Wow. I came soooo close to ordering but my gut was telling me otherwise. I'm glad I didn't. Spread the word y'all! Stay away from LULUGAL - bad news.
I ordered two dresses not knowing that the company was in China. The material was shoddy andi I wanted to return them.
Of course it cost a fortune to return and they will only give you 60% of the purchase price plus you pay the shipping to CHINA!
The website is very misleading and mentions nothing about being in China. Do not order from this company!
This is the first review I have written in years. I am furious. The products look great online and the quality is as if my five year old made it in her sleep. I cannot begin to explain how hideous these products are. Whatever you do, do NOT order from Lulugal. This site is the biggest scam I have ever experienced!
Ordered a dress in WINE RED recieved said item in BRIGHT ORANGE. No return address and only an offer of 20% refund. After several unsuccessful emails asking for a replacement or full refund they blocked my email. Pursued through PAYPAL to be told they considered there to be only a 'minor differerence' in what I ordered and what I received. YOU THINK?
The products were awful and cheap. They did not look anything like the pictures. There was no invoice in the package, so I tried to go online to get an invoice. They make it impossible, so I am stuck with this crappy stuff, which I think is their goal. I would not recommend this to anyone. Who sends an item in the mail without an invoice? I even tried to download one from my paypal account, but the invoice number on that did not work either.
It took six weeks for the coat and sweater to arrive - the estimated time was 2-5 days. The quality was horrible. I get no replies on my messages for return information (there was nothing in the package). Cheap crap from China.
I had the worst experience ever wth them the website says easy return policy within 30 days. Tried and tried. PayPal half tried to help. LULUGAL offered one third credit. Or I could one third of my total $45 in shipping to shanghai to get the rest $95 back - or store credit but stuff is so super cheap toxic feel no way
I ordered from lulugal, never received my order, sent 3 emails on their contact us, And never Heard anything back. I wanted the dresses for Christmas, is already January. Want yo cancel my order, as I read the reviews, I guess I Will have to contact BBB And my credit card company to cancel the Payment And have BBB rated Lulugal.

I tried Lulugal by phone and email many times to return what did not fit from my order but no reply and I will never order again from this company.
Just this morning I saw a few cute tops from this company on Pinterest and thought "Finally! I've found some tops that are cute and look like they will be long enough to cover my butt!". I was going to order a couple, but ran out of time. I'm glad I decided to look at reviews before placing my order.
I'm sorry for those of you that actually did order and have to go through all the crap that you did, but thank you SO much for taking the time to give the rest of us warning!
I ordered a top based on the online pic. It took forever to receive my order. When the top finally arrived, it was not at all like the pic. The fabric is limp and not the pretty colors in the pic! It is supposed to be a cowl neck top, but is more like a choking turtleneck. I am attempting to return it and get my money back. Will not order from this company again.
I thought I was ordering what I saw online in ad as a cute knee length swing coat. What arrived from China was a hip length oddly shaped coat, looks like I'm wearing a triangle. Ugly and uncomfortable. Tight, skinny arms, tight bust area and huge in abdominal area. Unable to reach anyone by email or phone. Telephone listed rings and rings with no one answering and no way to leave message. Email sent to their contact given is returned as undeliverable.
I WAS PLAYING SOLITAIRE AND THE LULUGAL AD POPPED UP WITH THE CUTEST COATS ADVERTISED. NORMALLY, I QUICKLY MOVE PAST IRRITATING ADS. I CHOSE 3 COATS. BEFORE I PAYED FOR THEM I DID WHAT I USUALLY DO WITH AN UNFAMILIAR SITE. I GOOGLED THE SITE REVIEWS. CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH!
Sadly, my experience seems to be what all the other reviewers dealt with. I"m a size 10-12 and ordered the XL. There was no way that dress was an XL. I attempted to contact the seller through email, live chat, phone number - NOTHING IS VALID. The bright spot is that I purchased through PayPal and they refunded my money to me. Even PayPal was unable to reach them and they told me they were turning Lulugal.com into their fraud department.
I was bamboozled. When I received the item it was nothing like the pictur but I was prepared for a spin off. The real horror was that it didn't fit. Although the depict the right size the item was no where near it. I went to their website to see how to return it and although they have all these policies and procedures in place and there is no return address. The address on the package is cut off and located in china. I went to live chat there is no live chat and I went to e-mail and the e-mail was returned "undeliverable"
I was playing solitaire on my smartphone. A Lulagal ad popped up on my screen. The garment was lovely. I visited the site and I saw some nice garments, but I decided to Google the company nsme. The review average was one star, but quite a few people said the rating should have been zero stars. Needless to say, I dodged the bullet. I will NOT place an order. Thanks for the warning.
Terrible customer service.
They do not accept returns. Clothes do not fit. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought anything from them. AWFUL!
I ordered shirt in November 2016 and have tried calling but just get voice mail. No emails returned, but they took money out of my account! Buyer beware these people are thieves!
Placed order for two dresses I saw ad on. Facebook. Placed order Nov. 13,2016. Still have not received them. Attempted to track order to discover they are based out of China. Contacted them on their website. After being told to wait another week I finally threatened legal action. They refunded 60% Dec. 29,2016. I don't recommend doing business. I would give them zero stars if I could. Wish I'd read reviews before ordering.
