Lulugal... worst website ever! I order 3 dresses on November 9, they took my money the same day I order it. It's January the 13th and still nothing. They're Customer service is the worst. Please don't order from this website!

Returns aren't easy BEWARE! The coat I purchased had no button holes. I also had no return label in the package I received that should have been a red flag. I was told in an email that it wouldn't be worth my while to return the coat that they could work something out with me instead. How about my money back? I would not purchase from them again. They are giving their home country a bad name.

Buyer Beware

Do not buy from this company. The item I received only vaguely resembled the item in the picture AND it took almost 2 months for the item to arrive. They did refund me partial payment for the late arrival, but I did not want to pay the shipment back to China to get the rest of my money.

Don't buy from them!

My order took 3 weeks or more to arrive, item is cheaply constructed and way too small even though I ordered a larger size than I normally wear. Trying to return item is like pulling teeth. Can't wait to see what it will cost me to ship this stupid cheap shirt to China! I'm hoping to get a refund but don't know if they will deduct a restocking charge or what at this point. Don't bother with this company! Buy American!

Like everyone else, I placed an order months ago (11/20/16). The tracking number was useless as it always said the order was preparing to ship. I filed a claim with PayPal, but the slick company knows by providing a useless tracking number that it makes the consumer just look impatient. Yesterday (1/12/17) I received the package. The dress I odered, like the other reviewers on here, was dispicable. It was the wrong color, horrible itchy material and though ordered in a size larger than I normally wear, is too small. The entire thing is an ugly, hot mess. I altered my PayPal claim from having not received to receiving the wrong item. Now they are doing what they always do - offer a $9 refund. I don't want the $9 refund, I want a full refund. Based upon what I am reading on this site, I am going to assume they will want to have me spend more money to return an inferior item and good old PayPal is allowing all of this to happen. I am currently waiting on a return call from PayPal to let them know how horrible it is that they must be aware of the scamming that his company is doing and they are helping them to continue to harm unsuspecting customers. (To me, this makes PayPal just as at fault as the company) I counted the number of complaints filed just this month alone on this site and there are 56 complaints not including my own. Shame on LuLuGal and shame on PayPal. It's obvious you cannot trust ANYONE. Good luck on getting refunds, but don't hold your breathe. This is more than likely going to end up one of those life lessons you learn the hard way.

Don't buy from Lulugal!

Your company is bogus and you should be ashamed of scamming your customers the way you do! I don't know why I didn't check reviews before ordering from Lulugal - the item I bought was ill sized and of poor quality. The site falsely claims free return shipping within 10 tens of receipt. Absolute rubbish! Btw, ZERO stars would be more accurate!

Unethical business

First of all, the company states the merchandise will ship in 24-hours, but it takes 1 - 1 1/2 months to receive it. Once received, the size and quality are not accurate or of good quality. Trying to return the merchandise lulu gal will offer you 20% of what you payed! However, they tell you to keep the merchandise (that is of poor quality and doesn't fit) and that is acceptable to them... no thank you China.

BUYER BEWARE!

After measuring myself, I based them to choose size. Every time I filed a "ticket" I would get an automated response that asked me for my measurements. I told them never to ask again, and they did. They finally gave me their return address after saying how much it was going to cost and only after I insisted and they got all dramatical. Then said I would only get 60% back due to handling fee. Absolute rubbish, tried to get ahold of PayPal which was useless. I know for next time not to use them as I couldn't do a chargeback.
I was able to get a 30$ credit, even the knecklace I ordered measured just under 6 inches! I couldn't even get on one blouse, a sweater was obviously not made correctly and the last barely fit. I'm working out so that one I might fit down the line, but I'm 5'7", these sizes are for 5'2. They don't get western sizing at all!
I beg you not to shop there!

Do not order from this company. I usually research a store I am not familiar with and I'm not sure why I didn't do it with this company. I guess I assumed they were US based. Seems they are based in China. Lesson learned. It took three weeks to get my order but reading other reviews, I guess I'm lucky I got it at all. The quality is lousy and in an attempt to return my items, I called the Customer Service number listed and there was no answer. I attempted to do a "live chat" but that was unavailable. So I sent an email. I have no idea at this point whether or not it went anywhere. I am now pursuing this through PayPal and hoping for compensation.

**Update** The emails I sent them bounced back (surprise!) so I contacted them through the PayPal dispute option. I asked for a full refund and they responded with an offer of 20% on each item. This amounted to about $10.50 total. Additionally, they want ME to pay for the shipping back to China. Sounds like a good deal. Right? They didn't recommend that I do that because it would take "very long time" for me to get my money back. I denied their offer.

UPDATE 02/24/17: Well, I lost my case through PayPal. One item was offered a full refund but I had to pay shipping to send it back. Item was $22, shipping to China was $22.00. The other item had no offers. So I'm stuck with them both. The XXL is more like a size 12. This company needs to be stopped. They blocked me from commenting on their Facebook page and only allowed positive comments. Now I notice they do not allow ANY commenting whatsoever. There is no way to warn others of this scam except for websites like this.

I placed an order that I never received. You cannot call their customer service. After going through the process of filling out a complaint ticket, they finally got back with me claiming that the order was on its way, even providing a fake tracking number. Not surprisingly, I never received it. I had to deny the charges with my credit card to get a refund.

I bought 5 items from them and I figured that they would run small so I ordered l and xl well they were all too small, so I ask to return them for a full refund, they said it would be too expensive to send it back and if I did they would only give me 60% of my money back 40% goes to restocking fees! To say the least if I knew that it was all coming from China I would have not ordered.

As a follow up to my other 2 emails about this horrible company and their hidden and convoluted return policy, I thought I would share the return instructions that they finally emailed to me in their "live chat". Read and PLEASE do even consider ordering from this crooked website.

Scam - Do not buy!

I placed an order on 11/20, and it didn't arrive for Christmas. I emailed them, they asked me to "wait 1 more week." I did, then opened case with Paypal. They begged me not to and also threatened not to refund my money (which is nonsense - that is not how Paypal works). I saw this on Facebook, so I stupidly assumed since it was on Facebook, the ad was vetted and was legit. The scam seems to be to show a great website with beautiful clothes for too good to be true prices. When you order, they delay and delay and delay. I never received my clothing, but I was able to get my money refunded through Paypal. I don't think it's ok that they can advertise through Facebook!

Sizes were off. Way OFF. Quality of materials was poor. And when I tried to return the 3 items that's when, after 3 emails, they told me I had to return them to CHINA... and oh, btw, we will only refund 60% of your item costs because of handling. Hello? Let's stick to USA ladies and stop being scammed.

This company may not even exist! I purchased a dress and didn't receive it so after a month I emailed and got a response that it was on its way. I finally told them after a couple more weeks to credit my account but they never did. Plus they told me they would only give me 60% back because I would have to pay for shipping. What crock.
