I have a 21 Rubicon. Nothing extra on it, factory. After being a faithful customer for over 2 years with two vehicles they simply decided to stop washing my Jeep when I showed up. They took it upon themselves to change how they wash Jeeps without telling Jeep owners they stopped using the brushes on your car. When I complained they said they could not adjust it because some low level manager said no. So they continue to charge jeep owners the same, dont perform the same services, and do not tell you they stopped washing your particular type of vehicle so you dont stop paying. Criminal. No signs, no email, nothing. Just less for the same money. Please take your Jeeps and all other vehicles to another Car Wash system. One that is honest about what they are selling you.

I was very surprised to find out that instead of the month I thought I paid for I was signed up for a continuing monthly deduction on my credit card. I caught it after 3 months. When I contacted Mister they would not refund the 3 months that I had paid but not used. There answer was to give me 3 months from the date I called. I did not want another 3 months. There is no sign explaining that they will charge you monthly on your card and the attendants did not explain either. IS THIS LEGAL!

I was told by employees they get mistreated and the customer get that too they don't take accountability for their mistakes they well blame you to protect there mangers they want your money not your service they don't care they want to take from you buy towels why tips really like you don't pay your employees right or fair enough.make them stand out side when they are shut down while everyone else is in offices talking in A/C they well damaged your car they want to sing you up they put my account inactivate to do new account on me then get dudble charge it's not worth it they won't care for car they call you stupidity for not sing up.they act like they care but don't they lie to you.dark side to it be careful

They are constantly leaving the back of my car dirty. When i told the manager he went in to deflection mode. Nothing but excuses. He said there system can miss spots. I told him the brushes never even touched the rear of the car in front me. I said deflection isn't management. The owner should fire him!'

I've been going to this Hillsborough Carwash location for four years now even before Mister Carwash bought them out. Since Mister Carwash took over this Carwash, it has seen a steady decline in the operability of the Carwash. For three weeks now the front left brushes that washed the drivers door and the drivers fender have not been working. The employees that work there says yes they know it's been three weeks but they have 47 locations and they don't consider this a priority. Totally unacceptable after I pay all this money every month for three separate cars and still I have to wipe the car down myself after every wash. Greed at its best!

This is probably the only car wash in Florida who doesn't give veterans any type of discount. This is a slap in the face to all veterans who have served. ALL VETERANS SOULD FIND ANOTHER CAR WASH.

New management has increased the prices of the most basic car wash to $10. So they've increased the prices while simultaneously lowering the suction of the vacuums to an 1/8th of what they used to be. No. I won't be coming here ever again. You're better off with ANY self service car wash. Run away from this place. Waste of $10 and now I still have to go look for another car wash spot.

Will ruin your tire. And a waist of time trying to get it resolved.
I happened to have gotten membership gifted to me went through this location, first time and there was damage to my front Left tire around the whole rim (chunks of my tire) of the whole tire. I didn't notice it until that follwing Saturday (the next day). I did attempt to call that number that was on the internet, their site and there kept being a busy tone. I wanted to speak with a manager and that weekend I had no success. There was another attempt on that following Monday and was able to speak with someone and they stated that we told them it was to late to notify them and there was nothing they could do. I did not drive my vehicle after that as I was worried to drive and there was absolutely is no way it could have happened elsewhere. I again did attempt to reach out to their email and sent pictures of my tire. A nice gentleman did contact me today and I unfortunately did not get nothing resolved. A waste of time and money and Over $300 dollars later, I canceled my membership and will not be back.

I have a 2024 Kia Telluride and paid $50 for a Titanium wash. The entire interior needed cleaning. When I got home and looked it over, I realized I do a better job myself for free. The cargo area still had big swaths of mud from my dogs. There were areas on the carpeting that hadn't been touched and between the front and rear seats still had residue and needed cleaning. I'll never go back and you shouldn't either unless you like paying for a lousy car wash.

With my plan i have tire shine but it never comes on with the car wash the blower don't work good I still have to dry it by hand i had my windshield crack by a piece of ice flying from the roof of the vehicle that was in front of me I showed the worker he reported it i receive a phone call from misters car wash tell me that the are not responsible for my crack windshield he said the sign state they're not responsible for any windshield damage

Membership cancelled before the trial ended and didn't even give them authorization to deduct money from my checking account as I signed up for a trialonly as I was told. I was told to go online and input all my banking info to keep the membership and after the two washes and a dirty car decided to go back to dirty dogs car wash! Didn't sign up or give my banking information or make an account and was told the trial would just end as most business do! They deducted money from my account for 8 months then offered me back three months worth of payments for services I decided I did not want! They literally robbed me!

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! I took my car to have it vacuumed, dashboard cleaned and washed. I paid $46 and can't believe they called themself vacuuming my car, dashboard look like they just took a fuzzy cloth and wiped it, leaving fuzzy crap on the dashboard. I called the manager to come look at it (some Mexican dude) he asked for my receipt which I showed it to him; when I asked for it back, don't you know he balled it up as to throw it away. I asked him why he ball up my receipt? I told him I was going home to reverse my charges because he refused to give me a refund. I called several times only to get a voice mail with no return call. Today, I called my credit card company today to dispute the charge because I did not get the service I paid for. That black dude who was supposed to vacuum my car need to be FIRED! I tried to upload the video, but it only accepts web video, that's OK I provided to my credit card company. The photo is the same as the video. DO what you want, but I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE. OH YEA, MY EMERGENCY BRAKE GEAR WAS PULLED SO HARD I COULDN'T GET IT DOWN! And THEY SLICED MY CARPET, I GUESS TRYING TO VACUUM IT. I WILL BE SUEING FOR THAT SINCE THEY REFUSED TO ISSUE ME A REFUND!

Their equipment ripped my rooftop box off my car during a recent wash. The box was damaged and when it was ripped off it dented my SUV on the way down damaging the paint. They said they would "investigate the cause" and they determined it was not their fault so they are not repairing my car or my rooftop box. They do not stand behind the equipment in their car washes. Buyer beware. Horrible customer care!

The wash at 4330 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, FL location constantly stops the wash drive line to talk with everyone about upgrading their service. This forces everyone to wait while they try and upsell everyone ahead of you in the drive thru. I've been stopped and asked repeatedly as everyone else about their "Platinum" wash plan. Why do I have to wait several minutes while they STOP THE WASH and talk with each and every car about upgrading? Then I was informed in an email that my "Titanium" package will be going up in price. REALLY?! Are you this greedy that you make me wait for service upgrading people ahead of me and then tell me my service is also going up in price! HORRIBLE GREEDY SERVICE PERIOD!

DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!
THEY HAVE REPEATEDLY OVER AND OVER OVER CHARGED AND DO NOT PROCESS CREDIT AS CREDIT BUT ANOTHER MEMBERSHIP CHARGE EACH TIME.

Mister Car Wash needs to change to do it yourself stations. I have read most reviews to see if I'm they only person complaining of service. But no, I was wrong there are many and what is worse that owner replies back with same type of response. I want to say if an owner has to apologize that many times than clearly, he/she is not doing a great job leading. I personally just paid approx. $43 for inside and outside cleaning that is a lot of money considering that the majority of the people afterwards have to park and dry their own vehicles because they are still wet. And if my 8 yr. Can say they did not even vacuum all of it we definitely have a serious management issue. We as customers pay to get service done, I don't expect to pay and then go clean it myself. I have given Mister Car Wash many chances to make things better however, I can see that owner, management and all involved do not have the sense to run this business. It's a shame though Lake Mary doesn't really have a car wash.
