I ordered a women's dress from this website and paid online. It has been 2 months and I have not received the items, their customer service keeps telling me to check the mailbox and the post office. I have asked to just cancel the order and reimburse me and they have not done so still. This dress was ordered in the middle of November! It is now the middle of January and they have still taken no action! Will never use this website again. Save your time and money.

I ordered a coat on line, according to their size chart, and went up a size. I received the coat, the arm and shoulders were too small. I immediately repackaged the coat and filled out a ticket on their website. They got back to me, explaining that they do not want the coat returned, too expensive, and they would give me 20 percent store credit. I do not feel that is a very fair deal. I can't wear the coat, and the store credit is laughable.

Please follow the advice of one of the other reviewers and contact PayPal and ask them to disassociate themselves with this company. I, too, came to sitejabber too late. Had I read the comments befor I ordered, I would have known better. But most of us don't run into situations like this with our online purchases and only start investigating when we run into an issue as with lulugal. I think they are picking up a lot of business from Pinterest now that one can go directly to a site and buy a pictured product. The clothes look lovely but they are, as stated many times, pure garbage. Not good enough for anything but the trash. If you paid with a credit card, tell your company about your experience. There is power in the number of complaints. ZERO STARS, IF POSSIBLE,!

I bought what I thought was a wonderful flowing long long sleeved top with layers and a lovely cowl neck(per the picture). I ordered a small because the website said if you wear a 4-6 then small was the appropriate size. What I got was a piece of garbage with sleeves that reached the 3/4 length area on my arms a tight bodice and neck that had thick fishing line sticking out of it in several different places. It is not wearable! I can't even donate to to charity for someone else to wear who might like it. I have string of emails back and forth with Lulugal about trying to get a refund. First they declined then started making offers of 20-40% "store credit" they continually told me I had to send the item back to them to get anything from them and I have checked andnit will cost as much if not more to send it back so what ever percentage they did finally refund would be eaten up in postage. Please be aware! Do NOT shop with this company! That being said if you have already been a victim of this company and paid through PayPal please please please file a claim with PayPal! They told me that if they hear from enough people they will remove their privlages as PayPal customers. Put a stop to companies like this! Don't just take their crap!

This company is a scam! I ordered two coats. One is a jean coat that looked very pretty in the picture. When I received it yesterday, it has no button holes and it STINKS! I had to hang it up out in my garage. I was afraid to inhale the odor. Can you imagine no button holes? The second coat I ordered came in 3 sizes too small and not good quality. I sure wish I would have done some research on this company. Boy, was this a lesson learned! These coats are going to Goodwill.

Product has arrived, after 3months and an open claim with paypal... it is very unsatisfactory. Ordered 3XXX ( i wear an XL) and can not get my arm into the sleeve to try it on. Let alone get it closed up in front. I told them when i cancelled the paypal claim because it had finally arrived. That I will be giving a strongly worded review on SiteJabber to discourage others from being involved with their sales. I would return the items for at least part of my money but with postage and the speediness of their response, which is non existent, I would be wasting my time. I have learned a very costly lesson about shopping at this company. :(
