Low quality, long shipping delay, inadequate return policy. Don't be conned by the cute pictures and low prices. You'd have better luck at Walmart, or on many other websites.

Product is lower than low quality and sizes are totally not for Americans. Customer service is horrible. I wish I would have found these reviews before I had purchased. My comments are the same as others on this site.

Do not purchase from this company. The coat they sent me I would not make my dog wear. It is cheap, cheap, cheap! Returning it will cost more than I paid, which was 49.00. This is a very hard pill to swallow. It will be going into the garbage can. Paypal is of no help.

I ordered a sweat suit set on the 3rd of January today is the 18th still have not received it and cannot get ahold of anyone on the phone I don't think I'll be ordering from them again buyer beware I wish they had a 0 one is too good for them

Purchased a coat seen on Facebook for $55.46. Then received an unmarked package 2 weeks later from Hans America Group in Doraville Georgia. Coate enclosed was extremely small and of poor construction. Backtracked Lulugal from Paypal transaction. Lulugal website advertises FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE +30DAYS RETURNS!. Contacted Lulugal through their website asking to do a return. Was contacted the next day with the following response:
Dont worry about it, you can return it back. But have you review our return policy? Because i have reviews and i think it is not worthwhile for you to return according our return policy, they need to charge you the shipping fee when they send the order to u, and it is so expensive, also you should wait a long time and you should bear the shipping fee back.
This is my suggestion, you can think about it: as for the one you received, if you really cannot wear them, I suggest giving others as a gift or selling them on line. You will sell them at good price. If you trust me, i can apply some compensation for u. Of course, if you still want to return, pls tell me and i will send you the return address.
Next response:
We are located in China, if return, you need to send it back to China, so i think it is not worthwhile for u
If you not return, i can apply 20% compensation for u, pls advise

RETURN = 20%

Surprisingly good transaction! I ordered a shirt dress in L after checking their size chart. I'm usually S-M. It arrived in ONE WEEK and I got numerous tracking messages daily!

I ordered a very pretty coat for my daughter as a Christmas present. She is a medium in jackets. I also double checked with their size chart/measurements just to make sure. The coat arrived and it became clear that their sizing must be for children sizes (which makes perfectly sense considering how tiny women are in China). I would have ordered a size XXL if they would have mentioned that sizing detail.
Now they are refusing to send a "ticket" with a return address, in order for me to return the coat and get a refund. I will research some info online to report them. I know there are authorities that polices this dishonest crooks online and have the power to shut them down.

Return to China?

Even one star is too generous for this company. Shoddy workmanship, Fabric disintegrates like tissue paper. I mistakenly waited to check reviews until after I'd submitted my order. Tried to cancel the order 14 minutes later and was told they would. Well, they didn't and now I'm stuck with two dresses I'm even embarrassed to give to Salvation Army. Avoid!

Cutest Dress I Own!

I read all the reviews after I ordered this two tone dress. I was scared, especially when it took about 6 weeks to get here. I was provided a tracking number and I check the package's progress every couple of days. When it arrived, I opened it and, except for needing a pressing, it was fantastic! Just like in the picture, well made and really, really cute. If you do not mind waiting for your order to arrive, I can't complain about the dress I received.

Did not know clothes were mailed directly from China. Sizing and quality are not what they claim to be. Tried to find number to call for returning items. Number rang and rang--no answer. Tried to email and email was sent back directly claiming it couldn't go through. Now out over a hundred dollars and really crappy clothes! Not even wearable. They should be ashamed of themselves. There was no where that stated they were a business from China. Learned a hard hard lesson. Anybody out there that was able to send back and get their money returned please let me know how.

WOW wish i had known!

Same sorry such small sizing even didn't fit my skinny daughter... such a rip off almost makes you feel like you are wearing children's clothes when you try them on. I saw someone saying they were going to try to get refund from PayPal hope that works... will never do this again..

Rip off warning! Should of gone here first. My story not too different: order arrived in a week, BUT definitely a size smaller than the medium I ordered. Tried to see if I could return/exchange... when the weirdness began. Contact number on website does not exist, in fact should be 011, not 001. Got a ticket, but there's no number on the email. Checked sitejabber and realized I just got ripped. Hoping to get a refund through PayPal.

I purchased a coat from Lulugal. What I got was laughable. You've seen those pictures on Facebook that show you what was ordered and what was actually received? Yeah... that was this. Picture looked like a nice flared coat with a big rolled over knit collar (kind of like a big turtle neck). The collar doesn't even meet in the front! Also, the side seams are so far towards the back the pockets would be useless. If I could post pictures, I would. Nothing like what was pictured on their website. Good thing shipping was free... took a month to get here. I've tried to long back in numerous times to complain and post pictures, but the log in I created is no longer recognized. Don't buy from this company!

I'm very happy with the service of LuLugal. I received my purchase in just over 2 weeks. It was shipped within 24 hours and on was e-mailed the tracking number. I followed the tracking and knew where my package was all the time. I was skeptical after reading the reviews after I purchased but I am very happy and I love the 2 bathing suits I bought.

Where is my item?

I ordered a blouse over two months ago. I wrote them to ask where it is and they told me to go to my post office. I told them I would need a Canada Post tracking number if that were they case and they gave me theirs instead. I have written them a third time telling them that I can't use their tracking number to locate my order and that if I don't get confirmation on a location of the item by the end of the week, I will be requesting a refund. Their tracking website is useless too.

Deceptive / inferior

Don't even want to rate as a 1. First & last time I will order from this company. Top was cheaply made and size nowhere near what their sizing chart showed. Ordered a Medium and couldn't hardly pull over my head... fits like an extra small. Don't trust that they would refund my money if I spend another $11 - $ 18 to return it!

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered.

The clothes are too small (three dresses, size XL fit like a Small, I could hardly get them over my chest) and the one of two shirts that did fit properly shredded at the seam the first time I wore it.
I can understand sizing differences, but they are extreme. I can also understand the occasional missed seam, but taken together I am out a lot of money with nothing to wear to work.
