We booked 5* holiday to Turkey Hotel was disgusting cleanliness bad it was more like a 2* do love holidays check the hotels are the star rating they advertise. Customer service is very bad no phone contact no email you talk to chat and the chat people are so rude all they want is to take money from you by charging you. They made a mistake with my transfers then would not change them to the right destination without me having to pay again.I have a second holiday booked to eygpt with them we have to cancel due to husbands health they want us to pay for cancelling total holiday cost £1800 we paid £800 already they want another £588 from us to cancel there's no customer care whatsoever. The insurance they sold us is of no use they said we don't meet the criteria to claim any money back what a rip off. How can they keep treating customers like this we will never book them ever again.Avoid them they not cheap you end up paying more as they mess up your holiday.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They charged me £480 extra for a balcony that they didn't book with the hotel so they just pocketed it and refuse to give it back! Their customer service is all on email and they just dismiss you when they don't want to deal with you. Save your money book through ANYONE ELSE! The worst holiday company I have ever booked through absolute scammers!

Pure scam. You pay for something you not getting

They scam people with beautiful ads, you pay top money for it but when you arrive you find out that it's completely different hotel, nothing is the same. This destroyed holiday will end up in court. I have enough evidence to take them to court. Scam Scam Scam. Don't use them if you don't want to lose your money because you will never end up in the place you pay for.

LoveHolidays.com booked our holiday flights, transfers and hotel. On the return journey, the transfer didn't arrive. We contacted them and eventually they said they weren't coming and to get a taxi ourselves.
We did so and missed the flight by 5 mins.
Tried to contact LoveHolidays but couldn't get through on their phone number. They do not publish an email address. They have an app that they insist you use, so I used it and the chatbot is the only thing available It then said I needed to speak to an agent, but there aren't any available as they only work 9-5pm UK time - even though they sell holidays I all time zones. The chatbot said to call the phone number - the one that doesn't connect... great
Eventually we arranged our own hotel and taxi whilst we waited to contact them and get help.
Attached are screenshots of the extended conversations between us and LoveHolidays office where they were outstanding in trying to catch me out, make it my fault and my problem, and to weasel out of their responsibilities any way they could.
When they couldn't get one over on me they closed the chat and told me to sort it out myself and claim on my travel insurance.

The purpose of this review is to show people what this company are REALLY like and to demonstrate that I do not believe they can be trusted. I recommend you avoid them at all costs

We booked a couple holiday for 5 nights to Marrakech and love holidays booked flights, transfers and a Riad for us to stay at included in the price.
The ryanair flight was delayed but we couldnt complaign as that was not their fault.
We arrived at the airport in Marrakesh and got onto the transfer to be phoned up by the manager of the riad/hotel to say love holidays had double booked us and we could not stay for the duration of the holiday. The emergency number for love holidays would not work and nobody answered. We were left without accomodation in the middle of a Medina at night time and we had to find alternative accomodation for the duration of our stay.
Love holidays did refund us after attempting to find alternative accomodation but the network had no signal and we could not communicate or get updates a lot of the time.
Overall a terrible experience and we will not be using them again in the future.

Why is it I cannot call you as when I do I get a choice of being asked to go online to Manage My Booking when all it will do is attempt to ambush me to force me to commit for half the holiday cost which I strongly refuse to do so.

I HAVE TODAY ATTEMPTED TO USE MY DEPOSIT BOOKING TO CHANGE HOTEL TO R H VICTORIA IN BENIDORM AND FOLLOWED PROCEDURES ONLINE AS INDICATED ON YOUR WEBSITE AND ONCE AGAIN I WAS BLOCKED AND REFUSED TO CHANGE HOTEL DESTINATION LET ALONE PROCEED PAST FLIGHT DETAILS REMAINING TO MALAGA AND NOT CHANGE TO ALICANTE.

I HAVE TRIED SINCE SEPTEMBER TO CHANGE AND IN LIGHT OF OUR HOLIDAY TO BE BOOKED OVER 8 MONTHS IN ADVANCE I CANNOT GET IT CHANGED I CANNOT SPEAK TO ANYONE WHEN I CALL AND ONLY BE MET MY A ROBOTISED VOICE DENYING ME ACCESS TO ANYONE TO TALK TO LET ALONE BE ABLE TO CHANGE MY BOOKING OR CANCEL IT WITHOUT BEING FORCED TO ACCEPT TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO ACCEPT CANCELLATION FEES OF AT LEAST OVER HALF THE HOLIDAY I BOOKED FOR BY PLACING A HOLDING DEPOSIT.

I WILL NO LONGER TRY BOOK ANY FURTHER HOLIDAYS WITH LOVE HOLIDAYS AND WILL AGREE WITH THE BAD REVIEWS ON THE LINK THAT IS FOUND SHOWING PROOF THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOVE HOLIDAYS CAN ONLY BE GOOD IF THERE ARE NO CHANGES IN ONE'S HOLIDAY BOOKING OR DESTINATION NO MATTER THE CAUSE.

