They say they take returns. That is NOT TRUE! Everything comes from, China thru customs and it is very, very poor quality. No one in USA would sell their junk, so they do it direct from China. Boy if only I had seen this site before ordering. I received one "dress" that had hanging pieces of material under the arms. When I tried to return it for credit they informed me it was too expensive and they would offer me a 20% credit so I could buy more of their crap. This is NOT a return policy, I am donating the pieces. $100 shot. It old them 20% was unacceptable so I am returning for full credit and I have to pay the postage to, China. I still wanted to do it as it is the principle involved here, somthey offered me 25% credit. They are hoping I give up and I am. I am writing a letter about them, which department of the US covers this? It is totally buyer beware. Why would 83 people say they are terrible on this, site and no one said they are good? Because they are terrible. Believe it people!

I had looked at the reviews and still ordered a shirt. I thought I'd be safe ordering under $10.
Wrong. Nightmare began with $29.00 charge for shirt. Began fighting as soon as I saw charge the next day. 6 weeks later, still fighting and have not received shirt.

NOTE... NOTHING advertised or promised on their website is true. No 3-5 day "dispatch" no free shipping, no special "codes" for discounts... nothing.

So children... learn from my mistake and just DONT DO IT.

The coat I ordered is too small. It was barely big enough around, but the sleeves were far too short and so tight I could barely move my arms. The hood was way too small to fit over my head. Overall the quality was fairly cheap too. It's as though they have only the vaguest aquaintance with the proportions of the human body.

The return policy is awful. After trying several times to convince me an item that doesn't fit, though I ordered according to the size chart, should not be returned, they told me I have to pay return shipping (which was alright) but they would still only refund 60% because 40% is for a handling fee. Do not order from this company.

I waited over 4 weeks to receive clothes that wouldn't fit my 10 year old niece. Super small - one sweater is a JOKE because I could barely get my wrists through the sleeve area. Have written back and forth about returning it. OH and what's supposed to be a 4X dress (4X on plastic wrap) has an "XL" label on the clothing and they still won't refund it. They offered me an RMA but will only refund 60%. I will most likely take out the tags and donate to Goodwill but I am going to call my credit card company. Does anyone have any success with complaining to the credit card comapnies?

Oh, how I regret not reading their reviews before ordering from them...

I bought a dress that had a zipper that went up the entire back. It turned out the zipper was missing a chunk of teeth and was unusable. Per their website if the item arrives damage they will give a full refund. I contacted their customer service, submitted a ticket, and explained the problem and included pictures. Their response? (in broken English) "We're sorry to hear the item arrived damaged. We suggest you try selling it online or giving it as a gift."

Oh HAAAAAAAAAAAAIL no. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and got all of my money back in two days. I will never order from China again.

I ordered 2 dresses both xl. I thought I was ordering from America but it turned out to be China. They took ages to arrive and one was too small and the other too big. The finish and quality was poor. Trying to complain or return is a nightmare. You have to log in and send a ticket. After several days and tickets, they are now offering me 'compensation' to my Lulugal account! They say it will cost me a lot to return them and then it will be ages till they can credit my PayPal account so this is the best option. They are awaiting my decision before giving me a return address. Not sure what to do as if I return them, will they ever credit my account?

Should've known better. My item has been "in transit" since November 21. That's 17 days! Is it coming by canoe across the Pacific? I realize we've all been spoiled with the rapid turnaround from most retailers, so I was preparing myself to wait up to 2 weeks, but now it's been nearly a month since I placed the actual order (they immediately charged my credit card, but didn't actually ship it for a week). Here's hoping it will at least be worth the wait, although reading these reviews I'm not holding my breath. Lesson learned - don't buy it from an unknown source, no matter HOW cute the top!

Another consumer has been burned! However, I tried to cancel my order BEFORE they had shipped it. They claim 2-5 days to ship an order, but it had long passed that number. As soon as I sent a cancellation notice, they suddenly shipped the package. I had paid for it through Visa, and I called them and lodged a complaint. They immediately removed the charge pending the investigation. I am today sending a huge packet with some of your reviews, as well as their promises on their non-working website.

Extremely difficult to return anything! Only if they send the wrong item can you return anything.
There website makes it appear that they are in the USA but they are in China. The sizes run small. If it does not fit they will not give a refund or pay for postage.

They are in China. The sizes run small. If it does not fit they will not give a refund or pay for postage. If you send it back at your expence it will cost approx. 35+ dollars
And they will refund only 60% of purchase price! They will suggest that you keep the item and take a 20% discount on another purchase. Do not mess around with this company.

Returns are useless

This is my second review, first was on 12/06/16. After several weeks of run around these weasels have wiggled out of refunding my money. They would only refund 60% after I return the item at my expense. As the company is in Shanghai, the cost to return is prohibitive. DO NOT order from this company unless you have money to squander. The only positive note is that they answered my emails.

Insulting

I purchased a dress from this site and when it arrived it was ill-fitting and much too small, even though I followed the size chart. Additionally it smelled of gasoline. Rather than refund my money or send me an acceptable replacement, they offered me 35% in store credit. Buyer beware, NOT WORTH IT!

The dress looked beautiful on the website but the sizing is all messed up, it took forever to get it and it is a piece of crap. The material is incredibly cheap and the workmanship even worse. I should have read the reviews. Was considering trying to return it but after what I've read I think it will be too much aggravation.
NEVER AGAIN!

I was just about to buy a dress then decided to look at reviews for the website. Wow, how is this 'company' still in business?! I also checked out the 5 star reviews and I'm quite sure they were made by the company because 1. They don't know proper English LOL and 2. They're all made on the same day, 10/9/2016!

SCAMMERS FROM CHINA DONT ORDER ANYTHING! They say return. Yet not operating. They send messages That don't make sense. I ordered a gray which look like a cute coat and it came in a package in a crumpled mess. It was more like a sweater. I asked to return it and never got a response finally they sent some weird message and said I could return it but gave me no other information. So I have to return something to China which will probably cost me money. I contacted PayPal and made a complaint and I'm going to escalate it to a dispute to get my money back from PayPal. Don't order anything from these people they're terrible!

Well I ordered my blouse Nov 15 2016 and got my shipment notification on Nov 17 still HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY BLOUSE. I went to the tracking... LOL! It's still saying it's in China. I contacted "customer service" the said "it's been shipped" and that was all for that, they closed the ticket. Didn't say where my purchase was, what country it is in, when will I expect it? I will never order from them again. I want my purchase.
