If I could give zero stars I would. I have never written a review before, but I am now because I am so bothered by this company and the way they conduct business.
First of all, their clothing is not made well, and looks pretty cheap (I understand it is cheap, but it doesn't have to look cheap).
Second, their customer service is horrible. They do not believe in customer satisfaction, and they do not adhere to their posted/advertised return policy. I ordered two tops, and one of the tops arrived with two holes in both shoulders. I contacted Lulu Gal to inform them of the issue. They had me submit pictures of the damaged item via their website, but their website wouldn't allow me to do that. Finally after a couple of emails back and forth, they allowed me to contact them via email. I have been in contact with them for the past 2 weeks, sending emails back and forth, trying to return my top. They first offered me 20% off my next order. I told them I don't want 20% because I would never buy anything from them again. They then directed me to their website to refer to their return policy. No where on it does it say they only refund 20%. They then told me they would refund me 40% because 60% is used for shipping fees. On the website is says 60% refund. They then offered to reimburse me for the cost to fix the item. When I agreed, they only offered me another option to refund me 30% of the cost of the shirt. There was much more back and forth. The prices are so low, so it is not about the money. It is about the horrible way they treat their customers and conduct business. My correspondence with them has made my blood boil because I can't believe what they do. I hope I can at least stop one person from purchasing from them.

Their sizing is off and their return policy is awful. They offer refunds but only give 60% and keep 40% for handling fees, and make it as difficult as possible. Pay a little extra and buy local!

Worst ever do not buy

I opened a ticket to cancel my order approximately 1 hour after order was placed. They insisted on giving me a store credit. I sent them 4 messages stating that I need a credit back to my credit card. They are still insisting I will get a store credit. I will be filing a report with my credit card company now. Do not buy from this fraudulent online store!

Think it has all been said regarding returns policy or rather lack of it. I ordered a jacket which bore absolutely no resemblance to the item advertised, nasty, cheap and sizing laughable. Avoid this company

Like the swimsuit

I was worried after seeing the other reviews but I did receive my swimsuit today. Yes it takes a while to get it... about 3 weeks but that's not bad coming from China. The swimsuit is very well made and it is very cute. It's a little tight. I wished I had ordered a size up but overall I'm pleased with my purchase.

Don't Do It!

Ordered on January 7, they processed payment. Waited and waited. No confirmation, no tracking number. I sent them a "ticket", then waited and waited. I was finally told my order was delayed because they close for some holiday the end of January or February. So once again I waited and waited! Finally told them I was turning them into my credit card company for fraud. Suddenly I had a tracking number. It is now March 10 and I am told that my order should be here today. We'll see.
I also posted a negative comment on their page, they took it down and blocked me. Nice!

Bought three bathing suits. Paid for faster shipping and that was ignored and took a month to get them. No refund for expedited shipping. Wanted to return 2 of them for style dislikes and they said I have to ship it back to China and they would only refund me 60%. I am in the "return policy" which claims to be easy. Anything but easy

I seem to be having the same problems that many others are. I ordered a silk blouse that took over 4 weeks to be shipped and was way too small. The blouse I received was a large as I ordered, but fit like a small. It was ridiculous. There are no instructions on the website for returning items and no one answers the phone or it's busy. Extremely frustrating and I will never order from Lulugal again.

I'm trying to return 2 items I cannot reach anyone in customer service. I have 30 days to return these items... my credit card payment was taken 20 seconds after I punched it. You should be honest and let people know they are stuck with your product. I'm not impressed!

Run. This company is horrible.

I ordered from them after seeing a cute dress of theirs on Pinterest. After noticing the order confirmation email was in broken English, I looked into the company and so all of the horrible reviews. Their refund policy is that orders canceled within 12 hours and before shipping are owed a full refund. After that, a $3 per item surcharge is charged. I canceled my order exactly 54 minutes after placing it "via message" per the instructions in their policy. I received an email overnight asking why I was canceling. I informed them I no longer needed the items. They responded that there was a $3 fee per item. I told them there should be no fee because I canceled within the specified time. What ensued was a 5-day email exchange of them repeating "Hello, If you want to cancel the order you need pay handing fee of $3 for each item according to our policy, pls understand. Thank you. Below is the policy, please check, http://www.lulugal.com/return-policy-a90.html" and me responding QUOTING THEIR OWN POLICY to show that I did not owe a fee. I now disputed it with my credit card and they're still sending me emails in broken English asking for $6 in fees.

