I ordered an item from this company in early December and still have not received the item. I did not realize it is a company from China... I would not recommend shopping with this outfit!

First time to order and last time. Ordered 11/25 just got today 1/9/17. I usually wear a Large, so I ordered a XXXL coat as I like them roomy. Ha! It barely goes around my butt! My arms stick out like a scarecrow it's so tight! Now I fear I will have a fight to get my credit. DO NOT ORDER FROM LULUGAL!

I ordered 2 different products. The first was a shirt in what I thought was my size XL. If I was a size 2 it might fit! The second was a coverup that again was an XL. According to the picture it should have come to mid thigh, instead it came to my midriff! Sizing for Americans is WAY off! Not worth sending back, I'll just have to find someone small to gift and eat the cost. So disappointing!

I regret 100% ordering from Lulugal. The Sizing is way off I ordered 2x and the when I finally got my blouse/sweater combo it was maybe a size med. Or smaller. The quality is beyond terrible... Lulugal doesn't even deserve 1 star. Buyer beware! I'm not even going to bother returning because it will be more of a hassle that it

I ordered two tops from this website, they were awful. Did not resemble the pictures at all and are totally unwearable cheap badly made copies.
Take some advise and dont waste your money. The site does not pay for returns so you are expected to post them back and then wait for a refund. Customer service is nil.

Ordered a dress in October and today is January 8th and still have not gotten it. Customer service is a joke and tracking is in Chinese. I have sent numerous messages with no resolution. I guess I'm just out the cost of the dress but I will be blasting Lulugal on social media

Worst quality/note what was shown in picture/paid extra for expedited shipment/did not receive for over a month/size incorrect/collar different color, etc. etc. Etc.

Have you read your reviews lulu? No one is happy. Your clothes are crappy and so is your service. I am reporting this to Facebook and Google.

You will NEVER get what you order. Wait a few more days?!?! Contact your cc company PayPal or whatever before statute runs out. Disgusting China company screwing us all in america

Items ordered poor quality and not as pictured. Tried to return, and as of now, have been unable to return an acceptable answer, address to return or any other helpful information. A real runaround!

I'm surprised that PayPal hasn't flagged this site, although maybe there's no way for them to oversee purchases. Will pursue getting some refund that way.

I ordered a dress for my mother in law for Christmas. It took almost a month to be delivered. The dress looks absolutely NOTHING like the picture on the website. I've been emailing them constantly and now they are telling me that I'm only getting a 60% refund and I have to pay for shipping it back to them. What a waste of my time and money. I will never deal with this $#*!ty site again.

Styles look great online, but actual product (4 blouses in my case) were not correct size and shoddy construction.

Extremely bad workmanship, cheap material and there is no free returns, when you try to return they tell you that shipping is really expensive so they prefer that you keep the item for a 10% discount, it doesn't say on the site itself, but it is based in China, the goods come from there, are made for asian sizes with the cheapest material they can find, looks nothing like the pictures advertised

No one has returned my messages. This was the first and last time I will ever order from this company. I plan on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!

Have been waiting on order placed November 13,2016. Tracking sayd it is in transit but item is still in Shanghai, China.

Would give no stars but not an option. When I ordered I did not realize that it was a company in China. It literally took months to receive the clothing. It was awful. Not finished, nylon tread left hanging all over. Not even wearable. So far they have offered only a 20% refund and I can keep it. Big deal, it cannot be worn as it is not finished. DO NOT order from them you will be disappointed or even ripped off.
