I just orderd this morning for about 160.00 dollars u.s. that makes me 206.00 can. I just found this ( Reviews) and very dissapointed :( D'ont know if i can cancel paypal since i just orderd? Are some people satisfied? Because these reviews are really not positif. How do they keep on going if they are so bad? And also notices they dont reply back on the comments!

Don't be deceived by the cute clothes on this website! I ordered $104 worth of items. It took over a month to get- comes from Shanghai. None of the items even remotely fit and the quality was awful! I think the reviews on the site must be bogus! THEY WILL ONLY REFUND 60% of your clothing costs if you "insist" on returning. They will respond to you but highly discourage returning. Then they tell you that you will pay for all shipping costs, coming and going AND THEY WILL KEEP 40% FOR HANDLING COSTS! What kind of company does that? Only one in China!

"Scammers "

Placed order on Nov 7th and payed for expedited shipping (3) days... today is Nov 14th havenot received any confirmatilns from the company nor have I received my items. Paypal has been notified and has escalated my claim!

I placed my order on Oct. 13,2016, it's now Nov. 14 and I still don't have my order. The day I told them I was cancelling the order and I don't want them to ship the items was the day they decided to ship. What a croc! Stay away from this company. Lulugal is a Chinese company and imagine returning your items. You will be charged for shipping and restocking charge. Don't waste your money on this company. I feel like a fool :(

Their business model will not work for the US and they have no practical ways to return or exchange. For any exchanges/returns they offer 30% of the original cost or ship it back to China (not practical).

The sizes are not US sizes so customers are going to get it wrong and loose all the money.

Just buy from the US stores.

This is the worst site ever and I highly recommend not purchasing anything from this company. I bought a vest that I wanted to wear for Halloween a month prior. It would have been nice to know that the order was shipping from China... needless to say, my vest did not arrive in time for Halloween. The top of their website says "easy return shipping" and that couldn't be further from the truth. What kind of company doesn't provide a return address but makes you call and leave a message to get it instead? I called multiple times and left messages both via phone and fb... and surprise surprise... nothing. Looks like I'm not returning this vest after all. Such a waste!

If I could show you what happened to my purchase. What a joke! Surprisingly I messaged them on fb and they responded. I wanted a refund but was offered only 20% off next purchase. Like I'd order from the again!

Worst service ever

Read the comments too late -- tried canceling my order after 3 days when I had not yet received any notice of it being shipped - e-mailed, messaged them - kept getting replies - sorry for the delay - will ship soon. I kept insisting that I wanted it cancelled. They ignored me and wrote sorry that it had shipped and they would not refund. It comes from Shanghai and I feel as I've been shanghaid. Do not order from them - worst service I have ever received.

I ordered what I thought was a cute red plaid dress and it took over three weeks to arrive. I ordered an XL as I wear a large thinking it would fit. Size I got was more a sm/med. Plaid in the front of the dress did not matcha king it unbearable even if it did fit. Was only able to deal with them by email about return. They offered 20% off another order rather than return. They make it impossible to return got to send it to China by registered mail which costs more than item cost in first place. Do not order from this company and change your passwords!

Tried calling, emailing this company several times. No response. Item I ordered was way too small. I even ordered up a size. Need an address to return it and get my money back. I will never buy anything from them again.

PayPal and Pinterest should block this company and never advertise them. Every rreview on this site talks about this company being a scam and they are. I have sent 15 emails have called the number and no reply I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and I want something to be done I'm furious. The merchandise is not what they show online it's cheap, polyester, ill fitting crap from China! Nothing was what I saw online and shame on PayPal and Pinterest to be involved with this scam company.

They give you the choice of an expedited shipping. What they do not tell you is that the processing of the order itself will take about 3 to 4 weeks. As I read all these reviews, I wouldn't be surprised if the item is of very poor quality.

Scammed

Didn't realise items were from china if I had would not have ordered. Clothes were cheap and nasty and did not fit company were insistent I did not return clothes and they would credit my 'account' with 25% of original cost. Since which have been unable to access said account. Very unhappy customer and am addressing this through PayPal

I ordered a sweater and I am very disappointed. The picture shows a collar and the one I received does not have a collar. I think the one they sent isn't finished. The sweater I received does not represent the picture. I will not order from them again!

Ordered sweater and was told it would be delivered in 1-4 days. Still not received it... could not contact anyone at Lulugal... directed to carrier... not advised which carrier. Tried USPS and said it was delivered... not!

This is a COMPLETE SCAM. I read their reviews on their website and they all looked good, so I ordered. I paid extra to have the item arrive in 4 days; it has been nearly 2 weeks and it hasn't even shipped. After reading reviews on this website, I emailed them to cancel my order - that was 5 days ago and I'm still waiting for a refund. They keep trying to get me to accept store credit. Why on EARTH would I do THAT? TOTAL SCAM!
