Sometimes I don't rely on reviews and go judge for my self. Well the poor reviews are correct. I just got my vehicle wash at the Mister at Laurynnbrook and they did a terrible job. 1st after selecting the wash I wanted I handed them cash and the girl so I am sorry we only take cards... I ask what is the difference in cash or card you handling both. She just said that's what management said. So bottom line is no card no wash... 2nd then she ask would you like to give a tip? I normally do not give a tip on first time but I thought this would be like any other car washes so I gave a tip for a service I had not had yet. You usually give a tip after services rendered. So after the vehicle was there no pre wash done and no one ensure that all was ok and no towel drying nothing. Oh they have free vacuum service. To tell the truth I can get the same wash at HEB and cheaper. If I want to get a drive thru service with some detail I will go back to Sparkling Image. Sorry Sparking Image I will be back. And if I want a full detail done my driveway.

I have been a loyal customer to Auto Magic/Mister Car Wash for decades, pay them religiously $70/month for the club, go through maybe twice in a busy week, but sometimes not even once in a week, but always go there and have actually gotten to know a number of employees there over the years. The reason for this review is that I am a car dealer that deals in exotic cars but I have a car that I drive daily that I use my membership for to keep it clean. Now obviously I am not going to take my exotic cars through a car wash, so needless to say I am not running my inventory through Mister Car Wash, simply my SUV that I buy to get around in. When I signed up for the club years ago I told the person selling the membership this exact scenario and explained that the car I drive is obviously always for sale so the car coming through would change regularly and was told that was fine, they understood the situation and they proceeded to charge my credit card $70/month for years with no problem at all. Well this week was a rare week where I actually sold my daily driver and had to drive something new today so I took the car though the car wash that was different from the car I took through yesterday, happens maybe once every few months, hardly a regular occurrence, but it did happen. Just received a phone call from someone at the car wash informing me that I cannot switch cars and use my membership, after years and years of being a loyal customer, never abusing the system, they told me my membership is no longer valid! They also informed me because I had already used the car wash this month they would not refund my $70, so basically I paid $70 for 4 days! I am completely done with this company, terrible way to treat a long time, loyal client who did nothing wrong!

Recently went to Mister Car wash. Have been going there for a while but recently they did some changes to their machines. Now my new car has a huge scratch a long the side and it completely tore in multiple places the weatherstripping on my front windshield. The manager tried to say it was there of course trying to avoid taking responsibility. Sadly I will not be going back. Goodbye Mister car wash and happy trails.

Not too good of an experience! We had a left device that helps, my mama and uncle to get out of car. We had two in car when we got out so the car can get carpets done. We went to sit down till the car was done. Upon my uncle get in car, he noticed his left device was not in the pouch behind the drivers set. We alerted the staff, they got in the car looking all around. They could not find it. It wasn't in car. They went to the back, where they vacuum the carpets. They couldn't find it. The second time they came back they found it. They tried to say it fell out of the car! VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST.

Shayla Store manager at the Sanford location did more than the general managers or assistant general managers or the whole upper deck I'm not gonna go into it also there was a situation that's been four months old that I had to pay for and received no phone calls no assistance the first time I told her about it Shayla took care of it right away she gave me some credits towards some washes I didn't even want the money back from the damage I paid for I just wanted somebody to take care of it and this girl should be promoted to general manager because she listen to me she's jumped all over it right there when I said something and handled it she can work for my company anyday she's a good seed, u need more people like that in the workplace sounds like there's too much upper management chiefs and not enough Indians

So when I went there this week I noticed the new owners did not scrub the bugs off the front didn't push my mirrors in no pre-prep work so I was not surprised when I got home to find that my car was still wet my windows had water spots my back window had mud on it bugs still all over the front of my car and when I called to complain the lady told me there was nothing they could do I have my $18 receipt for this car wash and I will never go back to any of the Mr. Car wash. I was a regular customer of the business before in the same location on Aaron Dr., Richland, WA they did a fantastic job and they dried your vehicle off at the end the little bit that was still a little wet but the blower work enough that my windows didn't have water spots back then now horrible

I was going to American Fork Utah car wash when it was first the fire house and then became Mr. Mr. Car wash for years. I recently went to get my car washed and did not know they don't take cash anymore and was treated rudely by an employee. Instead of letting me go through the gate and around the building to exit, I was told to put my car in reverse and backed up so I could leave that way. After years of slowly watching the services go down hill, I have decided not to recommend Mr. Mr. Car wash to anyone especially the detailing of a vehicle is deplorable and a big waste of money and time. I did put in a complaint and was asking for nothing and never did hear back from management. You're better off saving money and doing it yourself.
