I usually check reviews prior to ordering; must have been asleep at the keyboard this time. Ordered two tops. One was really poorly made and sewn. It was also at least 2 sizes too small. The other was okay but barely passable. Neither were worth the money or the wait. No care instructions, really cheap material, nothing like advertised. I'll chalk this up to a bad experience not to be repeated.
These people are not a good company and will give you the run around. I ordered using their sizing chart and received something several sizes too small and they want me to pay to return it to china. BUYER BEWARE and prepare for a run around.
Sizing is off and quality cheap. Customer service unprofessional - feels like I am talking to a naive intern versus professional customer service person. They make you pay the costly shipping back to China for a partial refund. Wish I had seen this site before I tried them out.
Trying to exchange a coat! Your site won't let us. Why is there not a callback # that someone actually answers? I love the coat,, just want to small,, about 4 sizes
Product is cheap and is shipped from China. You are responsible for return shipping, making it too expensive to return. Clothing sizes are WAY off, 4-6 sizes too small.
Okay, Folks, I need to issue a warning about a company advertising on Facebook. I ordered a few items from them on 11/21/16 for Christmas gifts for my two 15 year old granddaughters. Shipment was described as 10 - 14 day shipment... arrived on 1/19/2017. Totally missed Christmas. Oh, well, I adjusted and thought if it arrived, I could give it as January birthday present.
One of them is pictured on the left below. To the right is the dress as it arrived on the 19th. Pretty true color in my photo, but notice the bottom of the skirt? Does it look like different color fabric to you? Different fabric all together? THAT'S BECAUSE IT IS!
I re-ordered gifts for this granddaughter from Amazon and we're all set for our birthday celebration this weekend, but I urge anyone thinking of ordering from LuLuGal to SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND PATIENCE!
Please forward this warning on to anyone you know that orders on line a lot.

Cheap quality, too small, no resemblance to item on website and BAD customer service. I biggest regret is not having read the reviews before ordering. Needless to say, I'm now $27 out of pocket. NEVER AGAIN will I order or buy anything Chinese!
Took me over 2 months to receive my item--and this after multiple emails---after the first month they told me the item was on back order but never gave me the option to cancel even though I told them I wanted to. Knowing the sizes run small I had ordered a XXL--well this XXL wouldn't fit a doll---would hate to see what their smalls are---Never ever order from this company---
Items never received and they kept asking if I checked the package! Then they told me it was sold out but it was still available on their web site? I asked them to send the missing item and they said it's to small to send. All of this after 7 emails back and forth. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
They sent me trash and then would not give me any kind of credit over 20% and would not let me return without me paying for shipping to another country and they would then only refund me 60% of sale.
3 weeks of back and forth emails.
No sympathy for giving me horrible quality clothes.
Nothing good happened with this purchase and I am $80 in the hole.
Horrible, disgusting, poor quality overall.
I never received my item after 6 weeks of back and forth. Horrible customer service experience - had to take them to task. You can file a consumer complaint about them at econsumer.gov. That site is the international arm of the Better Business Bureau. Good luck - don't stay silent. They need to be put out of business - let's roll people!
BUYER PLEASE BEWARE! The clothes are so cute online but it really is a shady company. They do not allow you to return items. I bought 5 items, 3 of which were defective (beyond poor quality - I opened my package one dress the zipper was broken, one had a 6 inch snag down the back of the dress, and the last shirt had seams that were not sewn at all straight (unwearable!). I have been trying for weeks with "customer service" to return the defective clothes and per their "easy 30 day return policy" they still have not provided me with how to return (it's no where on the website.). Instead I get the same respsonse - we will provide a 20% credit to your account. The $4.80 I would get back for the broken zipper will not cover the broken zipper and nothing can fix a dress that wasn't sewn correctly. I read bad reviews on this company and should have listened. Terrible customer service, no returns and incrediably poor quality / defective clothes (don't get pulled in my cute pictures of bad clothes.)
I think on the website the clothes are cute but the sizing is ridiculous for American women. I've bought several items, none fit and there is no return. That is totally false advertising. They should take that you can return off there website. Also iif they are going to sell to US they should understand our sizing
Ordered a shirt sweater combo in size XL (14-16) according to their size chart... received it today after waiting 4 1/2 weeks... My daughter who is a size xs-s now has a new shirt. Their sizing is way way off if you are a size small to medium your all set a large or large forget it. Wish I had read all of the reviews before i ordered. I will keep it and pass it on because I'm sure if it took over a month to receive it would take even longer to return and get a refund. Lesson learned!
Ordered a jacket December 1,2016, it is now January 21,2017, still no jacket. No response back from them. Have tried calling, no response, emailing, no response. Big Time Scam. Should be able to rate as a negative 10.
I ordered. A $28 dress. When I received it, it was in terrible condition. The dress had 2 layers and the bottom layer was faded and stained with dye. Their website says EASY RETURNS. FALSE. Good luck contacting them for a refund. I had to throw the dress away.
Can anyone help me i think i will have to return a coat to china as they sent me the wrong coat and the wrong size i paid $123 dollers for the coat and it is going to cost me another £45 POUNDS TO RETURN IT

By paying $35.00 for a shirt I would expect the quality to be some what decent. I received something that looks like it was made in a home economics class. Its the worse shirt ever. I cannot reach anyone via phone and there is no way to contact them via email. Save your money and don't shop at this place.
I received the worst service I have ever experienced on this site. I had never heard of it before, had no idea that everything comes from China, but I learned from my mistake! Shipping took 7 weeks, and each time I reached out to the company they blamed weather as the reason for their chaotic shipping delays. Terrible experience all around and the quality of the clothes is the worst I have seen, unwearable actually and going to charity.Be warned people :)
Answer: I will NEVER order another thing from them and would advise anyone else to stay far away from them. The size L dress I received would not even go over my shoulders and I wear a size 10. Their customer support is horrible and the Free Shipping and Returns listed on their website is a lie. Save your money and buy elsewhere!
Answer: Stop ordering from them - you will either never get it or it will be a wrong fit. You will never see your money back either. Returns are also ridiculously expensive and will cost you more than what you paid for any item. Please turn your back and run.
