Scam! Scam! Scam!

I learned a lesson from this company. Never buy clothing off the internet and never buy stuff from sites like this. Don't be fooled like I was. Picture looked good. Size was terrible, material cheap, poor workmanship, return policy in poor English.

Lulugal is now liligal
Bought a sweatshirt - size should have been XXXL - but it is more size 14-16
They left threads unclipped
They state that delivery is 5-15 days - after 20 days still had not arrived.
They will let me keep the shirt for an $8 refund - original price $41.62
The shirt does not fit - why would I keep it
Have filed a Paypal claim - they state that they have a lot of complaints from this coompany

This is the worst company to make a online purchase. I have made a purchase over two weeks, still waiting for an email re purchase and shipping date still no answer. I need my money back $61.27

This dress came straight from China with no invoice. Took a month to arrive. The dress is sewn badly, miles too small at an XL. I can't believe the fabric, it is a scratchy, gauzelike material I have seen cheap bags made of. If this is cotton then they did some chemical or some other manipulation. The worst, absolutely the worst. Site should be shut down. They have changed their name to liligirl. BEWARE

I placed an order first week of March. Still no sign of it and status hasn't changed on the tracking since it shipped. If you want to wear it this year probably best to avoid liligal/lulugal or any other name they change to!

So I finally get an item two weeks after payment and when receives it was WAY smaller and I requested a return slip. Their return must be within 30 days... now mind you at this point I'm almost at the third days from order and still waiting on a response to get a return ticket. My guess is I will miss the 30 day deadline.

Buyer beware

I had no clue that this merchandise was coming from China. Both tops I purchased were too small and included 0 documentation. Not a receipt, return instructions, nada. They have a nasty chemical smell to them. Their web site makes it nearly impossible to request a return, you can't even contact support without a password which I finally found buried in a "welcome" email. To make the return request you need to supply the 17 digit order number, a field that they have disabled the paste function on! Once I finally managed to submit the return request, I did hear back fairly quickly with a profession of wanting to help me, but first I need to supply the measurements of the two tops for their 'quality control' team. At first read I thought they were asking for my measurements! In truth I think that is what they are seeking so they can tell me I ordered the wrong size and therefore couldn't return. Thankfully I found this site and now understand these items need to go back to China at my cost. I won't spend another second on this. As someone else mentioned, an expensive *******@facebook, is there no vetting process for your advertisers?

I received the merchandise very late and then when I receive the sweater it has holes. I tried working with the seller through PayPal and now they both tell me I have to pay return shipping to China in order to get a refund. I expect this will cost two thirds to the full price of the item and therefore I will be totally out the purchase price. This is a scam and ridiculous for PayPal to have such a policy as well.

Buyer beware.

I paid extra for shipping and the order took 3 weeks to arrive. In the meantime I asked for it to be canceled 4 times and they ignored my requests telling me "thanks for understanding" when I was VERY clear I didn't understand. Still working with Paypal to get a refund. I've never ever had such a bad experience with any company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Ordered two suits on 3-14 and it's 4-4 can't get a hold of anyone my card was charged and I have no product. Never order anything that runs on my FB page again. Should have known better...

So not happy

I bought a bathing suit listed but they charged me and sent me an e-mail saying they were going to refund my money because they were out of stock. I have yet got a refund after e-mailing back and forth. They are not trust worthy and thieves.

Like everyone I got caught up in the low prices and cute swim suits. They didn't send me half my order and refuse to give me my money back. I'm not sure how that is legal or what recourse I have. For $26 I'm probably just going to call it a "lesson learned". Seriously though, the suit that I did receive is very poorly made and I can't even wear it. Do Not Order from this company!

I have had the same problem as most people, I did not know that the clothes were coming from China, they took forever, there were not right, they were certainly expensive, and the effort to get them returned was ignored, all I can say is don't get caught like me it is an expensive lesson.

Lili Gal refused to cancel my order when I realized they were a Chinese company. I requested to cancel because clothing made in China do not fit taller US women. When the shipment arrived I had paid $141 for what we in the US would consider petite sizing. No invoice was included with the order. At 175 cm tall they do to fit. The vendor refused to email me a mail label. They told me "sory we do ot have able." The next message stated "Hello We are deeply sorry to tell that you need to pay for the shipping fee if you want to make an exchange or return. It is not worth returning the goods due to the postage costs, right? What is more, you also need to wait a long time before we receive the package, about one month. As regards to the one you received, we suggest giving others as a gift or selling them on line. And we will give you some compensation if you keep them. Ok?" They also refused to give me an address to return the merchandise.

Do not do service with this company. There is no way to return items and they do not understand customer service.

1) create a claim on their website (which they will ignore), 2) create a claim with your cc, 3) create a claim with pay pal, 4) refuse delivery, 5) refuse delivery again when import company contacts you, 6) and then wait, 7) follow up, follow up, follow up. I won.

Definite fraudsters

My experience is the same as the others here. Ordered an item that was 59% smaller than their size chart indicated. When I asked to return it they said sure but would never provide the address. Then they played the "compensation" game and finally ignored me altogether (after trying the whole shipping charges routine). But I returned the charge on my card because I kept copies of all the correspondence. Don't waste your time. Just tell everyone not to use them. I suspect any positive review on this site is them posting.

I found a dress for 14.99. Tried to order with checkin on Facebook for additional 20% off. Order would not process. I logged out completely and re attempted to order. However, this time the dress price was listed as 24.99. I looked for contact info and found these reviews. I immediately squelched all order attempts and warned all my Facebook friends. Bait and switch price tactics? I'm glad I found these reviews before I wasted further time and it saved me from losing money I am certain. Facebook should not allow this company to advertise.

I ordered some swim suits for a trip, paid for expedited shipping. 7 days after I ordered, I received an email telling me I needed to confirm my shipping address before they could process my order... they had already charged my card! I wasn't getting the order in time for a trip, obviously, so I tried calling them with no answer. I submitted a ticket and have been dealing with their games and run around for almost a week! I will NEVER order from this site again. It's not with the headaches. I wish I would have read this site before hand.

No response to email - I will cancel my credit card payment.
