DON'T DO IT!

Rating a minus 10 if I could do it. Total rip-off. Sizing a joke. Quality a joke. Gouge you on returns. This site is a fraud all the way. You do receive something when you order. Just nothing you could wear in public if it even fit. Waste of money!

Worst ever

I placed an order, took almost a month to receive and everything was too small. I ordered one size bigger than their size chart and everything was 2 sizes too small.

I tried to return the items, but they said it would be super expensive. We went back and forth for days, to only receive a 30% credit.

I will never shop from this website again.

I ordered several items considering the sizing chart and that they said returns were easy. The sizes are incredibly inconsistent and you can't exchange or return anything! And they went back and forth with me 10 times saying they would give me a partial credit and then no they would give me a small store credit or I could find someone to sell the items to. TOTAL NIGHTMARE. Do not order.

There is no way to return since you have to literally get it back to China. The clothes are fitted for Chinese who are considerably shorter than my family. AWFUL! Don't d it.

Utterly disappointed

After seeing an advert for lulugal items on Pinterest, I quickly made an order. Whilst waiting for the item (a red dress with bow details on the back) I nearly made the mistake of ordering three further items but paused and checked online reviews from customers after my husband said it sounded too good to be true. He was right. I saw the bad reviews so didn't order. When my dress actually arrived, it lived up to the worst reviews I had read! The neckline was very visibly wonky -I would be embarrassed by it as it is so uneven- and the bows on the reverse were unevenly stitched on and unevenly tied. This item couldn't be more unevenly put together. I also find the fabric to be poor and cheap, with fraying hemlines that a washing machine would surely pull apart. I was doubtful of the cheap prices, but so tempted by the lovely items in the photographs on the website. It is clear now that the items on show are not fair representations of the items you will receive in the post. What a pity! I would pay so much more money if they were what the pictures claim them to be. As I said before, I had a wishlist of several items I would have ordered if the first dress had turned out well. My advice would be not to risk buying other items from this company.

Do not buy from Lulugal. They make promises they have no intention of keeping. They actually lie to you. Did not get my clothes when they said I would. Shipment was sent back now they are trying to charge me 40 percent. That's robbery to me. NEVER BUY FROM LULUGAL! VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

Terrible site. Buyers beware! Item was just horrible. Looked nothing like the photo. Horrible craftsmanship. Tiny sizing. Couldn't get it on. Customer service was AWFUL! If you try to return item, you will lose! And forget about a reasonable refund.

Pay heed to the reviews!

Be aware that you will be disappointed when you order from this site. There is no labelling in the clothing... they send out one size to fit everyone. If you are a larger fitting you can forget ever wearing the garment. And the return system is a joke... you pay to get it back to China and then you pay 40% for the initial delivery. Still interested?

If I could give zero stars I would. Their merchandise is garbage. It must be photoshopped because what arrives is nothing like the picture. And their sizing is ridiculous. I wear a medium. I ordered a large. I can't even get it over my head

Wish i could give 0 rating! Ordered a coat and shirt. Took one month despite fast shipping. Was able to track item and found was shipped from Shanghai, which was never mentioned on Web page. Items received were in deplorable condition. Covered in loose threads, buttons loose, with long strings. Seams crooked. Ordered 1 size up as review stated ran small, but found that sleeves on BOTH coat and shirt narrow-Same circumference at upper arm as wrist! Learned my lesson! No receipt or shipping label inside. Don'the waste your $$!

I ordered and paid for a bathing suit 2/7 and haven't heard anything or seen any swimsuit. Oh... they sent me one email saying the payment was received and it went through my bank right away but they won't send me my suit and won't correspond! Beware... you will pay and not get anything! Think it is in China... no grammar and poor spelling... wierd! I learned the hard way. Wished I would of read reviews! I usually do. How are they allowed to stay in business?

... check very closely where the company is that you want to order dresses from. I've had the same problem, and in researching found that there are SEVERAL Chinese companies marketing dresses that are fetching - I'll give them that - but have nothing to do with sizing for real women in this marketplace (I'm only a 36B for crying out loud). Check the sellers' home country ALWAYS. That being said, I am extremely happy with a company in Israel that sells modest clothing that I can wear without looking like I'm trying to emulate a thirteen year-old.

Ordered my size they sent me size to fit child. They refuse to refund. Chinese rip off. They only respond via email. My loss, don't order from them. FB should be ashamed for allowing these folks to steal from users.

On the left - the dress, that is shown on-line shop Lulugal, and on the right- the dress I've got (after two month waiting). As everyone can see, there is nothing in common between them. Anyone, who is still looking at this site for buying something, BE CAREFUL to deal with #Lulugal! They fraud their customers! The site shows wonderfull catalogs of colorfull dresses and tunics, but you won't get what you see on site. As you can see, I've got completely different color and composition, completely different design. In addition of that, the size chart is wrong too, the size chart gives wrong measurement.
I asked from seller to send me another dress, but in proper color, design and size. Instead of doing so, Lulugal refused, requiring from me to send the dress back and to pay shipping fee. Needless to say, they are to blame for this matter! Instead of an apology to correct their mistake (if it could called so), they refused to refund my money, wishing " have a nice day " My suggesting - DON'T HAVE BUSINESS with Lulugal! I opened the case on PayPal in hope, they help me to refund money from fraud's #Lulugal.

Swimsuit was not what I expected. Tried to return. This is the EXACT wording I received.

We are sorry for that and you can return it. Have you review our return policy? But it is not worthwhile for you to return according our return policy, you should bear the shipping fee back, it is so expensive and you should wait a long time and we just refund you not include the shipping fee when we send the order for u. As for the one you received, if you really cannot wear them, I suggest giving others as a gift or selling them on line. You will sell them at good price. How about we send you some compensation in your user center, you can use it next time. Pls advise
