I bought a dress for $25 based on the facebook advertizement and 5 star reviews from them. I ordered size large depend on their chart for the US 12 to 14 and they immediately charged me and send me 20 days later although they mentioned i will receive it in one week, and there were no tracking possible!
After I received it was in a black plastic and posted from China!
The dress was fitted size 6 in the US and i started email them and it seemed a robot answered me and they offered me discount for the futer orders and they eventually told me to send it back with priority postage and you can tell i should pay $39 more to send it back to China!
I asked them for return lable and they never care and eventually this crap is on the floor to find somebidy to donate it!
Please carefully read their return policy and read all comments prior to order anything of this worst company ever!

Not in the US... Took 6 weeks to get items... company could have cared less. Horrid Customer Service. Would not give me a refund. Not good quality. 27 email back and forth... told me would give me 20% credit. Because for me to mail back would cost me more than that UGH! Not one redeeming quality. Bad Bad Bad
Buy at your own Risk... You have been worn. Items are not as pictured. WORST company every dealt with and there is a strange odor to the clothes... UGH!

Purchased and received dress. Too small and questionable fabric. No response to many emails sent. Finally located a telephone number with a 213 area code. Called number and guess what? Automated answer saying no one to answer. Didn't even offer voicemail.
At this point I am ready to nail dress around picture frame and write =lulugal= across the front and hang on the wall. GREAT GHETTO ART. Great reminder to shop local.

They advertise easy returns but not so easy. They are located in China so they make deals to give a small credit and order something else. Otherwise it's very expensive to return. Clothes are very cheap and the fit is not at all to size. Don't waste your money

It's a JOKE company!

It took 7weeks to get my order. Then the jackets I ordered would fit a 5yr old! They were so Tiny!
Now I can't get an answer from them in regards to sending them back. I'm sooooo frustrated!

Ugly clothes

It took 6 weeks to get my item due to Chinese customs. The shirt material was rag quality and the patch sleeve looked like a toddler sewed it on. It was nothing like the picture. I'm not bothering to return it due to other reviews, sounds like it wouldn't be worth the effort.

I order 3 outfits for Christmas. They arrive mid January after begging for an update on the status of my Oder. When I finally got it I have been trying to get a return label to send it all back. The customer service phone number is only a recording. I have yet to get a call, this has been a nightmare since 12-6. I still am unable to return these 3 crappy outfits. I am sure they will now tell me, if they ever answer, you waited to long.

Do not order! Ordered bathing suit based on sizing chart and it did not fit me in the chest area. They wanted me to prove to them that the sizing chart was wrong... then they finally agreed to return the item and this was their response "If return, you need to bear the shipping fee, so when we get the order, we just can send you a parcial refund. I guess the shipping fee is so expensive and may be beyond the money of your item, you can go to your local post office to ask the shipping fee to China, and decided if you still want to return, ok? If you not return, i can apply some compensation for u, pls advise"

So I need to make a trip to the post office and randomly ask "hey, how much does it cost to ship something to china?". Ridiculous!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE... these are clothes from China so the sizing is off. I ordered what I thought would be this beautiful red assymmetrical sweater that ended up being red and hot pink weirdly... seams all weird, neck sewn shut almost and it was not the size I ordered. I'm trying to get a refund, took pictures and sent to them but I'm sure they jerk me around. A $30 lesson learned.

I am regretting

I ordered a swimsuit a week ago, 1/22. After payment confirmation via PayPal, I see they aren't shipping after 1/13 and no customer service till 2/2. If I receive before my vacation in a month, it probably won't fit from reviews I've seen.

I ordered two coats one is a jean coat. When I received 2 days ago, it has no button holes. The second coat I ordered came came 4 sizes small. Don't order from China companies.
