OMG... this stuff is crap. And like many I did not see any reviews prior to purchase. So now I know not to even bother contacting them for a return. Ordered two swimsuits and one is half the size I am would have had to order a 7X for them to fit and even then they wouldn't. Earrings... I could have gotten better quality out of a cracker jack box. Why isn't someone doing something about sites like this. Spent a lot of money and now the last laugh is on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM LULUGAL it is everything and more that others have called it... a scam a fraud a joke

Wish I had read reviews prior to ordering. They specify FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS. I tried calling them and only got a message to leave a message - did this 5 times with no response to my messages.

I attempted to return items via their website BUT AGAIN WITH NO RESPONSE TO 13 'TICKETS'.

I ordered two items from them - both in a women's XL - both had sleeves the size of my 8 y/o grandaughter' arm!?! POOR POOR POOR SIZING when the body and sleeves are two different sizes. This tells me they have no idea how to sew!?! DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I bought two dresses from this website. The material is cheap, one fits too small the other too big. The color of one is completely different then advertised. They do not provide a return label. It cost me about 22.00 dollars to return, They only refund 60% of the order. So after doing the bath. I would get 9.00 back. I'm stuck with two ugly dresses. Do not order from this website! You have been warned. I wish I could have googled this website before ordering.

No indication that the items come from China. Web site says free shipping and returns but this is not true. Got 3 dresses, hate them all. According to the company I can pay $35 in shipping to return registered mail and then only get back 60% of my purchase price to cover shipping the garments to me. Not at all what I expected my return situation to be. If you don't return the goods they will give you a 20% or 30% refund but want to give it in store credit WTF? Don't buy from theses people it's not worth the hassle

Don't buy unless you want to waste tons of money returning this to China. I ordered a large, and this came with a tag that says large but it is more like an extra small. There is no give or stretch in the bathing suit. I am a true size large and I could not get the bathing suit leg hole up my thigh. I asked for an exchange because they are supposed to be easy, and they offered either to give me $5 or for me to pay shipping on the return item and shipping on the new one that is sent from Shanghi. I will never shop with them again. The quality is cheap and the people are not accommodating at all. If they are going to be based out of China, they need to figure a way for returns not to cost more than the item itself. If you buy from them, make sure it is perfect, because they will rip you off if it is not! Beware of the size charts because they are absolutely not accurate! Also, they would not let me post this review without giving it perfect stars!

DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I recently purchased this suit. It took almost a month to arrive. I wondered why until I got the package with a return address IN CHINA! When I tried it on, it was sewn all wrong. Part of it was completely cut off. When I contacted them (you can't even call, only contact through an online ticket), they said that I could have a store credit or I could send it back and pay shipping TO CHINA?!?! They refused to pay shipping and called the obviously damaged suit an inconvenience rather than a mistake on their part. Why would I want a store credit when I have to wait a month for anything I order and it is such poor quality. If you order, be sure you are willing to keep it.

This is absolutely the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. The clothes are terrible quality, sizing way off, and returns nearly impossible. They are located in Shanghai, China, but this isn't clear until you have ordered and want to return something. It takes forever to get your items. Then you'll spend the next 3 weeks trying to return them and they will only give you a small portion of your money back, after they charge for shipping back to a China and then a 40% "handling fee"! You will be throwing your money away. Don't buy from this company!

I looked at a long sleeved t-shirt. The style and material are nice, especially for the price. BUT the sizing is way off. I ordered an XL and it's actually more like a medium or generous small. The RETURN policy is unfriendly. They offer a credit, which is fine if you want to by something else - I didn't. Then Lulugal offered I could return the item at my cost and they would give me 60% of the sale price back, because of handling. I will give the shirt away. I paid $24, by the time I send it back and get 60% back...
