RIPPED OFF AGAIN! Do NOT do business with lulugal.com. They are a business in China that sells ladies clothing. Their sizing is way off from American Standards. They offered me $6 to return a $28.62 dress that didn't fit, plus they want me to pay the return shipping. These are dishonest people and I do not recommend them to anyone. Go to their website and you'll see others complain about them. BOYCOTT lulugal.com.
My size L tunic top was so small I couldn't fit it. Shipping has taken over a month. Tracking ticket has had same info since two days after order was placed. Second item hasn't arrived yet! I will never deal with them again!
Completely agree with all of the other reviews. Nothings fits. The material is worse than doll clothing fabric. Have been arguing with them back and forth for at least two weeks, they will not pay for the return and will only reimburse me 60%. Absolutely infuriating.
Save your money! Not one item out of the 5 I purchased is wearable other than for pj's. Read reviews because if I had prior I would have saved my hard earned money. I feel like I just threw money in the garbage because that's just what I bought.
I placed an order for my company holiday party over a week in advance that it was coming this week. Turns out they said I still needed to pay?!?! I did pay it was taken out of my checking account. Now I'm going back and forth with them. Ugh, too late. Now I have to go and try and find another dress by Saturday
The shipment did take a little longer but it was worth the wait. The clothes are cute, well-made, great fabric, great fit, all at a great price. I was nervous after I ordered because of other reviews and I don't know if I got lucky but I love the 3 dresses that showed up today. I was happy enough that I wanted to post a positive counter review to all the others. Thanks Lulugal!
Do NOT waste your $$ here. Fighting with the credit card company right now. I am a US size 6 and ordered according to THEIR site sizing, an XL - my US Size 1 daughter can't get into it. Insisting I return it to china and at my expense ($86 for a $59 item) and take off a 40% "handling fee" is ridiculous. They have fake reviews all over their site, shame on me.
Waited almost 8 weeks to receive my order. Nothing fit. Left a dozen phone cals. Were returned. Finally contacted them via Facebook. Went back and forth for another couple weeks trying to get my correct size... I wear a 1x BUT ordered a 3xxx... was so small in the bust area I could even use it as an open tunic. Spent $55. Finally they offered me a whopping 30% off my next order. So now I have 2 articles that do not fit even a size 16 person and they expect me to purchase more. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND FACEBOOK SHOULD NOT LET THEM ADVERTISE.
I purchased 4 dresses and paid over 100.00. I ordered extra large even though a large should have been quite large enough. I wanted the dresses to be roomy and if need be could take them in. Well they arrived and i was very disappointed in the quality but oh well... I tried them on and my god I couldn't even get into them. I wrote to them and was told that sending them back would cost me a lot so I could keep them and get a 20% credit for a new purchase. Seriously? This is unacceptable... I receive poor quality clothing in a size that is not correct in any way and I am supposed to be out over 100.00! What kind of company is this? If this is not cleared up in an acceptable manner I will be taking this to higher levels. I want to return the clothing or if the company does not want to pay for the shipping, donate them to goodwill and get my money back and wash my hands of such a shady company. This is not fair to me in anyway. Like I said, the quality was poor but I was willing to overlook that but since I cannot even wear them because they are way too small, well this is unacceptable.
I wish I had read this before I bought from this site. I didn't know the product was coming directly from China. The jacket I purchased has a defective zipper and they still won't cover the return. The website says easy return but they sent me an entire page if directions given that the return is to China. Worst company ever!
The Michael Kors tote I ordered is a total fake. When I inquired how to return it, I got the same answer as others,,, ( it's not worth it, because the return shipping is almost the price of my order. They offered me 20 % back, but haven't told me how I'm getting the 20%. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY,, THEY ARE TOTAL FRAUDS,
I will just cut and paste an email I received from them, I think it says it all. Also I have reported them to the BBB.

But it is not worthwhile for you to return according our return policy, you should bear the shipping fee back, it is so expensive and you should wait a long time and we just refund you not include the shipping fee when we send the order for u. As for the one you received, if you really cannot wear them, I suggest giving others as a gift or selling them on line. You will sell them at good price. How about we send you some compensation to you, you can use it next time. Pls advise"
Their sizing is horrible and everything is shipped from oversees so if you want to return anything it costs lots of $$. Do not bother
I should have known the price was too good to be true and search the seller. When you look at the 5 star ratings, they are obviously all written by a non-English speaker. I never received my purchase and have contacted lulugal via PayPal - will see if I get anything back!
This company only wants your money. They have no intention of sending you the product you have ordered, if you do receive anything I would be surprised. I ordered a green dress for a Dinner party one month in advance and it is going on 2 months. Nothing. Can't get a hold of anyone. I will contact credit card company and file a scam report! Do not order from this scam company. They are Chinese and are conartists. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!
I did not realize Lulugal was in China - and the orders ship from there! Also, now I know the sizes I ordered will not fit. Chinese women sizes are much smaller that American sizes.
I ordered 4 items from this site. Never received order confirmation. The items arrived a month after being ordered. The items I ordered were not what Was sent from Lulugal. They matched in color but were totally different from pictures on the website. They are not anything I would ever wear. They are cheap and ugly. My account was charged for more than the enclosed invoice price. The phone number listed on their website is phony because I called it. If anyone has had any success in contacting these people please let me know. You can kiss your $ goodbye if you order from these clowns.
Lulugal refused to refund my account for an order that was cancelled and never received.
This is the worse company I have ever tried to deal with. The dress I received is plainly 2 different colors. Response from them was no refund. Website clearly states at the top 30 day easy return. Do Not Order From This Chinese Company. It is a scam.
I can only reiterate what all the other reviewers have said. Dress and fabric not as described or looked on their website. Very poor quality fabric and construction and size not accurate. I have tried in vain to get a refund but they will not give me a returns address. My worst experience of online shopping ever. So a lesson learnt.
