I ordered a red, popular sweater and when it arrived it was a dress! It was even labeled as a dress. I ask to return it and they never would give me return instructions. After 5 emails they said they couldn't believe I would return it with the "out of the county" shipping fees! Even tho it was their mistake, they would not make it right! I threw away that $30! Never again!

I ordered a coat in December for CHRISTMAS!
My daughter NEVER RECEIVED IT but Pay Pal is still charging me the $57 even though the tracking number NEVER worked. There is no way it arrived to NYC!

I am reading online reviews regarding customers purchases and every complaint ends with items are made of poor quality and to not buy anything from this company. Is this still true or have you upgraded to a better quality of clothing. I have seen some beautiful dresses but I don't want to purchase if I am going to have problems and have no way of talking to customer service.

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered! The shirt I ordered took forever to arrive. It is way to small & the material is so cheap. It looks like they made the sleeves too short, so they just added about 4 more inches, with the seam on the outside. No response to my many emails. Going to contact my credit card company to get my money back.

Beware! Sizing is small and I cannot get a response to exchange. Very frustrating. Do not waste your time with these people.

It took three weeks to receive my order! The two dresses were so cheap. Almost like an old stiff workers glove material. They will not acknowledge my request for return / credit! Left a phone message as well! Sent in three tickets and it keeps referring to my first ticket on shipment! Customer service is terrible! Website not updated or easy to use! Contacting my credit card company now.

Never received my order, and there is no way to contact them. 40 bucks Down the drain. Please never buy from this place... such a ripoff!

Horrible company wish I would have looked at reviews before making my purchase. There went $100 down the drain. :(

Nothing good about this company. Cheap products. Very poor delivery time and customer service. Buy elsewhere or read reviews first. A lesson learned.

It took 2 months to get an acknowledgement about my return I still don't have the credit to my bank They cannot be reached and email from china at 4 in the morning. Quality was awful DO NOT BUY HERE

I ordered a tunic/dress i saw on pinterest... not only was the sizing off (i could have had it altered)... it said it was linen... it came and one 100% polyester... it was absolutly aweful... have to throw it out because was going to cost over $80 to ship it back to china... do not buy from here!

Size chart is totally inaccurate. Clothes fit no one. Impossible to return. No return label, no return address on website customer service phone number is not a working number. TOTAL RIP OFF. Never buy from this company.

I would not advise anyone to purchase anything from Lulugal. I brought a coat which looked lovely on the website but when it arrived, it was of extremely poor quality and badly sized. They were very unhelpful about my returning it to them, and would not cover the cost to return it. To return it would cost my £50. So, I have wasted $84.42 on a coat that is of no use to me whatsoever. I will never buy from them again.

I purchased 2 tops... Which looked great on their site... but were not sized correctly... Sooo small & material was crappy! Had to track them & took long time to receive them! Wish I checked the bad reviews before I wasted $70. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LULUGAL EVER!

It took almost 1 month to receive the clothes. Material are very bad. Try to return but couldn't. DON'T ever buy from this website.
