What more can I say if you have read the reviews, believe everything negative you read. Ordered a dress, once dress got here made my breast look like a porn star. Sizes all wrong material cheap. In the middle of trying to return it they changed their name. Once claim was opened in PayPal they offered me 12 dollars back on a 45.00 purchase. I said no, they said fine send it back it will be expensive. That's the one thing they didn't lie about 62.00 to send it back. You must be CRAZY... I'm out of pocket, they have lost their mind. I'm also going to throw PayPal under the bus. They are suppose to protect the consumer, yea right. Their employee to me to dispute the charge with my bank. Once this was done I get a notice from my bank saying PayPal has a rebuttal on my claim. I am hot. Waiting now for PayPal to call back so I can go off on them and will let them know that they are totally dealing with a fraudulent company. I will also let them know that I will be leaving negative reviews for them as well.
Save yourself the trouble and the hassle never do business with this company and be leary of PayPal if the company is shady.

I ordered an odorable top I saw online in one of their Facebook feeds. When I received it (6 weeks later) I was beyond shocked when I saw the actual top in person!
The fabric was ridiculously cheap, and the size Large was a size Small in the US.! It was useless. Needless to say I was out the $18 I spent on this thing. Lesson learned... when it's too good to be true... you get what you pay for! Stay away from this scamming Asian company!

So I ordered a swimsuit, a pair of earrings and a bracelet. I was so excited... and then I read the reviews. I would have not ordered if I had read the reviews first. I emailed them immediately because I never did get a confirmation email that my order was received. To no surprise, I did not hear a word back. Not even an email. So I waited. 10 days later, my package came, and I must say I was not too disappointed! The bracelet was adorable and I like the earrings. However, they're cheap. I am careful not sleep in them or get them wet. They were as shown in the picture for the most part. The suit I really loved! It was exactly as advertised. I ordered a medium and am typically a size 8-10 in clothes. It fit just fine, not too small as most reviews tend to say. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised.

All 3 items I ordered (tops and dress) were 4 inches smaller than listed in the bust. When I wanted to return and refund, they told me I should donate the items and feel like a good person. Then they told me it would be very expensive to ship them back to China, but I could. When I opened a dispute with PayPal, they suddenly had a Maryland address I could send them to. Now sent, they say they won't refund me unless I close dispute with PayPal, my only recourse.

They seem to be trying to switch their name to Liligal as well, I'm sure to run from their deserved reputation.

Like many people I saw the advertisement for Lulugal on Pinterest and ordered 2 dresses, 3 jackets and a jumper in February 2017.
I waited 6 weeks and received the 2 dresses and 1 jumper. They were poorly made of low quality material and were the wrong sizes completely.
I am still waiting for the jackets (3 and half months later).
I have contacted the company 4 times to try and find out what is happening with the order. I have not had any of my correspondence answered.
I have wasted £200.
Do not waste your money or your time with this company.
The quality is poor and the service is beyond terrible.

I saw Lulugal offers on Pinterest, I've order a winter jacket XXL; when arrived about 5 weeks later, size was like a S-M, damaged had a huge tear on the inside lining of the jacket, couple metal buttons missing, look counterfeit product, tried to resolve the problem through PayPal, which they wanted me to send the jacket back to China. Estimated price was $52, the jacket price was $55, at the end I would have spend $107 and maybe get $3.00 back... What a waste of time and money!

Ordered a shirt from them and it took five weeks to arrive. Although listed as my size (it has one small label with the size, but no care instructions or brand name label) the shirt is definitely at least two sizes smaller. The fabric is poor quality and one side of the shirt is pressed and the other so wrinkled it looks like different fabric.So far, I cannot find a way to return it. Don't order from this company, it is a scam.
