Do not order from this company... they are so very bogus. They are thieves in every sense of the word. If you make the choice to buy from them - at least pay by using PayPal. They will at least back you up payment wise (somewhat - it's a lengthy, complicated process) - otherwise - you will have absolutely NO recourse with this company - they do not give refunds - only store credit - with me - after not receiving a shipment I had ordered 6 weeks prior - the promised to resend it - never got that shipment either..."why" would I ever settle for a store credit? Will NEVER shop with these crooks again - hell no...

It is nearly impossible to navigate their clumsy website. It took me two days to finally fill out a 'ticket' and a request to return my ill-fitting dress. I finally heard from them two days later via email. It was such a friendly email, requesting that I send photos of the item and they would certainly do all they could to make it right with me. HAH! I was mad about having to send photos... or having to TRY to send photos. Could see no way to upload them, so I sent still another note telling them that they surely must know what the garment looks like! Have not heard back. I am writing them off and will tell everyone I know to avoid doing business with them!

Wish I had read reviews first. Ordered 3 blouses for 97.10 didn't fit. E mailed them and ask if I could return. They said yes, I had no invoice so I returned it to Hans America in Doraville Ga. Then I tracked it and it was received. E-mailed them back asking when I was going to get my refund. They said if I insisted on a refund I would have to send it back to China and gave me a whole e mail of instructions. Kinda hard to do when I dont have the tops. I called, no answer, left message said they would call back within 24 hours, NO CALL BACK. Tried to call Hans no answer. Can anyone give me any info on how to track my tops down? Guess I am out 97.10. Sad since I am 70 and on a fixed income.

Purchased a bathing suit. I wear a 34 bra, bathing suit said 37 measurement. I figured that would allow for my breast room. Measurements were wrong. My boobs didn't even fit in bathing suit.

Reached out, and just like all other complaints was told not to send back item but that they would issue a 20% credit which was $4.00. Ridiculous.

I told them no and asked for address to ship it back and get full refund. They stopped responding to me. Now, they wont respond at all!

Shady Chinese business. Don't give them your money, stay in America where you will get the items you want not one you will toss away.

I ordered a sweater for my daughter for Christmas. It arrived on time, but it wasn't a sweater. It was actually a dress! Not well made, lace on the bottom was ragged looking, had to be trimmed, sleeves were too short. I contacted Lulugal, and they offered to put an $11 credit toward my next purchase. Fat chance! It was a $38.00 sweater! Luckily I paid for this through PayPal and they said they would refund me the full amount if I returned the item to Lulugal with a tracking number and only if Lulugal could confirm that they had received it. Well, it had to be shipped to Shanghai, China at a ridiculous amount of $23.00 and it could only be tracked as far as Customs in New York City. I decided not to return the sweater because there is nothing to stop them from saying they never received it in China. So, I'm stuck with this item and I'm out the $38.00, and I also had to buy another gift for my daughter. Live and learn. I'll never do business with this company ever again, and I don't recommend them to anyone!

Like many people, I found out too late that these people are in Hong Kong, and you can NOT contact them. Believe me, I tried. It takes over a month to get your order and when it arrives (because you can forget cancelling and getting a refund when you find out the shipping scam), IT IS CHEAP JUNK, SIZED WRONG, JUST PLAIN CRAP. THE ONLY THING THEY DO RIGHT IS MAKE PRETTY CLICK-BAIT ADS. DON'T FALL FOR IT!
Also, PAYPAL is very little help. I asked them to help me track this and get ahold of seller to cancel. They did NOT.
I'LL CALL IT LEARNING AND TRY TO SAVE OTHERS FROM THESE SCAMMERS! DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP CHINESE JUNK CLOTHING!

Sadly, I too fell asleep at the keyboard and was distracted by the pictures, free shipping and cheap prices. However, at NO TIME did lulugal divulge that they were located in Hong Kong! It teased me with 'ships same day!' and only after two weeks of no receipt of my order did I read reviews or look into the tracking info. This order went to about six different countries prior to the US! In short, VERY cheap, crepe type material that would rip if you sneeze! Additionally, even though I used their size chart TO THE 'T' and ordered a 2XL, the item that arrived measured (according to their own chart measurements) to be a size Medium! Needless to say, my daughter appreciated it and I have learned my lesson. They should have named the company skinnygal cuz that's the only group who can wear these threadbare duds!

I also ordered the coat which pictured a big roll-down collar - badly made, small holes
In the fabric, collar top is at my collar bone, it doesn't even go up the neck! Two other items way too small. Am out $94 but it's still not worth trying to return them. My fault for not checking these reviews first. When you first order, nowhere does it say these items are from China. I guess I will just have to consider it a learning experience!
