I made the mistake of ordering two pieces from Lulugal, based on how cute they looked online and the positive reviews. Both were so badly made (crooked button plackets), of cheap, ugly material (not at all like what is shown in the photos). One also took over a month to receive. A total rip-off! It's pretty evident that the "reviews" posted on their site are fake. When I contacted them about the quality of the items and my dissatisfaction, I received no reply. STAY AWAY!

I also bought a coat from them. XL should equal a size 16, according to their sizing chart... which would fit me with a thick sweatshirt underneath with room to spare as I don't like tight fitting clothes. It took over 3 weeks to arrive. And I was so disappointed when it did. I couldn't even get my ARM in the sleeve. Maybe it will fit my 95 lb. neighbor! It was cheaply made and had light colored dirt spots all over the black outer liner. I couldn't even brush it off! If it DID fit it would have to be washed first! Never again. I won't bother returning it. Lesson learned!

Ordered an item that was on Pinterest and I think they must have suckered a million people with this red 2-tone sweater that looks cute on their pin. It arrived a month after I ordered, and looked NOTHING like the photo. It was a horrible combination of pink and red and WAY, WAY TOO SMALL. Sizing is about 2 or 3 sizes smaller than USA sizing. Quality is not good at all. I'm going to pursue a refund, but I've read from other reviewers that the refund process is difficult.

Saw clothes on facebook... Saw a sweater that was very different and ordered it o. November 27th 2016... after about 3weeks I did not received... I tried to contact company but there only number is out of the country... so I emailed several times and was told to wait... tired of waiting... Item was ordered through PayPal... I finally contacted paypal and they are taking care of it... thank you paypal... shame on this company for wasting everybody's time... terrible bad experience... should of read reviews... Will know better next time...

I placed an order Nov. 25th, it showed as shipped on Dec 1st, still nothing. After more than 15 emails still saying "It will cost more for delivery due to the amount of packages being shipped at the holiday" Which I took to mean, it would take longer. I have no hopes of this crap arriving ever and have requested a refund through Paypal. I have shared this with my facebook friends and I am giving a low review every place I can. THEY SUCK

I am updating a review done last month. I returned two items that cost me $62.00 in shipping as unbeknown to me, this company is in China and no where is that information available. Even if you look at the "About us" on their webpage it does not say CHINA anywhere. Offer return policy but you play hell getting return info from them. It has now been since before Thanksgiving that I started trying to return these two items finally shipped on 12/8/2016 and it is now 1/18/2017 and still no work from lulugal. They have not responded to emails and Pay/pal decided not to pursue as they could not get tracking info after San Francisco. I ensured the pkg but PO will not refund unless pkd lost or damaged. No proof it got there or not as USPS does not track out of US. Great deal ugh? BUYER BEWARE. CLOTHES TO SMALL AND QUALITY FOR THE PRICE IS POOR. If I could put minus stars there would not be enough page...

Order arrived, but goods all very disappointing. Quality poor: said dress was linen but nasty shiny nylon. One dress had two pockets sewn on at different levels each side, and three top buttons didn't match button holes. Can't sign in to my account to complain/get refund. Doesn't recognise email address. And order number doesn't match when I try to contact their 'Live Chat' option. So no way of getting in touch or getting money back!

On November 22, I ordered a dress to wear for Christmas. I received an email confirmation and, on December 3, a "shipment notification." On December 14 I contacted to ask "Where is my order?" and was given the same "Please be patient and wait one more week" several times, including on December 22. According to their "customer service," I could not cancel my order because it was in transit and, like many other people, I had no idea that it was coming from China.

The package did finally arrive on December 24. The dress is the wrong color, looks nothing like the photo on the website, and, of course, it does not fit. After reading other reviews here (and how I wish I had thought to do so before placing the order), it's clear that it would cost more to send it back than I actually paid for the dress, so I see no point in that. I will post a negative review wherever I can find a site that will accept it and will block any further communication from these people. What a waste of money and energy!

I ordered 2 dresses and 1 sweater coat. I thought price was reasonable and items in photograph looked cute and comfortable. The material was described as a "cotton blend", I should have known! The dresses are a very cheap polyester and the fabric content is written in Chinese! They are both the same, different colors and both do not resemble in any way the dresses as they appear in photoes! The sweater was labeled a "wool blend" and the label attached to the dress says "100% acrylic ". Also sweater coat is too small as the dresses, and does not hang properly. Do not order from this company!
