Crooks from China
I ordered items on Dec 5 first one did not fit received in Feb and second item sent was not even the correct item received March 6,2020. No customer service in US- no response when I tried to address issue on line.
Offered $12 restitution on a $74.98 order. Unacceptable these folks are crooks. Do not buy form this vendor! If you buy, then you are bound to be robbed too.

I bought the dress through PayPal and followed all instructions for return. $33 for return postage and waited several months for a refund. Took a. Dispute to PayPal and lulugal did not reply to PayPal's request, consequently the dispute was closed. Several weeks later the parcel was returned. Apparently. The address does not exist. Seems the name has changed to luluseason.

I spent $150.00 on Lulugal items and ended up with a $150.00 top.
All of the clothes were cheaply made, with dreadful fabrics and they WILL NOT LET YOU RETURN ANYTHING! At one point, they wanted me to purchase MORE clothing and they would give me a coupon so I could buy more of their horrible products.
I gave you one Star too many.
I would like to know why Pinterest continues to support these companies (LuLugal, LiLigal and NEWCHIC, and the other sleazy companies. I will not purchase anything on Pinterest.

I phoned Lulagal, emailed over and over and there is no person to speak to! No one to handle returns. I mailed the dress back in the original packaging hoping they would refund me automatically. Nothing! No response!
I have tried for almost a year to work through my Bank of America account to get a refund on a dress I returned by disputing the charge. $33.02 Lesson! I should have read all the horrible reviews online first before ordering! The dress was not true to size and could not be worn! Terrible experience! Goodbye Lulugal!

This apparently Chinese co. Is impossible to deal with. Their clothes are so small not at all like the sizes they state. If you want to return they never provide you with a address or return auth. Even after many many emails requesting.

I made the huge mistake of ordering a $30 shirt in a size Large ( I use a Medium). The Large size fits me like an extra small. Try to contact them to return it with no success. I've never seen this lack of customer service in any company. It's a ripped off.

If you have been scammed or have tried unsuccessfully to return the items due to mis-sizing your credit card company will usually issue a refund to you and just take the money out of what they pay the scammer in the future. There is no reason to be out money if you pay through CC or Paypal (and some debit cards).

Every single thing that I ordered from this company was incorrectly sized and very cheap. On top of that I have spent 40 hours unsubscribing to everything that they sold my information to. They sold my information to over 200 companies who then sold my information, and now I have spent hours and hours on subscribing and six months later I'm still receiving crazy emails. They are and evil company.

Unfortunately I checked these reviews after I ordered a swim suit. I canceled my order within 5 minutes of having placed it but I still received the package. The item I received is at least 3 sizes too small, perhaps a misses size when I ordered a women's size. I've just submitted my ticket to return the item, but having read other reviews I am skeptical about what will happen. I will update either way! Today is July 12th - let's see how long this takes.

SCAM Company

Lost over 200.00 from this company with no recourse because they would not refund my money, even though I refused shipment. In fact, they sent me more suits than I ordered, charged my card and no recourse. They originate in CHINA. First clue.

The clothes were awful! They looked like clothes I sewed in home economics class in high school. I am trying to return them but cant get information on how to do that.
I purchased these to go to my family reunion... I waited forever & now don't have time to get anything else... this is the worse!

I lost almost $200 from this company because when the clothes came they were either too small in the shoulder, two large, and really not at all as classy as the photos.
They have no return policy as when I tried to return for refund they sent me multiple letters saying that the shipping would be to costly back to China. So, I am stuck with five weird pieces of clothing! Don't be fooled by how cute the clothes look on line.

Scammers

This company is the worst. If I had known they were scammers I would have never ordered from them. I won't go into my story, way too lengthy, however everyone is missing something here.

Since trying to call them, many emails, no response. The only thing you need to do is call your credit card company to dispute the charge. It will take awhile, but I won the dispute! My cc company told me they will be contacting me with an address within 1 year, yes, you read that right, 1 year. If they don't the merchandise is mine.

If they give me a bogus address, I really don't care, they did not get their money from me.

Don't bother calling PayPal, they do not have an address either.

Total scammers and I warn everyone not to order from this website. If I had known I was dealing with China I would have not even placed the order.

Please dispute this with your cc company.

Total scam! They Take your money, send you crap and when your try to return they give you fake address and phone number. Of course you don't know this until you pay to have the items sent back only to have them returned to you. When the company is contacted they give you a different address to mail it back to. It cost over $10 to ship each time only to have it coming right back. SCAM! Stay far away! I agree with the others, should be taken to court! We should all do it together!

My boyfriend ordered me a coat that I fell in love with from this company. I told him my size according their chart. When the coat came in it was several sizes to small for me. He tried getting an address and return information to exchange the coat and got nothing but a run around. I tried the to get information to exchange the coat and could not get anyone to send me the information needed to exchange the coat. This coat was purchased at a sale price. They wanted us to purchase another coat at full price minus 10% off which was still much more than the original sale price. Their excuse was that it would be expensive to ship the coat back them. I am now stuck with a coat that I cannot wear, exchange or return. I do not recommend this company to anyone or their products. They are only concerned about getting money and not serving their customers. If I could have given them a negative score, I would have!

Having an email to respond to does not help. They just give you the run around and then come back full circle and repeat all over again. I never received my order and I am out $208.00. They did however send me something that I never ordered as a COD package - I rejected this and now they have this tracking number linked to the order I never received and saying that I received it, etc. etc. Etc.