Booked hotel Martinique Magaluf said on your website to ask at reception for high floor or pool view wouldn't do it got to room bathroom full of ants tell receptionist they say wat you want us to do after 10 mins they give us ant spray. About the all-inclusive wat all-inclusive only food is all-inclusive no drinks where does it say on your website love holidays no where wat is the point us paying all-inclusive when it's only for food 1st time booking with you an it will be the last.

Horrible experience. Loveholidays falsely advertised the holiday I booked, which led to an argument in the hotel resulting in our stay being cut short due to being made feel uncomfortable.

Loveholidays refuse to accept any responsibility and keep closing the issue without any resolution.

Would never recommend or use Loveholidays again!

Absolutely disgusting what they put us through

In my point of view, the experience at the hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The initial excitement of a vacation was quickly overshadowed by the appalling conditions and complete lack of basic hygiene. It felt like a betrayal of trust; we expected a certain level of comfort and cleanliness when booking a hotel, especially an all-inclusive one.

The disappointment was not just in the physical state of the hotel but also in the attitude of the staff. Their friendliness upon arrival was a facade that quickly faded away when faced with legitimate complaints. It was disheartening to see that our concerns were met with indifference and, in some cases, outright ignorance. This lack of care for the guests' well-being was astounding and deeply upsetting.

The images I shared captured the essence of our ordeal. From the dirty glasses to the unclean plates and the overall filth, it was a clear indication of the hotel's disregard for basic sanitation. The fact that even the welcome champagne was served in dirty glasses speaks volumes about the hotel's lack of standards.

Leaving the hotel was not a decision made lightly. It was a last resort after our attempts to address the issues were met with a lack of action or concern. Seeking a refund was not just about the money; it was about the principle of receiving the service we paid for – a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, that was far from the reality we faced. This experience has certainly made me much more cautious about where I choose to stay in the future.

Booked a holiday for 26.8.24 but after 3 weeks had to cancel as have to be off work for while due to some bad news. Told have to pay full flight which a year away I think is shocking to be made to pay a full flight when canceled and won't get flight tickets etc as it canceled a year in advance. I'd see point of a month or couple before but a year is shocking.

We've had issues since we arrived to the hotel. First the AC wasn't working properly despite of being on the lowest temperature. I had to go get someone at midnight to have a look at it and it still wasn't circulating the cool air which caused my partner having an anxiety and panic attack so I requested for a different room that night to the reception and he said they can check if they have any after 11 the following day. I went to the reception again at 11 that morning and the receptionist said there no room available and check again tomorrow and talk to my agents for any issues as they can't help about any issues we're facing. So I spoke to the agent and she emailed the suppliers as I was on the phone to her. She assured that I'll get contacted once the supplier got back which never happened. Also the wifi doesn't even work properly I've had to use my mobile data to browse the internet and watch tv on my phone. When we got back to the hotel at night on Wednesday and went to bed I felt bites so I got up and removed the blanket and I saw the bed was full of little ants and so was the floor. I went to the reception and told them the issue and she said she'll send someone over to change the bedsheet. It was making us very agitated. We paid for this holiday to have all theses issue within a day of arrival.We had to check out after no response was received from the agent and supplier for over 24 hours. At least acknowledgement of email being received would've helped us understand if our issues was being dealt with but no there was nothing until I spent the whole day trying to talk to an agent on the chat and calls and emails. On the response I received after over 48 hours of issues being raised they're accusing me of being wrong because we checked out of the hotel and not giving them enough time to deal with the issue. My holiday was only for 7 days out of that 3 days I wasted raising the issues to different people in return I didn't get any assurance or any sort of communication back if the issue was going to be death with. I am the one who paid for the holiday and half of my holiday got ruined I had to end up spending so much more money and I get treated like this.
I have raised the issue with the post travel team and it's been 2 weeks they still haven't sorted it out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This company is the worst holiday company I've ever dealt with. They changed my booking halfway through, cancelled my flights and no offer of refund. They're customer service is another level of denial and lies. Awful company, and by god you can tell if you search them on Companies House.

Terrible company.
Booked in full for my friends 40th.Two days later thdy rang prior to send8ng written confirmation to male ammenfmemts and look for more money.
They are terrible.Only on complaint could we secure our fligjts but it did not include our cabin luggage.
Vety poor customer service outcomes.This company is not to be trusted.

I want to talk about the unfortunate events I experienced as a result of my reservation made through your website.
I made a reservation at the Ramada Plaza Antalya hotel in Turkey through your website. When I arrived at the hotel,
The hotel reception gave me an envelope that contained a letter stating that it was sent by Love Holidays and that they were the official authorized representative of
Love Holidays in Turkey.
The envelope also contained brochures about tours, shopping, aesthetics, dental treatment, and jewelers.
It mentioned that I had a free tour entitlement and instructed me to be in the lobby at a specified meeting time; otherwise,
I would not be able to benefit from the free airport transfer provided by Love Holidays.

