I should've read reviews before purchasing anything. My item never shipped and it was extremely difficult to cancel my order and get a full refund. I don't recommend buying anything from this company.
The company advertises as selling clothing to American and European women. When you actually receive the clothing it is "Asian sized" (that is their customer service department's description, not mine.) The clothing is child size at best and is a complete waste of money. They will not refund your money and customer service is a joke. Don't buy anything from them!

Purchased 2 different sizes of the same swim suit to assure I would get a good fit.
I contacted company(by emai) to find out procedure for returning one swim suit.
The only comment I received (by email)-didn't you look at the fitting chart before ordering? And I will need to pay shipping to China for any returns.

Ordered and received dress - directly shipped from China - how do you return things to China? Ordered size large for a size 10 woman. Dress arrived, color not exactly what is pictured, cannot even get it over my head/shoulders. It actually fits my size 3 daughter who unfortunately isn't interested in keeping it. I have filed several ticket requests for service and don't hear anything back. Will pursue credit card charge back if I don't get a response. This item isn't what was pictured/advertised. AVOID THIS VENDOR!
Please save yourself your money, time and energy and do not buy from Lulugal. I purchased 2 items and was very unhappy with the quality and fit. When I tried to contact customer service about a return/refund/exchange, they were not at all helpful. Its been three weeks that I am trying to get this resolved, through multiple calls (no response), chats and emails, but the conclusion is that they are only willing to refund 20% of what I paid.
Their website says Easy Returns dont be fooled. They will not give you the address to return.

Completely poor customer service after multi emails back and forth about returning an item. Refused to give me an address to return. The item received was nothing like it was pictured. Quality of material was beyond crap. If I would give NEGATIVE stars I would!

I would give them minus 5 stars but this site won't let you post unless you choose one. Terrible, the clothing is actually Asian sizing so don't fall for its sizing charts. Plus the '30 days return' is a joke, I've so far swapped 8 emails with them and they still haven't given me details of how I return and are indicating that by the time I get a refund it won't be much due to shipping charges and could take months. I am starting to wonder how honest this site is.
