Thaey have no phone and you are lucky if you can get a chat line, I have been on this all day, they give me numbers and when I type them in they say wrong number.

How Pinterest can continue to carry these people on their site baffles me. I ordered a cute dress, took forever to get it, and it's a piece of crap. No on has responded anywhere to tell me where to return it. That's their policy that you contact them for return address. Well don't bother, no one responds and phone doesn't get answered. I eat the product now. I'd rather tear the dress in half and shove it down lulugals throats and the other half down Pinterest throat. Oh by the way, Pinterest hasn't responded to my complaint either.

I ordered three dresses from them over two weeks ago. Company stated if I paid 1.99 more, I would have order in 6-7 days! Waited over two weeks, finally read reviews about them and on advice of a review to contact PayPal I did, and got a very nice lady on the phone. She filed a dispute against the company and said I will have the money back in my account in few days. She said if you were ripped off by this company to contact PayPal to dispute against Lulugal.com! Thank you PayPal for helping me!
I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM LULUGAL AGAIN! I ordered two shirt dresses in their Xl. I usually wear a 12 to 14 and according to their size chart, US 14 is equivalent to their XL. Well, what arrived wouldn't fit an elf. More like US small. Also, the material was horribly cheap. When I asked to return them they gave me the complete runaround - first suggesting I keep them with a 30% refund, then with a 20% refund, then eventually that I return them both (at my expense) with a 40% refund (the shipping costs would basically canceled out any actual refund). The communication system is also very frustrating. If I could give zero stars I would but had to give one. They are not even worth that.

Purchased a coat that looked beautiful in the pictures but very much failed to live up to expectations.
I ordered a 2Xl thinking that even if it was too big, being a winter coat it wouldn't matter too much and might allow for some differences in international sizing. What arrived however was so small it didn't even fit my friend who is a UK 10 (US 8).
I have very little hope of returning this item and after reading other reviews I'm not sure I've got the strength to try and get through their customer service goose chase.

I can't add much to what others have said. Clothes sizes are weird... mine were way too small... shipping takes FOREVER... they don't include instructions or paperwork for returns so you have to try to go through customer service to work through a return and they make it nearly impossible - with a terrible website - to contact them. I am still trying to get someone to provide a way to get a, return made. I might be stuck with the items.
I ordered a dress from this site after I saw it on Pinterest. I waited and waited, waited some more and get my tracking number. It was shipped on a slow boat from China, literally. It was also made in China and it's a very poor excuse for a pice of clothing. It's the wrong size, material is thin, dress doesn't hang properly. Please don't ever order from this company, it's a huge mistake!
Lulugal advertises that orders ship within 24 hrs. I ordered a swimsuit for my Hawaiian vacation over two weeks ago and still have not seen it. I have made repeated attempts to communicate with customer service and still have no idea if my order will be here in time. They do not provide a customer Service number (how convenient) so I've had to send repeated emails. I leave in four days and now there isn't enough time for me to order another suit from somewhere else. I will NEVER order from this company again if I could have I would've given them zero stars.

Dreadful customer service... sent me entirely the wrong size and are attempting to refund 20 - 30% of the garment instead of replacing or refunding. They also appear to remove the bulk of comments on their page... presumably because they are negative
Today is 11/23. Believing I had more than enough time, I ordered a dress for Christmas on October 18th. They waited 2 weeks to send an email claiming it had been shipped on NOVEMBER 1st. I tracked the package and it indicates that it hasn't even left China! LIARS AND THIEVES!
Unfortunately I read these reviews after my purchase. I ordered a dress from their website and they sent me a top made from shoddy cheap fabric - clearly a cheap Chinese rip off of the one in the picture. When I contacted Lulugal I was instantly told it would be too expensive to ship back and was offered a 30% refund. Numerous emails back and forth showed me they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. I eventually escalated it to paypal and guess what?... I'm not covered there either! Paypal won't refund my money unless I ship the item back at my expense using a service that provides online tracking - this would cost more than the item originally cost. I feel well and truly ripped off by this company and by paypal. I'm not sure how they are allowed to get away with this!
Please. Listen to this post. I rarely ever post on shops because I get sometimes you can have mistakes happen but this is the worst site I have ever ordered from. The items I received were nothing like the images I ordered and the shirt had the zipper put on incorrectly. When you reach out to the customer service line about my complaints I was told it's not worth returning that I should try to gift it or resell because they would not cover my shipping and would only refund me the purchase not the original shipping charge. On top of that it took 3 weeks to even get notice that it shipped out. Please avoid the headache and avoid this shop.
I ordered two dresses and I was supposed to get a 20% discount if I used Facebook which I did. I paid extra for postage and handling so I could get it quicker. I ordered it on November 10th and on November 11th it says processing and it is still saying processing 8 days later even though I was supposed to get it within 4 to 6 days. I have call customer service and all you can do is leave a voicemail you don't get to talk to anybody. I have completed a ticket online and of course I haven't heard from anybody.
Thinking of buying a dress from this site, take a tip from me &. Dont bother. It was a load of rubbish, so badly made & material inferior. When you complain you get no satisfaction only excuses. Don't be a sucker too!
Read the reviews of what people have said before you use an online company. The products look nice, but they are made for children. I bought an XL figuring it would shrink when washed. An XL fits like an M. The items take weeks to be delivered. The quality and fabric aren't bad, but there is not give or stretch. They style looks like the model, however the model must be a child. This is not what I had expected. The measurements don't fit and aren't realistic.
Buyer beware. Don't be a sucker for this one.
Answer: I will NEVER order another thing from them and would advise anyone else to stay far away from them. The size L dress I received would not even go over my shoulders and I wear a size 10. Their customer support is horrible and the Free Shipping and Returns listed on their website is a lie. Save your money and buy elsewhere!
Answer: Stop ordering from them - you will either never get it or it will be a wrong fit. You will never see your money back either. Returns are also ridiculously expensive and will cost you more than what you paid for any item. Please turn your back and run.
