Don't do it! Yes, it all looks nice on-line. However, it comes from China. I found the quality to be awful and their return policy is a crock of... Bleep! First they take forever to respond, then they try to convince you to keep the items (even though they are way too small (size charts are off) and when you insist on returning them you find out they only refund 60 percent! And you pick up the bill to ship. Never again! Waste of my time and money. I will sell the items I purchased to make my $ back.

I really wish I would've read the reviews first. It took a month to get my order and I'm not sure who these clothes are designed to fit. Perhaps an alien. I'm typically a size large, so I ordered an XL shirt to be on the safe side and boobs wouldn't fit in it to save my life. Such cheap quality too. It arrived with a seam completely torn. I ordered swim bottoms as well and I think that was made to fit a triangle. Tiny waistband, giant leg holes. Looks like it's not worth the trouble to try to return either.

I really feel this may be a scam business and should even possibly be investigated. I wanted to return an item, and no one answers their phone, and when you try to do live chat, you get an email. I filled in all the required fields, including item # and submitted my request.
When they emailed me back, the message was: "Hello, would you like to show us your order number? And the order number in our website is beginning with L or LL. We will check it for you again."
So I responded with the item # and received this very strange, inappropriate email: "Do you mean that you insist to return it with paying the expensive shipping fee?"
I would like to know how to report them as a phony buisiness.
If you are considering ordering from them, PLEASE DON'T! And spread the word!

I ordered a jacket 3 weeks ago. Product arrived; wrong color, wrong size. I ordered XXL, the jacket fit my coworker who is a size SMALL.
Lulugal reps have been bullying me into keeping the product, and saying that I would only get 60% back.

This is what the rep told me...

"But it is not worthwhile for you to return according our return policy, you should bear the shipping fee back, it is so expensive and you should wait a long time and we just refund you not include the shipping fee when we send the order for u. As for the one you received, if you really cannot wear them, I suggest giving others as a gift or selling them on line. You will sell them at good price. How about we send you some compensation in your user center, you can use it next time. Pls advise"

My items arrived, most look like they had been hand sewn - no tags, cheap fabric and sizes WAY smaller than American sizes. Turns out they are from China NO RETURNS I'm constantly in debate with the company and the best they want to offer me is 20% in store credit They flat out refuse to give me a mailing address for a return and basically say they are doing me a favor because it will too expensive to send back because they are in China.

This company is a complete scam. I lost 200.00 because I took a chance and ordered online for the first time. A month after ordering and paying for extra shipping to get my items in 3-5 days, I have nothing to show for my 200.00. I have called, emailed and filled out complaint "tickets" on their website. The phone number is no longer working number and they don't return emails. Do not order from this company, you will be so sorry that you did! I know that I am very upset, discouraged and out 200.00 that I work very hard for.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. What I got was total CRAP - sizing is a JOKE; no quality, not even a tag or size on item; finally managed to submit a "ticket" and was literally told: "You can return/exchange BUT you pay expensive return shipping to China, expensive re-shipping cost back to US, it will take a VERY LONG TIME, is that OK with you?" WTF? After being told this, I was unable to get them to even give me the return address -- AS IF ANYONE WOULD BOTHER -- NOT EVEN GOOD ENOUGH TO DONATE! Don't fall for this SCAM COMPANY! Worst on-line purchase EVER!

I saw this website on pinrest and I liked a cardigan that looked nice so I went and read some reviews that now I wised up and understand that those are fake! I ordered the cardigan and I received a piece of $#*! more then a month later the product itself was poorly made, and the Material that was made of it seemed to be made of something not suited for someone that has delicate skin anyway, I emailed them and told them that the product was absolutely inadequate and they SENT the wrong size so they responded sending me a form to fill it out and I just didn't bother with it and through it away and learn my lesson NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LULUGAL! EVER! BUYER BE AWARE!

Sounds trite but be very leary of this fraudulent company. I ordered, got my order fast... but the clothes had no size, no labels, and guess what? No return address to ship back. The reason to ship back? They were horribly made. Not only that the sizing was ridiculous! I purposely ordered 2 sizes larger and they wouldn't fit my cat!
Arm lengths varied widely, width across shoulders, chest were crazy different. I guess that's why they didn't put sizes on the merchandise. And to add to it all, no return address and they don't answer email or phone so you are stuck w/ useless junk.
