This is my third and last time trying to buy on a Chinese site its the worst experience ever. Even if we pay for express shipping they last about a month to deliver and you loose your money for that. Also If you want to exchange or return something don't even try they never answer they never email you back you loose your time and money and last but not least item may look very nice but quality is so bad..
Need to reach someone for a refund. I have made several attempts. Impossible to reach anyone. Is this a scam. Do not order from this company. Items are not true to size, really, nowhere near the size listed.
I have made a mistake in judging this company. I was too quick to the soapbox. I called this company fraudulent and I sent rotten emails that were uncalled for. I didn't get my order fast enough, so what! I thought for sure I got ripped off!
Well, some of my clothes came today and "Yes!" Indeed I feel like a large $#*!! I'm sorry for attacking the way you run your company LuLugal, I should never have put a judgement on you, I certainly wouldn't want someone judging me.

Though they have a 30 day refund policy you will NEVER get your money back. Crooks. Had to change their name from lulugal to liligal because their reputation sucked so much. Their clothing is total trash AND it's not that inexpensive. Don't ever order from these thieves.
They will not refund your money. The clothes are not worth using as a rag to dust with. Typical Chinese sizing and quality which is disgusting. I wouldn't give them any stars but I can't warn you without one. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!
Purchased one dress and it was lovely.
Purchased another and it did not fit - unwearable!
I wanted to return it - they wanted measurements of the dress - I gave these - they offered compensation first 20% then 30%. I explained that the dress doesn't fit.
They have now told me to send for refund - but I have to pay for the postage - has to be International Registered post. I've checked how much to send it and it will be about £10. The dress cost £29.27. I am now worried that if I send it back I won't see the refund and will have wasted another £10.
I ordered a Pink and Gray sweater coat that I saw on Pintrest. I ordered a 4XL! It might fit my size 8 daughter. I won't return it because I won't give them the satisfaction of putting me through the run around. I will find someone who wants it and chalk it up as a lesson learned. By the way as scammers go they are now called Liligal. It does not deserve the one star
This is a scam! Do not order. This is not a company. They'll gladly take your money and laugh! I ordered swimwear and received a tracking number. Two weeks later, it tracks in processing plant in Shang-hi China. I was a sucker and payed more for quick shipping. I should've checked the reviews first! I'm an idiot.
I wish I had checked reviews before I ordered. What I got in the mail was not exactly what you see on the site that pops up on your computer screen endlessly. It is cheap sweat shop garbage. There should be some way to stop a company like this based in China. They are scamming us, Ladies!
I ordered a bathing suit from here. A few min after I ordered it I saw it said you have 12 hrs to cancel it for full refund, if you don't cancel and you have to return item for some reason, you have to pay to ship it back AND they keep 40% of your refund for cost of shipping it TO you. When I saw that I went to cancel a few min later, and guess what? Impossible! No one answered phone, live chat or my email. Finally a few days later they emailed me and said "oops, sorry, already shipped! Are you kidding me?! So I now have a cheap bathing suit that doesn't fit that im stuck with! Beware!

Ordered a month ago, still haven't received! I've also gotten emails saying I bought a $75 gift card from Home Depot & UPS (either B. S. ads or click bait) I regret ever ordering from this fake company! I hope Paypal gets my money back! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Trying to get an address to return an item. Impossible! At this point I don't even care about a refund of my $26.48. I probably will contact PayPal at this point.
I ordered a coat from this company. When it arrived I can only say it was nothing like the coat on the picture. I sent them an email and said i wanted a refund. They said to return the coat but it would cost me as much as the refund to return it. I told them that if they didnt offer me an acceptable refund I would take the matter to trading standards. I was offered 10% refund which i rejected then offered another 2 pounds which I rejected so i took it up with paypal who managed to get me a refund of 40% which i reluctantly accepted even though the coat is of no use to me whatsoever. Steer clear of them. The clothes look nothing like in the pictures
Don't do it! They are not a real business. They are located in China and only thing real is they take your money within seconds but don't really send the product you thought you ordered. No customer service, only email bots.
I spent 170 dollars and ordered 3X clothes. What was delivered barely fit my size small daughter. The proportion size different is so extreme it is outrageous. I can't fathom the manufacturer even knows what a 3 x Size is since they are basically a small to medium US size!
I was very skeptical. After reading reviews. But it was to late. Order went threw. They actually fit well.
I have never been so duped in my life. Great photos. Everything appears on the up and up. Product is poorly made. Size charts are totally inaccurate, even if you order a size bigger, it is 3 x smaller. Customer service is total indifference. It was recommended that I resell the items and was offered 10% discount on the next purchase. They will not honor a return due to their faulty, inaccurate size charts. They know that the cost of return is prohibitive and make you suck it up. Sad all around. I would not even give it one star.
Delivered items are NOTHING like the items in their ads. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Shoddy workmanship, cheap fabrics, inconsistent sizing, slow delivery from Shanghai, China. Roger Wang, Shanghai FieYi International Trading Company, Rm 230, No. 2230, South PuDong Rd, you are a criminal and I wish a lifetime of bad luck and illness on you and all of your decedents.
Don't buy this. The delivery takes forever (from China). The quality is horrible and the sizes are wrong. Worst of all, it's impossible to return anything. They just put you off requesting pictures and bogus information.
