I ordered 3 sweaters from Lulugal in early December. I received notification of order, and then notice it was being shipped, cut I did not know it was coming from China. I did follow up on the links given and that is when I really became concerned. No replies, shipment was held up in customs etc. I then went on and read the reviews, well my heart stopped and reading the refund, policy I knew I had made a poor decision. Well the sweaters came late last night, December 24th and they look great. Quality is good, colors good. I am not unaware that if the items don't fit, I am sure there will be no way of returning items, but that is okay. Monte again thank you Lulugal for making me a believer.
I saw the very cute clothes sold by Lulugal on Facebook and decided to take a chance. I was a bit concerned because I have worked in Asia and know that women there are very small. I looked at their measurements very carefully. I typically wear a size 12. To be on the safe side, I ordered up one size.
When the order came, only 1 dress of 6 fit. The others were WAAAY too small. The quality was okay with most but I could barely put them on. The black dress with the multi-colored pleats which looks really cute in photos is made of very cheap material.
I wrote to the company asking how to send the clothes back for larger sizes. They said they did not recommend that because shipping back to CHINA would be around $65 or more. The offered me compensation in my store account instead. I said that my trust level had gone down to zero and I did not want to send them any more of my money. I had asked for replacements 2 sizes larger than what I ordered -- I believe the replacements were XXXL
After I said I did not want to return the clothes, they offered me 20% of the cost as compensation in my store account. They acted like they cared when I complained and offered 25% of original cost as compensation.
Their responses to me were either designed to give me the run-around until I stopped bothering them OR completely obtuse as if they did not understand what I was asking of them (to send me replacements for only 3 of the six dresses I ordered). I'm not sure which is the case.
After multiple "ticket" exchanges, I told them that I was going to share my experience with their "customer service" on the internet. Their response was:
"We are so sorry for that we have tried our best to help you." I was dumbfounded as they had not "HELPED" me at all.
PLEASE do yourself a favor and DON'T waste your hard-earned time and money on this horrible company. I wish I had read all of these reviews before I ordered.
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering a dress from this company. Dress was too small and was not nearly as nice as it was depicted in the photo on their website. They did offer to allow me to return it at my expense, but postage back to Singapore was almost as much as I paid for the dress. This companies ads look great, but you will not get what you see and you will find it costly to return.
I have yet to receive the order I placed over a month ago. Their customer service is awful and i have sent multiple emails requesting legitimate shipping information. They have tried to bribe me to keep me from reversing the charges on my credit card. Easily one of the worst companies I have ever had this misfortune to have to deal with.
Sorry lulugal.com don't know their on terms and conditions. They also state you have to talk to a customer service representative in order to return items, they don't answers the phone. Plenty of BULL flowing.
My order was two sizes too small, wet and smell like manure. Very poor customer service and number on their website does not exist. This company has very poor customer and I would never ever ever order from them again. Only gives 60% refund and you have to pay for shipping. It doesn't say anywhere on the website that it is being shipped from China. Very deceptive company and should be shut down.
Doing business with Lulugal is something you might want to rethink! I should have read the reviews before ordering, but I didn't and what a mistake! Please, save your time and money and look elsewhere. I ordered a dress & it looked good on the site. After waiting for it to be shipped on a slow boat from China, it finally arrived. The size was in no way what I ordered, and trust me, the quality was definitely not what was what it looked like in the picture. I tried and tried to get a refund, but to know avail. Now they have my money and I'm stuck with this rag!
They do not deserve one star. Clothing, two tops, arrived after a month. They were cheap-looking with no brand labels or care instructions or invoice. Tried to return them but got arguments back. Finally they compensated me $11 (25%) of the $45.01 total. If I had known they were direct from China, I wouldn't have placed the order. Stay away and keep your money safe.
First, it took toooo long to receive with no correspondence other than a confirmation of the order. Then, the clothing is at least 2 sizes smaller than American sizes. Then, in order to return, you have to pay the shipping to China, and they only give you back 60% of the cost of the items. WHAT A RIP OFF! DON'T DO IT!
DO not order from this site. I ordered Nov 29th, 2016 and this is Dec 22nd 2016. I contactedon't the company 3x and their reply is thank you for being patient. If I had known it was coming from China I would never had ordered. I tried tracking the package and their tracking method does not work. I wanted this dress for Christmas. I am. beginning to believe this company is a hoax.
Their US conversion tables for sizes are wildly inaccurate, it takes a month to get the item you ordered, it doesn't come close to fitting you and then even though the sizing issue is on THEIR end, they want you to pay to return it and they'll only refund you 60% of the price you paid. What a complete nightmare experience. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.
What a joke. I saw a dress on Pinterest and ordered it. When I recieved it, the dress was cheaply made, size was ill-fitting and there was no packing slip inside. I went to their website to ask about how to return the dress. They told me they'd rather give me a credit as returning the item is too time consuming. I insisted on returning it as the quality was so bad. They sent me an address in CHINA to send it to. And I had to take a photo of the post office receipt, attach it to the "ticket" we had going about my return and 4 weeks later, I finally got a refund. But the shipping cost me over $20! Stay away from LuluGal. They don't have a clue about how to operate a mail-order business. And the quality is crap!
I didn't get my order. Tracking info shows it was shipped, but that was over a month ago. Tracking has not been updated since. I paid through PayPal and hope I can get a refund. It really does pay to read the reviews before purchasing online. Wished I had done that.
It is a scam. I ordered a dress over a month ago and keep getting excuses from them about why I did not receive it. The tracking information they give you reads the same every time, basically the shipment was prepared, but obviously never shipped. They don't offer any refunds and just keep emailing their lies and excuses. I have reported them to econsumer.gov, which anyone that has experienced the same as me, should report them because with enough reports we can stop them and shut them down. I can say goodbye to my money, because I will never get it back.

They charge you 40% for shipping if you want to return even though it states FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING! They also do not want to apply back payment to your account yet only wang to give you 20% store credit.
THIS IS ALL FROM CHINA and it says it no where on their site!
I am now waiting over 3 weeks for my purchases if I ever knew this was a scam people please keep away! Save the Devils running that company!

I ordered 2 weeks ago, still haven't received item. Tracking # that I was emailed doesn't bring up anything. If I would have known this was from China I never would have ordered. After reading all the reviews I don't expect to ever receive my order. Don't waste your money!
Ordered a size 4X dress which would not even fit a size medium body... color very drab compared to online photo... was supposed to be same color in both parts of dress, but have 2 different colors... unsure of how to return to China... totally disappointed

Answer: I will NEVER order another thing from them and would advise anyone else to stay far away from them. The size L dress I received would not even go over my shoulders and I wear a size 10. Their customer support is horrible and the Free Shipping and Returns listed on their website is a lie. Save your money and buy elsewhere!
Answer: Stop ordering from them - you will either never get it or it will be a wrong fit. You will never see your money back either. Returns are also ridiculously expensive and will cost you more than what you paid for any item. Please turn your back and run.