Never order from this company!

I ordered a bathing suit top over 2 months ago which was supposed to arrive in 2-5 weeks but is still not here. Their tracking site is awful and randomly goes down. They won't just refund the money nor provide support to find the package. They told me to call my postal service if I wanted help meanwhile the package isn't even in Canada yet. Stay away! I believe this is a crooked operation and cannot say how frustrating it has been.

I ordered a black and a beige coat. What they call beige is in reality off white and looks like a bathrobe. The coats where in a cheap plastic bag and arrived totally wrinkled. There's no fabric content label on either item. The sleeves on both items are way too short!

It says the following on their hangtags: "This Fashion is Top Quality". I guess the have a sense of humor...

I ordered an item that says it ships in 24 hours. Once I made payment I got a message from lulugal that they take 1-4 days to process the order and I paid $10 extra to receive the item within 2-5 days. I asked them why the ad says it ships within 24 hours and I paid to get it within 2-5 days and they told me the item I selected was a "hot item" and it would take longer to receive. No where on their website does it say that the item was not available. I went back and forth with them and they never shipped it! After 6 days of them still "processing" the order I demanded my money back (found the item on Amazon shipped in 2 days), lulugal only refunded me a partial refund due to the item not being cancelled within 12 hours! They are scamming people. You order an item they never ship, once you cancel they keep a portion of the money! They are making money and not sending items as promised on their website! DO NOT ORDER FROM LULUGAL

I have been going around and around with this company trying to return the items I purchaed that don't fit because their sizing is off and the items are poor quality! They have requested pictures of the items I want to return, they have asked for more detail of why I want to return them they have offered a store credit for future purchase. They finally came clean and said that shipping to China was too timely and expensive and offered a store credit again. Now today they sent me am email saying that their domain name had changed from lulugai.com to liligal.com - their poor business practices have caught up to them and their now operating under a new name liligal.

I bought from them just once - a two-piece bathing suit with a camisole of sorts that goes overtop of it. They sell the suit in about 25 different patterns and colors. I bought a size large. The bottom part fit fine and was consistent with a Size Large, which in the U.S. is a 12 to 14 dress size. The top, however, fit like a Size 10 if not a Size 10. Never bothered to try on the camisole, but it looked like it would suffice for a Size Large. Figuring out how to get an email message to them to request their address for returns was a chore unto itself. Few would figure out how to go about it! To their favor, a woman (obviously the owner) did telephone me back. They have a telephone number at which you can call them but only between the hours of, say, 7:30 P.M. to 2:30 in the morning. The woman emailed me to take measurements of the item and let her have them because then she could tell "whomever" what they did wrong. I emailed her back and told her that I didn't have time to do any measuring, and that all i wanted to do was return the item and get my money back. She emailed me again today and told me something along the lines that I should take the item to the post office and find out what the postage is to send it to China. She also said that most times the cost is so high that it comes to more than the article. She also said something (broken English) about they could maybe help with the cost. At this point I emailed her back and told her to just forget the whole thing and that I was going to just put the bathing suit into the Goodwill box. I also told her that I wanted off their solicitation list and that I would have to tell all my friends and relatives about their return policy. I should add that I do not think these are by any means bad people who run the company. They are just people who should not be doing business with us Americans who have become accustomed to easy shopping and easy returns. I have had to waste just too much of my precious time on this matter.

Do NOT BUY!

This is a completely dishonest company based in China. I ordered over 200.00 worth of clothes (dumb) in January. I received the items in March even though the website said, "Ships in 24 hrs." I decided to size up because some of the items looked like they might run small. When I opened the clothes, they looked like they were made for a child. There is no material for a refund in the package. Thankfully I paid through PayPal. I have filed a complaint there to try to get my money back.