At the specified time, my room was called multiple times, and I went downstairs. A suspicious-looking individual told me that he was sent by Love Holidays and
that the hotel had approved it, which led me to trust him and purchase a tour from him for £100 per person.
I went on the tour and noticed that everyone on the bus had paid between $20 and $30 per person for the same tour. Later, this individual stopped answering
Our calls and defrauded us. When I inquired at the hotel, they told me that he was the official guide assigned by Love Holidays. I strongly doubt the accuracy of this claim.
I suspect that my information reached these individuals due to a security vulnerability on your website, and I am afraid to share my identity because I no longer trust
Love Holidays.

The hotel is giving these envelopes to everyone who makes reservations through your website. This is illegal and against the law.
These people are providing a poor experience and deceiving those who make reservations through your site. The hotel may genuinely believe that these
Individuals are sent by you, or they may be lying and profiting by deceiving customers. Please rectify this!

Do not travel with love holidays! Their customer care is dreadful and their holidays are awful. We have just come back from a 10 night stay in Tenerife and it was the worst holiday I have ever had in my life. They obviously don't check out their destinations because if they did they wouldn't advertise this particular destination/hotel. Due to the wildfires I tried to change my hotel before flying, I was asked to ring the hotel, ring the airline find my own holiday and book it through website and then they asked for an admin fee for doing it? What was I paying for in the 1st place! I get it the admin fee if you actually do something but it was left to me the customer and the staff were less than helpful and kept me hanging on the phone while 'they went to check on something' was left hanging for all told 45 minutes. Not good enough, check out your destinations and improve your customer service!

Our return flights were cancelled from Spain by Rynair 1 hour before arranged transfer was due to collect us from hotel. We were then stranded in Spain for 5 more nights due to that being the earliest flight Rynnair could put us on.

We had an emergency (in resort number) provided to us by Love holidays but failed to answer until the next day. When I finally managed to speak to somebody the next day they accept no responsibility and therefore can't help with rescheduling transfers or even help with accommodation, although they took our money to arrange holiday and book flights, accommodation and transfers!

I was so so disappointed with service and would never use these again, far better booking own holiday and getting better insurance cover.

Just wanted everyone to understand that if your flights are cancelled whilst outside of the UK be prepared that love holidays are not interested and will NOT help with anything, basically you're on your own!

Luckily my parents paid and organised accommodation and transfers to get us home.

Anyone that recommends this company has more than likely not experienced any major problems whilst outside of the UK.

Complete rip off from start to finish,it was the worst experience of an attempted holiday I've ever witnessed,I got my hotel transfer after an hour of waiting around a desk outside the airport at 1.30 in the morning only to get in and drive to a different part of the airport and wait there for 2 hours,then we drove to a garage with food stores around it
in the middle of nowhere and waited there for half an hour while the driver mooched about talking to other drivers,got to my hotel about 3 hours after I would have done if I'd have organised it myself,then I got to the hotel I found out that my upgraded room I'd paid an extra £500 for was exactly the same as the others that my friends and family had booked without an upgrade,I was going to raise the matter with my Loveholidays rep,but he / she never showed up for the holiday greeting meeting - I never saw anyone representing them all holiday and alot of others shared my experience,on my return trip to the airport I was picked up by a different cab from Loveholidays and charged £60 for the return even though I told them the transfer was pre-booked and payed for,I had to pay under protest so I could get my cases off the taxi.When I got back I raised the matter with loveholidays and they just passed it all off saying it was regrettable but never offered me anything in return for my lack of upgrade that I never got,they offered me £23 refund for my airport transfer,I then told them that other people in my party had been charged £50 & &60 for returning trips to the airport that were pre-booked and it was their customers that were getting ripped off and losing out in this but again they never gave a toss as long as they never had to fork out for anything - but apart from Loveholidays being a complete rip off,I had a lovely family holiday and the hotel and resort were spot on,So please don't think that I'm talking Through bitterness at a bad holiday,I'm not at all,just please avoid the Loveholidays joke at all costs,Thankyou

Very bad service

First holiday with loveholidays
Worse holiday in 45 years to many problems.i spent over 340 euros in taxi fares.as I could not read Spanish.so missed shuttle bus. Custo.er service very bad
But I am told.no refund for taxi fares
As I am told its all OUR FAULT.and I did not even get refund for shuttle bus I paid for
Only concerned. Of taking money.then you are a forgotten passenger

I have just been advised by Loveholidays that the 4 star Hotel I have booked and paid them for in central Athens is not available. It is less than 2 weeks before I was due to stay and there is very limited alternative accommodation now. They have offered me 'rooms' 10km out of Athens, a 2 star hotel with poor reviews or an apartment 7KM away as alternative and they say these are comparable! I am fighting my corner but will continue to post poor reviews until I get a satisfactory response from them. I would strongly advise not to book with them as you could easily be let down last minute. They still have my money by the way.
