I bought a swimsuit online. Thinking I was ordering from an American company... nope! My parcel came from China. Looked nothing like it did in the picture, very poor quality, I paid through paypal and was refunded my money in full. Did take some time to resolve, but paypal is aware of this company. The company wants you to ship it back for a refund, but guess what... it costs 4 times the amount of the suit to send back to China! Hope this helps everyone!

This company is in Shanghai China (they hide that fact well), charged my credit card immediately, provided me a fake tracking ID, fake phone number, and wouldn't send my order for close to a month.

I sent several emails to them---in my first email, I was polite. By the fifth, I was downright mean, accusing them of scamming me and telling them I've alerted my credit card company and they NO longer have access to my credit card.

When I finally received my order, the swimsuits didn't fit (US sizes are obviously different than Chinese sizes.) I emailed them I needed to return the these and this is my last email from them--

"we are sorry for that and you can return it. Have you review our return policy? But it is not worthwhile for you to return according our return policy, you should bear the shipping fee back, it is so expensive and you should wait a long time and we just refund you not include the shipping fee when we send the order for u. As for the one you received, if you really cannot wear them, I suggest giving others as a gift or selling them on line. You will sell them at good price. How about we send you some compensation in your user center, you can use it next time. Pls advise"

I just reported this company to the FTC-for Internet Shopping complaints and scams

I must state, I haven't bought from this on-line scam company. I saw some similarities between this site + Ericdress- scammers that DID get me a few years ago - so I stayed VERY clear of them. I have the feeling this company COULD BE Ericdress- just using another name.
Things to look out for - if u see the clothing models are few + far between, and those that are seen are mostly Asian- a red flag. I see Ericdress spent a few bucks + hired some other nationalities for models- so that's a general rule. Also, if u see not only Asian models, but HEADLESS ones, ( cropping the photo so only the body shows), another clue. Finally - they will show the article of clothing, but no model IN IT- beware.
If u have gotten this far, u have read some reviews - so bravo! That is ur best protection.
I hope this helps someone - I'd hate to see someone else get ripped off ANY amount of money like I did myself.

Same complaint as most on this site. This Company has an American front but is operating from China! I didn't read the small print or hear the alarm bells... The sizing only right if you are Chinese and NOT of Western Stock! Way off and then difficult to return for a maximum of 60% refund. On my £160 purchase the robbers will keep over £60 for handling when I'm only returning the goods as they DONT FIT as their sizing is wrong! Disgusting Crooks! Do NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE OR ANY SITE THAT LOOKS LIKE THIS. I will of course be looking at any other means to recoup my money but helping others not get stung the same way is just a start.

I ordered a top and the sizing is so off and returning it is so difficult, I'll probably give it away... a waste of $42.
The return address on the package is in China. I emailed them and one email takes a day to receive and respond to. After a week of this nonsense they tried to talk me out of returning the item because 1. Postage would be high. 2. They would only refund a portion of the purchase price because there's a restocking fee. 3. Why not get a credit for a future purchase? Are they kidding?... a future purchase?... no chance!

Order 2 shirts. Took almost 30 days to get them. Quality of material and construction is extremely poor. And the items were too small. My package arrived without a packing slip or return instructions so I emailed Lulugal to get return instructions. They refused to give them to me. They said it would be very expensive to return them so I should just keep them and try to sell them online or in a consignment shop. I have repeatedly requested return instructions but they will not give them to me. There last offer was a 10% credit toward future purchases. THIS COMPANY APPEARS TO BE A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I wish I had reviewed this company on Consumer Report prior to ordering from them. Because I never would have ordered through them. I placed and order for 1 bathing suit and 1 pair of bathing suit shorts on 2/2/17. Have paid for them and to date have not received my order. They say shipping is within 1-4 business days not including weekends or holidays. I have made several inquiries regarding the shipping of my order but all I get for an answer is they have received my payment and that my order is in processing. That is ridiculous. I definitely feel like I am getting the run a round. I will never order from this company again. Hopefully the items ordered fit, and are not damaged. Because I do not want to deal with the bull crap about returning that I have been reading about. I want to tell everyone not to order from this company

I ordered 4 swimsuits. In fairness, two of the four fit and I actually kind of liked them. Quality is not quite what I'm used to buying but hey, they cost $25 each, what do you expect. My issue is that I cannot reach a person from their website to get return instructions for the two suits I don't want. I reached out to them on their website and I get an email back saying my inquiry to the company was not delivered to the recipient (lulugal)... I figure by the time I call Shanghai and talk to someone, then mail it, my $50 return will have been used up. I guess you live and learn and I will be way more attentive to the website I order from.
